In a preferred embodiment, the water inlet end is hermetically installed at the water inlet to prevent water from overflowing from between the water inlet end and the water inlet to the outside of the washing tub 1, thereby causing splash corrosion of a washing machine cabinet or other components or causing a short circuit of a circuit for a long time.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 5, the present embodiment provides a washing machine including
A washing tub 1, the washing tub 1 being a water tub at the time of washing;
a balance ring 2 disposed above the washing tub 1;
a sealing structure 3 configured to prevent water from overflowing between the washing tub 1 and the balance ring 2.
In the above-mentioned solution, the washing machine of the present embodiment has no outer tub, and the washing tub 1 may be used as a water tub, that is, the inner tub 2 having only the dewatering holes in the upper portion and no holes in the middle and lower portions. During dehydration, the washing water ascends to the dehydration hole along the tub wall under the action of centrifugal force, thereby being discharged out of the washing tub 1. Generally, the balance ring 2 is arranged above the washing tub 1 of the pulsator washing machine, and because the balance ring 2 and the washing tub 1 are not integrally formed and are installed together at a later stage, water flow climbing upwards along the tub wall under the action of centrifugal force easily overflows through an installation gap between the washing tub 1 and the balance ring 2, and is likely to splash around under the action of high-speed rotation, so that the washing machine box or other parts are easily corroded by splashing for a long time, or a circuit short circuit is caused. The present invention provides a sealing structure 3 to prevent water from overflowing between the washing tub 1 and the balancing ring 2.
Further, the sealing structure 3 is disposed between the washing tub 1 and the balancing ring 2.
In the above scheme, the arrangement is arranged between the washing barrel 1 and the balance ring 2, so that a better sealing effect can be achieved, and the sealing structure 3 is easier to fix. More excellent than the effect provided at the outside of the washing tub 1 or the balancing ring 2.
Further, the balance ring 2 is provided with an installation part 201, the upper end of the washing tub 1 is provided with a matching part 101 matched with the installation part 201, and the sealing structure 3 is arranged between the installation part 201 and the matching part 101.
In the above scheme, the balance ring 2 is installed above the washing tub 1 through the mutual matching of the installation part 201 and the matching part 101, the sealing structure 3 is arranged between the installation part and the matching part, the sealing effect is better, the fixation of the sealing structure 3 is easy to achieve, and the sealing structure cannot be easily damaged or separated from the original position to continue to play a sealing role when being used by external force or for a long time.
Further, the installation portion 201 includes an annular protrusion protruding radially from the sidewall of the balance ring 2, the fitting portion 101 includes an annular groove matching the shape of the annular protrusion, and the sealing structure 3 is disposed between the annular protrusion and the annular groove.
In the above scheme, the annular bulge is arranged to facilitate the installation of the balance ring 2. Of course, it is also possible to select an inwardly recessed concave portion as the mounting portion 201 on the sidewall of the balance ring 2, but the provision of the concave portion may affect the size and strength of the balance ring 2, and may reduce the balance effect, so it is preferable in this application that the mounting portion 201 includes an annular protrusion protruding from the sidewall of the balance ring 2.
Further, the washing tub 1 further includes a water blocking portion 102 disposed below the annular groove and configured to reduce a gap between the washing tub 1 and the balance ring 2 to block water, a water collecting chamber 103 is formed between the washing tub 1 and the water blocking portion 102 and the balance ring 2, and the water collecting chamber 103 is configured to collect rising water.
In the above scheme, the washing tub 1 further includes a water blocking portion 102, the water blocking portion 102 reduces a gap between the washing tub 1 and the balance ring 2, and when the water flow rises to the front of the water blocking portion 102, a part of the water is blocked from reaching the annular groove and overflowing the washing tub 1 through the annular groove, so that the sealing pressure of the sealing structure 3 is reduced. The water collection chamber 103 reduces the gap between the washing tub 1 and the balance ring 2 due to the presence of the water guard 102, so that a greater pressure is required when water passes through the water guard 102, thus collecting most of the water.
Further, the washing machine further comprises a water drainage structure, the water drainage structure comprises a dehydration water channel which is arranged on the outer wall of the washing barrel 1, communicated with the washing barrel 1 and used for discharging water thrown out by the washing barrel 1, and the water inlet end of the dehydration water channel is arranged above the washing barrel 1.
Further, the water inlet end is arranged on the water collecting cavity 103 below the water retaining part 102.
In the above scheme, the water inlet end is arranged on the water collecting cavity 103, and water with increased pressure in the water collecting cavity 103 is easier to enter the dehydration water channel from the water inlet end and is discharged.
Further, the water blocking portion 102 is a constricted portion formed by being retracted inward from the outer side of the washing tub 1.
Furthermore, the upper end of the necking part extends towards the outer periphery to form a supporting part for supporting the mounting part 201 of the balance ring 2, the supporting part extends upwards to form an accommodating part surrounding the mounting part 201 of the balance ring 2, and the upper end of the accommodating part is folded inwards to form a fixing part for fixing the mounting part 201 of the balance ring 2.
