The invention aims to provide a ginseng cooking device, which is used for solving the technical problems that in the background technology, iron rust flows into a cooking box along with steam, when ginseng is cooked and cooled, the steam in the cooking box is condensed into water drops which fall on the surface of the ginseng and the inside of the cooking box and influence the value of the ginseng after falling on the surface of the ginseng, and meanwhile, the water drops formed by condensation contain some influence substances generated in the process of cooking the ginseng, so that the nutrient substances need to be recovered by a method.
A ginseng cooking device comprises a cooking box, a box door, a tray, a supporting plate and a condensation reflux device, wherein the cooking box is of a cavity structure with an opening on one side, the box door is connected with the opening side of the cooking box, the tray is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the cooking box, a steam heating cavity is formed between the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the cooking box and the tray, the supporting plate is arranged at the upper end of the tray, a plurality of through holes are formed in the supporting plate, and the condensation reflux device is connected between the cooking box and the tray;

the condensing reflux device comprises a steam reflux pipe and a condensing reflux pipe, the condensing reflux pipe is sleeved outside the steam reflux pipe, one end of the steam reflux pipe is communicated with the upper end of the cooking box, and the other end of the steam reflux pipe is communicated with the tray;
the steam return pipe is provided with a first valve;
a water pump motor is arranged on the condensation return pipe;
the cooking box, the box door, the tray, the supporting disc and the condensation reflux device are all made of stainless steel materials.
Preferably, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged on the tray and are used for supporting the supporting plate.
Preferably, the ginseng steaming device further comprises a feeding trolley and a slideway, the ginseng basket is placed in the feeding trolley, and the feeding trolley is connected to the slideway in a sliding manner.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a ginseng cooking device includes a cooking box 1, a box door 2, a tray 3, a support plate 4 and a condensation reflux device 5, wherein the cooking box 1 is a cavity structure with an opening at one side, the box door 2 is connected to the opening side of the cooking box 1, the tray 3 is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the cooking box 1, a steam heating cavity 6 is formed between the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the cooking box 1 and the tray 3, the support plate 4 is arranged at the upper end of the tray 3, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the support plate 4, and the condensation reflux device 5 is connected between the cooking box 1 and the tray 3;
a steam inlet 60 and a steam outlet 61 are arranged at the steam heating cavity 6 of the cooking box 1, and second valves are arranged on the steam inlet 60 and the steam outlet 61;
the condensing reflux device 5 comprises a steam reflux pipe 50 and a condensing reflux pipe 51, the condensing reflux pipe 51 is sleeved outside the steam reflux pipe 50, one end of the steam reflux pipe 50 is communicated with the upper end of the cooking box 1, the other end is communicated with the tray 3,
