Technical Field
The invention relates to oil well junk salvaging equipment, in particular to an oil well salvaging device.
Background
In the oil gas development production process, working tools or sundries often fall into an oil well, the oil well production is easy to stop, and even the oil well is scrapped when serious, so that the junk is required to be salvaged by salvaging equipment.
The existing salvaging equipment generally adsorbs or hooks the falling body through a strong magnet or a hook which is lowered into a shaft, so that the falling body is salvaged back to the ground, and the salvaging purpose is realized. However, the existing fishing tool lacks the protection of the fished object in the fishing operation process, and can easily scratch the pipe wall no matter the fished object is, or the fishing equipment is, so that the fished object is easy to fall again due to scratch, the collision to an oil well cannot be avoided, the fishing efficiency is reduced, and even damage to oil well equipment is caused.
In view of the above, there is a need for a new salvaging device with safer structural design and effectively improved operation efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing oil well salvage equipment lacks a safe and stable protection structure.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is to provide the oil well salvaging device, which comprises a supporting frame arranged at a wellhead, wherein a control box body is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame, a motor and a control circuit for paying off and taking up are respectively arranged in the control box body, the output end of the motor is downwards penetrated outside the control box body and connected with a cable, a cable is arranged in the cable, the bottom of the cable is connected with a salvaging body, the salvaging body is controlled by the motor to move and lift in an oil well, a hook-shaped salvaging piece and an electromagnetic salvaging piece are respectively arranged on the salvaging body, the electromagnetic salvaging piece is connected with the control circuit through the cable, the control circuit controls the on or off of the electromagnetic salvaging piece, and the oil well salvaging device further comprises a protective sleeve which is arranged in a relatively moving mode with the salvaging body, and the protective sleeve moves up and down along the oil well through a driving assembly so as to expose or cover the salvaging body.

In the scheme, the number of the auxiliary cables is two, and the auxiliary cables are respectively and symmetrically arranged left and right.
In the above scheme, the control box body is provided with an auxiliary motor switch, and the auxiliary motor switch is connected with the control circuit through a wire.

In the above scheme, the shape of the protective sleeve is a straight cylinder or a cylinder with a small upper part and a large lower part and matched with the shape of the salvaging body.
In the above scheme, the protective sleeve is an insulator and is an insulating magnet.
According to the invention, by designing the self-contained driving protection structure of the salvaging equipment, the damage to the oil well equipment can be reduced while the damage to the pipe wall caused by scratch and impact of sundries and falling again can be effectively avoided.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention discloses an oil well salvaging device, and a person skilled in the art can properly improve the technological parameters by referring to the content of the invention. It is to be particularly pointed out that all similar substitutes and modifications apparent to those skilled in the art are deemed to be included in the invention and that the relevant person can make modifications and appropriate alterations and combinations of what is described herein to make and use the technology without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
In the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, scientific and technical terms used herein have the meanings commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the oil well salvaging device provided by the invention comprises a supporting frame 1 arranged at a wellhead, wherein a control box body 2 is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame 1, a motor and a control circuit for paying off and taking up are respectively arranged in the control box body 2, the output end of the motor is downwards penetrated outside the control box body 2 and is sequentially connected with a cable 3 and a salvaging body 4, a motor switch is arranged on the control box body 2, the motor switch is connected with the control circuit through a wire, and when the oil well salvaging device is used, the control circuit drives the motor to operate to drive the cable 3 to stretch and retract, so that the salvaging body 4 moves and lifts in an oil well to salvage a falling object, the control box body 2 is provided with control buttons of corresponding parts, and the control buttons achieve the purpose of electric control through the wire connection control circuit.
In the invention, the motor and the electric wires are more conventional connecting elements, and the installation, penetrating and layout modes of the electric wires among all the parts are simpler and more common, so the motor and the electric wires do not serve as core innovation points of the motor and the electric wires are needed by means of related technologies, and in order to avoid confusion caused by circuit diagrams, the connection diagrams of the wire groups among all the parts and the motor schematic diagrams are omitted in the figures.
