Abstract
The invention provides a report sending method and device, a storage medium and an electronic device, wherein an information field corresponding to a target keyword is obtained from a public data platform according to the target keyword, wherein the information field is at least used for indicating one of the following: the occurrence time of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword and the occurrence place of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword; carrying out data processing on the information field, and generating a report according to the information field after the data processing; and sending the generated report to a client of the supervision platform so as to enable the client to display the report. According to the invention, the problems of food safety problem information acquisition and monitoring in the related technology are solved, and the effects of providing more time-efficient information for supervision departments and assisting supervision and management work are achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a report transmission method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus.
Background
Food safety is a concern of people, however, in the current market, many catering practitioners have different food safety consciousness, fish and dragon in sanitary conditions are mixed, some hidden dangers cannot be exposed easily, and a lot of merchants with food safety which is not too critical can still become missed fishes only by the inspection of supervision departments. The consumers who are in direct contact with the meals provided by catering enterprises can often find the existence of the problem restaurants in time, and part of the monitoring directions of the supervision departments are reported depending on the clues of the masses. However, because of the inconvenient reporting channel and no corresponding reward mechanism, the reporting enthusiasm of consumers is not high, so that a plurality of restaurants which have exposed problems continue to perform converter and receiver on the food safety. Severe food safety incidents often occur with daily hygiene practices that are not standard, food materials are not fresh, and the like. For monitoring mild food safety events, measures are taken as soon as possible to indicate rectification, and collective accidents of food safety can be prevented better.
Aiming at the problems that food safety events cannot be effectively monitored and the like in the related technology, no solution is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a report sending method and device, a storage medium and an electronic device, which are used for at least solving the problems that food safety events cannot be effectively monitored in the related art and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a report transmission method including: acquiring an information field corresponding to the target keyword from the public data platform according to the target keyword, wherein the information field is at least used for indicating one of the following: the occurrence time of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword and the occurrence place of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword; carrying out data processing on the information field, and generating a report according to the information field after the data processing; and sending the generated report to a client of the supervision platform so as to enable the client to display the report.
Optionally, the information field is further used to indicate at least one of: the target keyword corresponds to basic information of a publisher of the content and basic information of a reviewer of the content.
Optionally, the information field performs data processing, including at least one of: filtering out incomplete information fields; and filtering N-1 information fields in N information fields with redundant information, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
Optionally, generating a report according to the information field after data processing includes: determining a field type included in the report, wherein the field type includes at least one of: the occurrence time of the food safety event, the occurrence place of the food safety event, the basic information of the publisher of the content corresponding to the target keyword and the basic information of the reviewer of the content; and generating a report according to the field type and the information field after data processing.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a report transmission apparatus including: the acquisition module is used for acquiring an information field corresponding to the target keyword from the public data platform according to the target keyword, wherein the information field is at least used for indicating one of the following: the occurrence time of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword and the occurrence place of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword; the processing module is used for carrying out data processing on the information field and generating a report according to the information field after the data processing; and the sending module is used for sending the generated report to a client of the supervision platform so as to enable the client to display the report.
Optionally, the information field is further used to indicate at least one of: the target keyword corresponds to basic information of a publisher of the content and basic information of a reviewer of the content.
Optionally, the processing module is further configured to perform at least one of: filtering out incomplete information fields; and N-1 information fields in the N information fields with information redundancy filtered out, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
Optionally, the processing module is further configured to determine a field type included in the report, where the field type includes at least one of: the occurrence time of the food safety event, the occurrence place of the food safety event, the basic information of the publisher of the content corresponding to the target keyword and the basic information of the reviewer of the content; and generating a report according to the field type and the field after data processing.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is configured to perform the steps of any one of the report transmission method embodiments described above when executed.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic apparatus, including a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor being configured to execute the computer program to perform the steps in any of the report sending method embodiments described above.