Further, the supporting portion, the accommodating portion and the fixing portion together form an annular groove which is opened inwards, and preferably, all corners formed by the necking portion and the annular groove are rounded.
In the above scheme, the supporting part is the annular groove bottom face promptly, the portion of holding is the annular groove side, the fixed part is the annular groove top surface, the portion of holding both holds installation department 201 and spacing gimbal 2 radial ascending removal. All corners formed by the necking part and the annular groove are fillets, and the fillets can prevent operators from being cut, prevent sharp corners from damaging the balance ring and simultaneously avoid damaging other pipelines and elements in the washing machine in the rotating process.
Further, the seal structure 3 is provided between the fixing portion and the annular projection. .
In the above solution, the sealing structure 3 may be disposed between the supporting portion and the annular protrusion, between the accommodating portion and the annular protrusion, or between the fixing portion and the annular protrusion as described in this embodiment. Because the sealing structure 3 is additionally pressed by the balance ring 2 to the sealing structure 3 when the sealing structure is arranged between the supporting part and the annular bulge, the sealing structure 3 is easy to damage, and the sealing structure is inconvenient to install when the sealing structure is arranged below the annular bulge. And since said sealing structure 3 is subject to radial pressing forces given by both the washing tub 1 and the balancing ring 2 when the washing tub 1 is rotated when being arranged between the receiving portion and the annular protrusion, the sealing structure 3 is easily damaged. And when setting up between fixed part and annular arch, seal structure 3 receives the minimum not fragile of pressure, and simple to operate, and sealed effect is also good.
Further, the sealing structure 3 is a flat structure, and preferably, the friction coefficient between the sealing structure 3 and the annular protrusion abutting surface is greater than that of other surfaces.
In the above scheme, the sealing structure 3 is a flat structure, and the flat structure is not easy to be curled, displaced, deformed and the like when the fixing portion is subjected to roll flanging. Typically, the sealing structure 3 is a flat sheet-like structure. The friction coefficient between the sealing structure 3 and the annular protrusion binding surface is larger than that of other surfaces, so that the sealing structure 3 is not easy to move or curl when the fixing part is rolled and folded.
Further, the sealing structure 3 is an annular sealing ring or an annular sealing gum which is extruded between the washing barrel and the balance ring and has certain deformation.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine is characterized by comprising
A washing tub which is a water tub when washing;
the balance ring is provided with an annular groove with a downward opening, and the upper edge of the washing barrel extends into the annular groove;
and a sealing structure wrapped on the upper edge of the washing tub and configured to prevent water from overflowing between the washing tub and the balance ring.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing structure includes an annular sealing groove which is reversely fastened to an upper edge of the washing tub, both sidewalls of the annular sealing groove extend downward from a top end along inner and outer peripheral walls of the washing tub, respectively,
preferably, the side wall of the annular sealing groove on one side of the inner peripheral wall of the washing tub extends downwards to the bottom of the balancing ring.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sealing structure further comprises a sealing lip which is an annular protrusion protruding from at least one sidewall surface of the annular sealing groove,
preferably, the sealing lip is arranged between the annular sealing groove side wall and the balancing ring,
more preferably, the sealing lip is disposed on a side wall of the annular sealing groove on the side of the inner peripheral wall of the washing tub.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the seal lip extends obliquely toward a mounting direction of the balancing ring,
preferably, the sealing lip is integrally formed on the side wall of the annular sealing groove.
5. A washing machine as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4 wherein the seal is an annular seal of some deformation compressed between the wash tub and the balance ring.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 or 5 wherein the washing tub is provided at an upper edge thereof with a support portion, the sealing structure surrounding the support portion, the support portion extending into the annular recess to support the mounting of the balancing ring,
preferably, the supporting part is provided with a supporting platform, the corners of the supporting platform are in smooth transition,
preferably, the support part is a smooth support body,
more preferably, the supporting portion is formed by outwardly crimping an upper edge of the washing tub, or the supporting portion is formed by outwardly crimping an upper edge of the washing tub.
7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 or 5 wherein the annular groove is provided on an outer side wall of the balancing ring,
preferably, the outer side wall of the balance ring extends towards the inner periphery to form an annular top of the annular groove, the outer side wall of the balance ring at the outer end of the annular top extends towards the bottom of the balance ring to form an outer annular wall of the annular groove, and the outer side wall of the balance ring at the inner end of the annular top extends to the bottom of the balance ring to form an inner annular wall of the annular groove.
8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 7 wherein the inner annular wall projects from the outer annular wall and extends towards the bottom of the balancing ring.
9. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 further comprising a plurality of fixing portions, the balancing ring being connected to an upper edge of the washing tub by the fixing portions in a sealing and restraining manner,
preferably, the fixing part connects the balancing ring to the upper edge of the washing tub in a limited manner under the outer annular wall of the annular groove,
more preferably, the seal lip is disposed above the fixing portion.
10. The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the fixing part is a screw, the balancing ring is connected to an upper edge of the washing tub by a screw sealing stopper,
preferably, the side wall of the upper edge of the washing barrel, which is positioned on one side of the inner peripheral wall of the washing barrel in the sealing structure, and the inner ring wall of the balance ring are in limited connection through screw sealing.
