Abstract

The invention can meet the requirements of the tunneling function of the cutter head, and can also realize the detachable lifting lug assembly, thereby realizing the lifting of the cutter head during new manufacturing, maintenance of the cutter head and the entering or leaving of the cutter head into or out of a well, and simultaneously ensuring the repeated use of the lifting lug assembly.

Background
The cutter head is used as a core component of the shield, is positioned at the foremost end of the shield machine, is a carrier of the cutter and has the functions of excavation, stabilization and stirring; in the process of manufacturing a cutter head of a new machine, the cutter head needs to be hoisted and turned over for a plurality of times according to the actual welding and assembling process. In addition, in the tunneling process of the shield tunneling machine, due to the fact that the working environment is severe, the cutter head bears large torque, large thrust and complex alternating load, abrasion and damage are prone to occurring, and generally, the shield tunneling machine needs to be maintained or repaired after one mark section is finished. In the process of maintaining or repairing the cutter head, the cutter head also needs to be hoisted and turned over for a plurality of times.

The use of the lifting lug can increase the welding and planing times per se, and the recycling times per se of the lifting lug is not high; in addition, the planing of the lifting lug can also damage the cutter head body. 2. The detachable lifting lug is used for lifting or turning over the cutter head by taking a certain position of the cutter ring of the cutter head as a lifting point. If the wear-resistant cutter ring with the embedded hard alloy is used as the cutter ring wear-resistant plate, the lifting lugs are easy to damage the hard alloy in the process of hoisting or turning over the cutter head.

As a further improvement of the invention, the fixing base is a square plate, four corners of the fixing base are provided with chamfer structures, and four threaded holes are formed in the four corners of the fixing base.

The fixed base 1 is welded and fixed on a cutter head body 6 of the shield tunneling machine and is positioned on the inner side of a cutter head cutter ring 7, the thickness of the fixed base does not affect the aperture ratio parameter of the cutter head, the design requirement of the shield tunneling machine is met, and the good tunneling function of the shield tunneling machine is guaranteed.
Lifting lug assembly 4 passes through bolt 2, packing ring 3 to be fixed on unable adjustment base 1, in order to guarantee that the blade disc possesses the requirement of standing up at the in-process of hoist and mount, need extend lifting eye 4's hoist and mount hole outside the blade disc cutter ring.
In the process of tunneling construction after the shield tunneling machine goes into the well, the plug 5 needs to be screwed into the threaded hole of the fixed base 1, so that the situation that the threads are damaged by the slag or broken stones cut by the cutter head in the tunneling construction process of the shield tunneling machine, and the installation of the lifting lug assembly 4 is further influenced is avoided.
