In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the power supply control method of the mobile power supply is provided, is applied to the mobile power supply, fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a mobile power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the mobile power supply comprises a battery module, a detection module, a control module, a buck-boost regulation module, a resistor R, an input end switch SW1 and an output end switch SW2, wherein the control module is respectively connected with the detection module and the voltage boosting and reducing module, one end of the voltage boosting and reducing module is connected with the battery module, the other end of the buck-boost module is connected with a first end of the resistor R, a second end of the resistor R is respectively connected with one end of the input end switch SW1 and one end of the output end switch SW2, the other ends of the input end switch SW1 and the output end switch SW2 are respectively used as an input end and an output end of the mobile power supply; the detection end of the detection module is respectively connected to the input end and the output end of the mobile power supply so as to detect the voltage on the input end and the output end of the mobile power supply; and the detection end of the detection module is also connected to the two ends of the resistor R so as to detect the output current of the mobile power supply.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flowchart of a power supply control method of a mobile power supply according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the power supply control method of the mobile power supply may include:
and after the output end of the mobile power supply is connected with the load, detecting the power supply voltage of the load.
Referring to fig. 1, when the detection module detects the supply voltage of the load, the input switch SW1 and the output switch SW2 shown in fig. 1 are both in an off state, so as to enter a detection mode of the mobile power supply, and the detection module can detect the supply voltage of the load accessing the mobile power supply.
It should be noted that, before the mobile power supply enters the detection mode, the detection module detects the voltage at the input end to determine whether the mobile power supply is in the charging mode. When the voltage of the input end is detected to exceed the preset threshold value, the mobile power supply is in a charging mode. Therefore, the input switch SW1 is closed, and the output switch SW2 is opened, so that the mobile power supply is prevented from being charged and supplied at the same time. When the voltage of the input end is detected not to exceed the preset threshold value, the mobile power supply is not in the charging mode. Therefore, the power supply voltage of the load can be detected when the load is connected.
And judging whether the value of the power supply voltage of the load is zero or not, and enabling the target voltage to be equal to the value of the power supply voltage when the value of the power supply voltage of the load is not zero.
Here, the target voltage refers to a voltage at which the buck-boost regulation module is to regulate the output of the battery module. For example, the detection module detects that the power supply operating voltage of the mobile phone is 3.7V, and the target voltage is 3.7V. The control module judges whether the value of the power supply voltage of the load is zero or not according to the power supply voltage of the load detected by the detection module, and the reason is that the target voltage cannot be directly determined when the voltage of the load connected to the output end of the mobile power supply is zero. If the battery of the load connected with the mobile voltage is not charged or the battery is taken out, the power supply voltage of the load cannot be acquired, and further the voltage output by the battery module cannot be adjusted to the power supply voltage of the load so as to adapt to the power supply voltage of the load.
It should be noted that, because the power supply voltages of different types of loads are not consistent, if the power supply voltage of the mobile phone is 3.7V, the voltage of the flat panel is 5.1V. If the load is powered with a voltage that exceeds the operating voltage of the load, damage to the load may result. Therefore, the target voltage expected to be output by the mobile power supply needs to be determined according to the power supply voltage of the load detected by the detection module.
And regulating the voltage output by the battery module of the mobile power supply to a target voltage.
Here, the voltage output by the battery module is adjusted by the voltage step-up/step-down adjusting module so that the voltage output by the battery module is equal to the target voltage, that is, equal to the supply voltage of the load detected by the detecting module. For example, the detection module detects that the power supply working voltage of the mobile phone is 3.7V, and the target voltage is 3.7V, and the voltage of the battery module is adjusted to 3.7V by the voltage increasing and decreasing adjusting module, so that the output end of the mobile power supply outputs 3.7V voltage to supply power to the load.
And judging whether the power supply battery type of the load is a rechargeable battery type, and outputting the target voltage to supply power to the load when the power supply battery type of the load is the rechargeable battery type.
Here, when the power supply battery type of the load is a rechargeable battery type, the mobile power supply is controlled to directly output the target voltage to the load to supply power to the load. The power supply control method of the mobile power supply provided by the embodiment can supply power to both chargeable equipment and non-chargeable equipment. Therefore, when the battery type of the load is a non-rechargeable battery type, if power is directly supplied, damage to the load may be caused. Therefore, before the output end of the mobile power supply outputs the target voltage, it is also necessary to determine whether the power supply battery type of the load is a rechargeable battery. And when the battery type of the load is a rechargeable battery type, directly controlling the output end of the mobile power supply to output the target voltage. At this time, the output switch SW2 in fig. 1 is closed, the input switch SW1 is opened, and the mobile power supply enters the power supply mode.
When the type of the power supply battery of the load is a non-rechargeable battery type, whether the power supply voltage of the load is smaller than a preset threshold value within preset time is further judged, and when the power supply voltage of the load is smaller than the preset threshold value within the preset time, a target voltage is output to supply power to the load.
Here, when the battery type of the load is a non-rechargeable battery type, it is explained that the mobile power supply is supplying power to the load using the non-rechargeable battery type. If the mobile power supply supplies power directly, damage to the load may result. Therefore, the mobile power supply enters a detection mode, whether the power supply voltage of the load is smaller than a preset threshold value within preset time is judged, and when the power supply voltage of the load is smaller than the preset threshold value within the preset time, the mobile power supply is controlled to output the target voltage to the load so as to supply power to the load. At this time, the output switch SW2 in fig. 1 is closed, the input switch SW1 is opened, and the mobile power supply enters the power supply mode.
