Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mildew prevention and insect repelling, in particular to a mildew prevention and insect repelling method.
Background
At present, various mildewcides with volatile gas are added to various materials such as plastics or paper in the market for mildewproof products with fumigation functions, and when the mildewcides are used, the mildewcides are placed in packages of articles to try to achieve the mildewproof function, and the products are as follows: the production of the mildew-proof sheet or mildew-proof wrapping paper (film) and the like needs to be made into various sizes according to the protection requirements of articles, so that various limitations and resource waste are caused, and the mildew-proof agents with the fumigation function used by the products have oxidizing or yellowing substances, such as: the gas of chloride can oxidize and discolor the protected article; substances such as mustard oil, citral, cinnamaldehyde and litsea cubeba oil can lead to yellowing of protected articles and the like, and cannot effectively prevent pests from invading. In addition, since the air-fumigation mode is used, the function of preventing the mold from breeding is realized in the limited sealed space, and the product is strictly sealed and packaged when not used.
The above-mentioned prior art products intended to be fumigated to achieve a mildewproof function have various drawbacks, such as:
1. the carrier is needed to adsorb the mildew preventive, a large amount of carrier materials are consumed, the manufacturing cost is high, the resource waste is caused, and the environment-friendly concept is not met.
2. Due to the existence of the carrier material, the whole volume of the product is large, the occupied volume of the product is difficult to further reduce, the storage and transportation of the product are not facilitated, and the storage and transportation cost is increased.
3. The product size is fixed, and corresponding size specifications are usually formulated according to different use requirements of customers, so that products with a plurality of specifications are required to be manufactured aiming at different customers or different articles, and convenience in use is not facilitated.
4. When the product is not used, the product must be strictly sealed and packaged, so that the packaging cost is greatly increased, and the storage time of the product is prolonged.
5. Has no effective insect expelling function, and the articles can not achieve comprehensive protection.
6. The phenomenon of oxidation fading or yellowing of the protected articles can be caused, and the application range is limited.
7. The medicaments are all high-volatility substances, and the protective period is short because the sustained-release treatment is not carried out.
8. Has strong or pungent odor, is not only limited in use, but also seriously affects the operation process.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new technical solution to solve the above problems.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a painting application and a representative pen tube with painting function used in the embodiment of the present invention are shown. The method for preventing mold and repelling insects according to the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the pen tube with the above structure.
Firstly, a mildew-proof insect-expelling method is introduced, which comprises the following steps:
the preparation method comprises the following steps: providing a pen tube 100 with a brushing function, wherein the pen tube is provided with a tube body 10 and a brushing head 20 connected with the tube body 10, and a mildew-proof insect repellant with a fumigating function is filled in the tube body 10;
painting: the surface 200 of the object is coated with the mildew-proof insect-repellent by using the brush head 20 of the pen tube, and as shown in fig. 1, the surface 200 of the object is directly coated with the mildew-proof insect-repellent by using the brush head 20.
In this embodiment, the mildew-proof insect repellent is one or a mixture of two or more of an orchid extract, a lavender extract and a citronella extract, and the mildew-proof insect repellent is a mildew-proof insect repellent which is treated by microcapsules to achieve a slow-release function.
The body of the pen tube can be repeatedly filled with the mildew-proof insect repellant with the fumigating function. The pipe body is provided with an openable filling port for adding the mildew-proof insect repellent. Here, the top of the tube body is provided with a hole and connected with a material pipe to a filling storage barrel, and the filling storage barrel is filled with a mildew-proof insect repellent which is added into the tube body of the pen tube through the material pipe and the hole. The structure, shape, size and the like of the pen tube can be changed as required when the pen tube is actually manufactured and selected.
The surface of the article referred to in this embodiment may be one or more than two of the surfaces of the product to be protected, the packaging surface of the product to be protected, and the surface of the label, that is, when in use, the surface of the product to be protected may be directly painted, or the packaging surface of the product to be protected may be painted, or the surface of the label or the surface of the tag of the product to be protected may be painted, or the surface of the tag of the product to be protected may be painted on other objects such as a manual and packing paper placed in the packaging box of the product to be protected.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, a structure of a representative brush pen barrel is shown.
The pen tube 100 with the brushing function comprises a tube body 10 and a brushing head 20 connected to the tube body 10, wherein a hole is formed in the top end of the tube body 10, an internal thread is formed in the inner wall of the hole, an end cover 40 is detachably matched with the hole, the end cover 40 is provided with an external thread, the end cover 40 is in threaded connection with the top end of the tube body 10, preferably, a sealing ring is sleeved on the end cover 40, and after the end cover 40 is in threaded connection with the hole, the sealing ring is sealed between the inner wall surface of the hole and the end cover 40. The end cap 40 can be unscrewed and the take-off tube injects the mold and insect repellant from the filling storage tank into the tube body 10.