The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
The report sending method provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed in a mobile terminal, a computer terminal or a similar operation device. Taking an example of the present invention running on a mobile terminal, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a hardware structure of a mobile terminal of a report sending method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 10 may include one or more (only one shown in fig. 1) processors 102 (the processor 102 may include, but is not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA) and a memory 104 for storing data, and optionally may also include a transmission device 106 for communication functions and an input-output device 108. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an illustration, and does not limit the structure of the mobile terminal. For example, the mobile terminal 10 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 1, or have a different configuration with equivalent functionality to that shown in FIG. 1 or more functionality than that shown in FIG. 1.
The memory 104 may be used to store a computer program, for example, a software program and a module of application software, such as a computer program corresponding to the report sending method in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 102 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the computer program stored in the memory 104, that is, implements the report sending method described above. The memory 104 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some instances, the memory 104 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 102, which may be connected to the mobile terminal 10 via a network. The transmission device 106 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the mobile terminal 10. In one example, the transmission device 106 includes a Network adapter (NIC), which can be connected to other Network devices through a base station so as to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission device 106 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
In the present embodiment, a report sending method operating in a mobile terminal is provided, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of a report sending method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S202, obtaining an information field corresponding to the target keyword from the public data platform according to the target keyword, wherein the information field is at least used for indicating one of the following: the occurrence time of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword and the occurrence place of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword;
step S204, data processing is carried out on the information field, and a report is generated according to the information field after the data processing;
and step S206, sending the generated report to the client of the supervision platform so as to enable the client to display the report.
According to the technical scheme, the information field corresponding to the target keyword is obtained from the public data platform according to the target keyword, wherein the information field is at least used for indicating one of the following information fields: the occurrence time of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword and the occurrence place of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword; carrying out data processing on the information field, and generating a report according to the information field after the data processing; and sending the generated report to a client of a supervision platform so as to enable the client to display the report. Therefore, the problems that food safety events cannot be effectively monitored in the related technology and the like can be solved, and the effects of providing more timeliness information for supervision departments and assisting supervision and management work are achieved.
In an optional embodiment, a user may set a target keyword in advance as required, and then perform corresponding retrieval on each public data platform according to the target keyword through a crawler technology, and further obtain an information field corresponding to the target keyword, further, a target area for searching the target keyword may be set, for example, different ranges of provinces, cities and counties as the target area are set, and the range may be narrowed to a location area where the user is located, for example, whether a food security event has occurred recently in a certain area of a certain city;
alternative embodiments of the present invention may also label the cause of a food safety event, i.e., whether the food safety event is a food poisoning, or a food shelf life expired, or a use of a food that has not been qualified for quarantine.
In order to improve the user experience, in another optional embodiment, the user may further set a time period, so as to know the distribution range and the distribution quantity of the food safety events in the time period, and remind the user of paying attention to the food safety events.
It should be noted that the public data platform may be a food sharing platform or a food merchant recommendation platform, but is not limited to this, and may also be other network platforms, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
The acquisition process of step S202 may be implemented by a crawler technology, and the information fields acquired by the crawler technology are filtered from the information fields to unqualified and incomplete data, useful data are collected, and a report is generated according to a preset report format, and specifically, the report may be arranged in a spreadsheet, and set at the head of the list, the occurrence time of the food safety event, the occurrence place of the food safety event, the basic information of the publisher of the content corresponding to the target keyword, the basic information of the reviewer of the content, and further, the report is generated according to the setting of the spreadsheet.
In the step of sending the report in step S204, the report may be automatically sent, and the period may be one week or one month, or may be any fixed time period set by the user, or the report may be collected and sent in real time after receiving the user request command.
As an optional implementation, the information field is further used to indicate at least one of: the target keyword corresponds to basic information of a publisher of the content and basic information of a reviewer of the content.
When the information field retrieval is carried out on the corresponding content from the public data platform according to the keywords, the basic information of the user can be collected, for example, in restaurant A, several people have meals, ordered foods, and the food problems are that the foods are overdue, the body is uncomfortable after eating, or the food is not used to taste. It is also possible to collect basic information on comments and feedbacks to the same or similar questions as the publisher goes to the same place, and details.
Through the embodiment, the situation of food safety events can be known in detail according to the collected basic information of the publisher of the content corresponding to the target keywords and the basic information of the reviewer of the content, so that reference is provided for users, and a fact basis is provided for monitoring and controlling food safety.
As an optional implementation, the information field performs data processing, including at least one of: filtering out incomplete information fields; and filtering N-1 information fields in N information fields with redundant information, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
The information fields are subjected to data processing, the information collected by the platform is uneven and not easy to sort and summarize, and complete information can be obtained by processing according to a processing mode set by requirements. For example, when food safety issues are collected, some food problem reviews are published due to taste, and some users explain some previous issues in recently published food safety issues. Such incomplete information needs to be disposed of to prevent affecting the accuracy of the reported data.
According to the embodiment, the accuracy of the collected data is enhanced according to the data processing of the information field, reliable real-time data are provided for users, and real and non-interference food safety condition explanation is provided for supervision.
As an optional implementation, generating a report according to the information field after data processing includes: determining a field type included in the report, wherein the field type includes at least one of: the occurrence time of the food safety event, the occurrence place of the food safety event, the basic information of the publisher of the content corresponding to the target keyword and the basic information of the reviewer of the content; and generating a report according to the field type and the information field after data processing.
The information field after data processing can selectively generate reports, and can set the form subject needing to be output. For example, the user only needs to generate the information of the food safety event in place A within a month, so that the range is narrowed, and the monitoring efficiency of quick understanding of the user is improved.
Through the embodiment, the report is generated according to the information field after data processing, the field type of the generated report is determined, the food safety problem can be known more accurately, and the effect of supervision and management work is assisted.
In order to better understand the report sending process, the following describes the above procedure with reference to an alternative embodiment, but is not intended to limit the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, and includes the following steps:
step 1, keyword crawling: the data source of the system is mainly public social platforms such as WeChat and microblog, and words related to food safety such as belly-pulling, belly-eating and bad, freshness and the like are used as keywords (equivalent to the target keywords of the embodiment), and relevant information segments (equivalent to the information fields of the embodiment) are crawled in real time.