It should be noted that the preset time may be the time required for the user to remove the battery, and may be determined according to actual situations. Here, the determination of whether the supply voltage of the load is less than a preset threshold is to determine whether the non-rechargeable battery of the load is removed, and the preset threshold may be zero. When the load does not have an operating voltage, i.e. no battery has been removed or the battery has been unable to supply power. The mobile power supply can output prompt information to prompt a user to take out the dry battery, and when the dry battery is determined to be taken out, the mobile power supply is controlled to output the target voltage to the load so as to supply power to the load.
Referring to fig. 2, in another embodiment, a power supply control method of the mobile power supply may include:
and after the output end of the mobile power supply is connected with the load, detecting the power supply voltage of the load.
The method comprises the steps of judging whether the value of the power supply voltage of a load is zero, judging whether the battery type of the load is a rechargeable battery type when the value of the power supply voltage of the load is zero, controlling a buck-boost adjusting module to gradually adjust the voltage output by a battery module of the mobile power supply from zero by a preset voltage increasing amplitude when the power supply battery type of the load is the rechargeable battery type or when the power supply battery of the load is taken out by a control module, so as to supply power to the load by using voltages with different amplitudes, and controlling a detection module to detect the current output by the battery module of the mobile power supply.
Here, when the detection module detects that the value of the supply voltage of the load is zero, it indicates that the battery of the load may run out, and it may be that the supply battery of the load has been taken out. If the load's supply battery is of the non-rechargeable battery type and the load's supply battery is dead. At this time, if the power supply mode is entered to supply power to the load, the device may be damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the battery type of the load, and when the battery type of the load is a non-rechargeable battery, the next step is performed after the battery of the load is determined to have been removed. In addition, since the detection module detects that the value of the supply voltage of the load is zero, the control module cannot determine the value of the target voltage, and if the output voltage is too large, the load may be damaged.
It is worth mentioning that the step-up and step-down adjusting module adjusts the output voltage of the mobile power supply to be gradually increased from 0V. For example, the battery modules sequentially output voltages of 0, 1.1V, 1.2V, …, and 5V. In the process of outputting the voltage, the detection module detects the output current of the mobile power supply. The detection module as in fig. 1 detects the current across the resistor R.
And judging whether the waveform of the output current is the waveform of the surge current or not, and when the waveform of the output current is the waveform of the surge current, controlling the buck-boost regulating module to stop regulating by the control module so as to enable the target voltage to be equal to the voltage value corresponding to the occurrence of the waveform of the surge current.
Here, the load inevitably generates inrush current when the mobile power supply is started, and therefore, whether the load can be started to work can be determined by detecting whether the output current of the mobile power supply has the waveform of the inrush current through the detection module. The control module takes the voltage value corresponding to the waveform generating the surge current as the target voltage, and then controls the battery module to output the voltage value corresponding to the waveform generating the surge current to supply power to the load. The output voltage of the mobile power supply is gradually increased, so that the load reaches the starting voltage, and the load can be prevented from being damaged by the overhigh voltage output by the mobile power supply.
And outputting the target voltage to supply power to the load.
After the control module controls the buck-boost regulating module to stop regulating so that the target voltage is equal to the voltage value corresponding to the occurrence of the waveform of the surge current, the mobile power supply enters a power supply mode, and the output end of the mobile power supply supplies power to the load by outputting the target voltage. At this time, the input switch SW1 in fig. 1 is opened, and the output switch SW2 is closed. It should be noted that the target voltage at this time is a voltage value corresponding to a waveform of an inrush current appearing in the output current, that is, a starting voltage of the load, and the target voltage is not necessarily equal to a rated operating voltage of the load.
For example, after the battery is taken out, the detected power supply voltage is zero by using an alarm clock with a 3.0V dry battery, and at this time, the control module controls the voltage step-up and step-down adjusting module to adjust the voltage output by the battery module of the mobile power supply from zero by a preset voltage increase amplitude, so as to supply power to the load by using voltages with different amplitudes, and controls the detection module to detect the current output by the battery module of the mobile power supply; when the detection module detects that the current output by the battery module has the waveform of the surge current, the control module controls the voltage boosting and reducing adjusting module to stop adjusting so as to enable the target voltage to be equal to the voltage value corresponding to the waveform of the surge current, and the output end of the mobile power supply outputs the voltage of the voltage value corresponding to the waveform of the surge current to supply power to the load. Namely, when the waveform of the surge current is determined to appear, the alarm clock can work. Therefore, the alarm clock is powered by the corresponding voltage when the waveform of the surge current appears.
In the embodiment, the output voltage of the mobile power supply is determined according to the supply voltage of the load, so that the voltage output by the battery module of the mobile power supply is adjusted to be matched with the supply voltage of the load for output. The output voltage of the mobile power supply can be adjusted to supply power to loads with different rated voltages, so that power supply for electronic equipment with different working voltages can be realized. And by determining the type of battery, it is possible to supply power to both a load using a rechargeable battery and a load using a non-rechargeable battery.