Further, the cable 3 is internally provided with a cable, the fishing body 4 is respectively provided with a hook-shaped fishing piece 5 and an electromagnetic fishing piece 6 in a protruding mode, the electromagnetic fishing piece 6 is an electromagnet, the hook-shaped fishing piece 5 and the electromagnetic fishing piece 6 are of a relatively mature prior art, and can be used independently or comprehensively, so that the fishing function can be flexibly realized by adopting the related technology, the electromagnetic fishing piece 6 is connected to a control circuit through the cable, an electromagnetic switch is arranged on the control box body 2, and the electromagnetic switch is connected with the control circuit through a wire, so that the control circuit can be operated to control the connection or disconnection of the electromagnetic fishing piece 6 to adsorb the fished objects.
In addition, the invention also comprises a protective sleeve 7 which is arranged in a moving way relative to the salvage body 4, wherein the protective sleeve 7 is preferably made of an insulator and a magnet insulation body, the shape of the protective sleeve 7 can be a straight cylinder (with larger volume), the protective sleeve 7 can also be a cylinder with a small upper part and a large lower part and is matched with the shape of the salvage body 4 (with small space), the protective sleeve 7 can be selected according to practical situations, and is arranged between the salvage body 4 and the inner wall of an oil well, so that the maximum outer diameter of the protective sleeve 7 is smaller than the inner diameter of the oil well and is larger than the outer diameter of the salvage body 4, the protective sleeve 7 can move up and down along the direction of the oil well under the driving of a driving assembly so as to expose or cover the salvage body 4, for example, the protective sleeve 7 can expose the salvage body 4 so as not to prevent salvage from interfering with salvage operation when lifting and lowering, the protective sleeve 7 can cover the salvage body 4, not only prevent friction collision between junk and the oil well pipeline, but also can prevent the junk from falling again due to collision.
The driving structure in the invention is divided into the following two implementation modes:
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the specific auxiliary cable 8 connected between the protective sleeve 7 and the control box 2 is included in the first driving structure, the auxiliary cable 8 is two and is symmetrically arranged respectively, so that the balance of stress when the protective sleeve 7 is lifted by the auxiliary cable 8 is maintained, an auxiliary motor used for paying off and winding up is arranged in the control box 2, the output end of the auxiliary motor penetrates out of the control box 2 downwards, the auxiliary cable 8 is connected to realize the transmission output of lifting power, the control box 2 is provided with an auxiliary motor switch, the auxiliary motor switch is connected with a control circuit through an electric wire, manual control can be realized, and therefore, along with forward and reverse running of the auxiliary motor, the protective sleeve 7 can be driven to lift in the arrow direction in the figure, in this embodiment, as a further preferred design, a magnetic sensor 9 can be fixedly embedded on the inner side wall of the protective sleeve 7, the magnetic sensor 9 can be selected as steel material, and the magnetic sensor 9 is inwards arranged towards the direction of the electromagnetic fishing member 6, so that the electromagnetic fishing member 6 is conducted or disconnected, the electromagnetic fishing member 6 can automatically adsorb the main fishing member 9 or the magnetic sensor 9 can be automatically adsorbed by the electromagnetic fishing member 6 or the electromagnetic fishing member 9 can be prevented from being scratched, and the misplaced magnetic sensor can be avoided in the process of the two-and the lifting and misplaced protective sleeve 4 can be avoided.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the second driving structure specifically includes a slide 10 vertically provided on the electromagnetic fishing member 6, an electromagnetic induction element is embedded at the upper and lower ends of the slide 10, the electromagnetic induction element is preferably an electromagnet, the electromagnetic induction element is connected to a control circuit through a cable, a magnetic induction element 9 can be fixedly embedded on the inner side wall of the protective sleeve 7, the magnetic induction element 9 is preferably made of steel, the shape of the magnetic induction element 9 is designed to be adapted to a slider shape embedded in the slide 10 and can slide vertically along the slide 10, an induction switch is provided on the control box 2, the induction switch is connected with the control circuit through a wire, the control circuit controls the electromagnetic induction element to be opened and closed, so that the required electromagnetic induction element generates magnetic attraction and drives the magnetic induction element 9 to move up and down to two high and low limit positions, and then is firmly sucked, thus, the magnetic induction element 9 can drive the protective sleeve 7 to move vertically towards any electromagnetic induction element along the arrow direction in the figure.
According to the invention, by designing the self-contained driving protection structure of the salvaging equipment, the damage to the oil well equipment can be reduced while the damage to the pipe wall caused by scratch and impact of sundries and falling again can be effectively avoided.
