As shown in fig. 1, the valve of the present embodiment includes: a valve body 10 and a valve spool 20. The valve body 10 is a tubular structure, a first end of the tubular structure is a liquid inlet, a second end of the tubular structure is a liquid outlet, and a drain opening 100 is formed in the side wall of the valve body 10. The valve core 20 is movably arranged in the valve body 10, the valve core 20 has a first position for blocking the leakage port 100, and the valve core 20 has a second position for blocking the liquid inlet. When the valve core 20 is located at the first position, the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet of the valve body 10 are communicated, and when the valve core 20 is located at the second position, the liquid outlet of the valve body 10 is communicated with the drainage port 100.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the pump is started and the pump delivers the fluid mixture, the fluid mixture pushes the valve core 20 to move to the first position under the action of the power provided by the pump, so that the fluid mixture is continuously delivered to the reasonable position. When the pump stops working, the valve core 20 moves to the second position under the action of gravity, and at the moment, the fluid mixture above the discharge port 100 flows out from the discharge port 100, so that most of the fluid mixture is guided to the outside of the pump, and the situation of motor burning cannot occur when the pump is restarted. The technical scheme of this embodiment has solved the problem of the burnt motor that leads to because the electric current is too big when the pump among the prior art starts effectively.
It is noted that the valve body 10 of the present embodiment includes an upper valve body 11 and a lower valve body 12, and the upper valve body 11 and the lower valve body 12 are sealingly connected by threads. So that the valve cartridge 20 is easily installed into the valve body 10.
As shown in fig. 1, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the valve core 20 includes a slider 21, the slider 21 has a liquid passing channel 200, when the valve core 20 is located at the first position, an outer wall of the slider 21 blocks the drain port 100, and the liquid inlet is communicated with the liquid outlet through the liquid passing channel 200. The slider 21 has a through-liquid channel 200, which enables the fluid mixture to flow through the valve body 10.
As shown in fig. 1, in the solution of the present embodiment, the liquid passing channel 200 includes a liquid passing port disposed on a side wall of the slide block 21 and a hollow structure inside the slide block 21, and one end of the slide block 21 close to the liquid inlet is a blocking cover. The structure has lower processing cost and is convenient to set. Specifically, the slider is cylindric, and the bottom of slider 21 has the shutoff lid and seals the bottom of slider 21, and the lateral wall of slider 21 has the liquid mouth of crossing, crosses the liquid mouth and is linked together with the hollow structure in the slider 21, and hollow structure is linked together from the upper portion and the liquid outlet of slider 21. When the valve core 20 is at the first position, the fluid mixture enters from the liquid inlet of the valve body 10, then enters the hollow structure through the liquid passing port of the slide block 21, enters the valve body 10 after exiting from the hollow structure, and finally flows out from the liquid outlet of the valve body 10.
As shown in fig. 1, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the valve body 10 sequentially includes a first valve body section, a second valve body section, and a third valve body section from the liquid inlet to the liquid outlet, both the inner diameter of the first valve body section and the inner diameter of the third valve body section are smaller than the inner diameter of the second valve body section, the slider 21 sequentially includes a first slider section and a second slider section from the liquid inlet to the liquid outlet, the outer diameter of the first slider section is adapted to the inner diameter of the first valve body section, and the outer diameter of the second slider section is adapted to the inner diameter of the second valve body section. The inner diameter of the first valve body section and the inner diameter of the third valve body section are both smaller than the inner diameter of the second valve body section, and the outer diameter of the first sliding block section is matched with the inner diameter of the first valve body section, so that the first valve body section and the third valve body section can limit the first sliding block section. So that the first slide block section can only move within the second valve body section, in particular there is a step transition between the first valve body section and the second valve body section, which is arranged on the upper valve body 11, and there is also a step transition between the second valve body section and the third valve body section, which is arranged on the lower valve body 12.
As shown in fig. 1, in the solution of this embodiment, the liquid passing port is located on the side wall of the first sliding block section. The outer diameter of the first sliding block section is matched with the inner diameter of the first valve body section, so that when the sliding block is located at the second position, the liquid passing port receives the sealing between the outer wall of the first sliding block section and the inner wall of the first valve body section. The above-described configuration ensures that, after the pump is stopped, the fluid mixture flows out of the discharge port 100 without settling into the pump or remaining in the pipe.
As shown in fig. 1, in the solution of the present embodiment, two sides of the second sliding block segment are provided with sealing rings, and when the sliding block 21 is located at the first position, the drainage port 100 is located between the sealing rings at the two sides of the second sliding block segment. The above structure ensures a tight seal. Specifically, the plurality of the drain openings 100 are provided at intervals, two seal rings are provided at intervals in the axial direction of the slider 21, and each drain opening 100 is located between the two seal rings. The provision of a plurality of bleed openings 100 ensures that there is less resistance to liquid flow.
As shown in fig. 1, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the valve core 20 further includes a sealing ball 22, the hollow structure of the slider 21 includes a first hollow section, a second hollow section and a transition section, the first hollow section is closer to the liquid inlet than the second hollow section, the transition section is connected between the first hollow section and the second hollow section, the diameter of the sealing ball 22 is greater than the inner diameter of the first hollow section, and the diameter of the sealing ball 22 is smaller than the inner diameter of the second hollow section. The structure ensures that the sealing effect of the liquid passing channel 200 is good, and the sealing ball 22 is matched and sealed with the sliding block 21 when the fluid mixture flows back. Of course, the sealing of the valve core has other forms, for example, the sealing ball 22 is directly matched with the slide block 21, the upper end of the slide block 21 is a cambered surface with a diameter smaller than that of the sealing ball 22, and the cambered surface is matched with the sealing ball 22. Specifically, the liquid passing port is closer to the liquid inlet than the transition section. The above structure ensures the circulation of the fluid mixture.
In the technical solution of this embodiment, the second end of the slider 21 is provided with a limiting portion to limit the moving position of the sealing ball 22. So that the upward movement position of the sealing ball 22 is controlled. Specifically, the limiting portion is a baffle plate having a through hole, and when the slider 21 is in the second position, the drain port 100 is higher than the baffle plate, that is, the length of the second slider segment is smaller than the distance from the step of the first valve body segment and the second valve body segment to the drain port 100. The structure has lower processing cost.
The application also provides a pump assembly, and the pump assembly includes pump main part and valve, and the valve setting is at the liquid outlet of pump main part. The valve is the valve. With the pump assembly of the present application, the fluid mixture or solids in the fluid mixture do not accumulate as much within the pump, so that the motor of the pump assembly is not easily damaged.