Step 3, dimensionality enrichment: more and richer information is expanded aiming at the food safety event by combining basic information of the poster and basic information of the interactive message-leaving person.
And 4, information integration: according to the extracted key information, food safety incident reports with incomplete information are filtered, and structured text reports are integrated, wherein the structured text reports mainly comprise information such as the approximate time of the food safety incident, dining room involvement, problem dishes, and the symptoms of diners.
And step 5, information reporting: and transmitting the integrated information flash report to a corresponding platform of a supervision department for the supervision personnel to further carry out investigation. When a collective food safety event occurs in the region, similar food safety event information can assist decision-making judgment, and early warning is carried out on the occurrence of the food safety event.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Reports can be selectively generated according to the information fields processed by the processing module, and form themes needing to be output can be set. For example, the user only needs to generate the information of the food safety event in place A within a month, so that the range is narrowed, and the monitoring efficiency of quick understanding of the user is improved.

It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.

Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:

Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A report transmission method, comprising:
acquiring an information field corresponding to a target keyword from a public data platform according to the target keyword, wherein the information field is at least used for indicating one of the following: the occurrence time of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword and the occurrence place of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword;
carrying out data processing on the information field, and generating a report according to the information field after the data processing;
and sending the generated report to a client of a supervision platform so as to enable the client to display the report.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the information field is further configured to indicate at least one of: the target keywords correspond to the basic information of the publisher of the content and the basic information of the reviewer of the content.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the data processing of the information field comprises at least one of:
filtering out incomplete information fields;
and filtering N-1 information fields in N information fields with redundant information, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein generating a report based on the data-processed information field comprises:
determining a field type included in the report, wherein the field type includes at least one of: the occurrence time of the food safety event, the occurrence place of the food safety event, the basic information of the publisher of the content corresponding to the target keyword and the basic information of the reviewer of the content;
and generating a report according to the field type and the information field after data processing.
5. A report transmission apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring an information field corresponding to the target keyword from a public data platform according to the target keyword, wherein the information field is at least used for indicating one of the following: ZTE letter-the occurrence time of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword of the Ministry of domestic patent, the occurrence place of the food safety event corresponding to the target keyword;
the processing module is used for carrying out data processing on the information field and generating a report according to the information field after the data processing;
and the sending module is used for sending the generated report to a client of the supervision platform so as to enable the client to display the report.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the information field is further configured to indicate at least one of: the target keywords correspond to the basic information of the publisher of the content and the basic information of the reviewer of the content.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the processing module is further configured to perform at least one of: filtering out incomplete information fields; and N-1 information fields in the N information fields with information redundancy filtered out, wherein N is an integer greater than 1.
8. The apparatus of claim 5 or 6, wherein the processing module is further configured to determine a field type included in the report, wherein the field type includes at least one of: the occurrence time of the food safety event, the occurrence place of the food safety event, the basic information of the publisher of the content corresponding to the target keyword and the basic information of the reviewer of the content; and generating a report according to the field type and the field after data processing.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
