The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a cloth folding and unfolding machine for clothes.

a cloth folding and unfolding machine for clothes comprises a base and a workbench, wherein supports are welded at four corners of the workbench, the bottom ends of two supports are hinged to two sides of the top end of the base, and the side walls of the other two supports are connected with a turnover mechanism; the top ends of the two supports on one side of the workbench are rotatably connected with a winding mechanism, second electric slide rails are fixed on two sides of the other side of the workbench through bolts, the inner walls of the two second electric slide rails are slidably connected with supporting frames, and the inner wall of one second electric slide rail is slidably connected with an auxiliary fixing frame; the lateral wall of carriage is opened there is the opening, and the opening internal rotation is connected with the threaded rod, the both ends screw thread of threaded rod revolves to opposite, and there are two sliding blocks at the both ends of threaded rod through threaded connection respectively, and the lateral wall of sliding block rotates and is connected with the tensioning roller, and the one end rotation of threaded rod is connected with the motor.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the winding mechanism comprises two connecting frames, the same winding roller is rotationally connected in the two connecting frames, a first motor is fixed on the side wall of one connecting frame through a motor base, a driving wheel is sleeved at one end of the winding roller, and an output shaft of the first motor forms transmission fit with the driving wheel through a belt.

Preferably: the side wall of the auxiliary fixing frame is welded with an auxiliary frame, the air guide pipe is inserted in the auxiliary frame, and the air guide pipe is of a corrugated hose structure.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. by arranging the motor and the threaded rods, the threaded rods with opposite thread turning directions at two ends can be driven by the motor, so that the distance between the tensioning rollers can be adjusted to adapt to cloth materials of different specifications; through the first electric sliding rail and the side plate which are provided with the fan-shaped ring structures, the first electric sliding rail works to drive the bracket for installing the connecting block to rotate, so that the workbench can be turned over and erected, and is convenient for workers to watch; the design can be used for flexibly squaring or erecting the workbench.
2. By arranging the second motor and the rotating shaft, the winding mechanism can be moved and the angle of the winding mechanism can be adjusted through the transmission of the second motor and the half gear, so that the use flexibility of the equipment is improved; through setting up the electronic slide rail of second point, can freely expand the cloth.
3. The third motor works by arranging the third motor and the blade; the blade can be driven to rotate through the transmission of the gear, and then the thread balls and other impurities on the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the cloth are transferred into the elastic net and smashed; the elastic net with the arc-shaped structure avoids the cloth from being worn by edges and corners.
4. Through setting up fixed ear and clamping piece, can be through the one end of the fixed cloth of clamping piece or the one end of cloth inner tube to can stabilize the rolling, avoid the phenomenon emergence that idle running or rolling are not compact in the cloth rolling in-process, the wind-up roll rotates to be connected in the lateral wall of splitting piece and connection frame, and then opens wind-up roll one end through the mode of splitting piece, and then conveniently takes off the yardage roll on the wind-up roll, convenient and fast.

The problem that cloth on a workbench 7 is horizontally arranged and is inconvenient to observe is solved; as shown in fig. 1, the turnover mechanism includes a side plate 4 and a first electric slide rail 10, a slide rail groove is formed in a side wall of the side plate 4, and the first electric slide rail 10 is fixed in the slide rail groove through a screw, in this embodiment, preferably, the first electric slide rail 10 and the side plate 4 are both fan-shaped ring mechanisms, a support column 3 is welded at a bottom end of one side of the side plate 4, and can stably support the side plate 4, and a connection block 5 is slidably connected to an inner wall of the first electric slide rail 10, the connection block 5 is welded to a side wall of the support frame 2, the two first electric slide rails 10 are connected to a synchronous driving system, and the first electric slide rail 10 works to drive the support frame 2 with the connection block 5 to rotate, so that the workbench 7 can be turned and erected, and a worker can conveniently watch the turnover mechanism.
In order to effectively and rapidly wind the cloth, as shown in fig. 1-3, the winding mechanism includes two connection frames 18, and the same winding roller 6 is rotatably connected in the two connection frames 18, a first motor 17 is fixed on a side wall of one of the connection frames 18 through a motor base, a driving wheel 19 is sleeved at one end of the winding roller 6, an output shaft of the first motor 17 forms transmission fit with the driving wheel 19 through a belt, the driving wheel 19 can be driven by the first motor 17 to rotate so as to drive the winding roller 6 to rotate, and the winding of the cloth is mechanically completed.
Wherein, the bottom welding of workstation 7 has underframe 22, and two connection frames 18 rotate through pivot 23 and connect in the lateral wall of support 2, and the lateral wall of underframe 22 has second motor 20 through the fix with screw, and the output shaft keyed joint of second motor 20 has the driving gear, and the outer wall of pivot 23 is fixed with half gear 21 through the bearing, and half gear 21 forms the transmission cooperation with the driving gear, can be through the transmission of second motor 20 and half gear 21, transfer winding mechanism, adjust winding mechanism's angle to the flexibility of equipment use has been improved.
In order to effectively remove the thread ball impurities on the surface layer of the cloth, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, one side of the auxiliary fixing frame is slidably connected with two fixing frames 8, the opposite sides of the two fixing frames 8 are slidably connected with elastic nets 29, the side walls of the sliding blocks are welded with connecting columns, and one ends of the connecting columns are fixed on the side walls of the fixing frames 8 through screws; the synchronous lifting of the fixed frame 8 and the tensioning roller 9 can be guaranteed, the inner wall of the fixed frame 8 is rotatably connected with a plurality of transmission shafts 27, the inner wall of one side of the fixed frame 8 is fixedly provided with a third motor 30 through screws, the top end of each transmission shaft 27 is fixedly provided with a blade 28 through a bearing, the outer wall of each transmission shaft 27 is in key connection with a transmission gear, the transmission gears are meshed in pairs, and the output shaft of the third motor 30 is in transmission fit with the transmission gears through gears; the third motor 30 works, and can drive the blade 27 to rotate through the transmission of the gear, so that the thread balls and other impurities on the upper and lower surface layers of the cloth are transferred into the elastic net 29 and smashed; in this embodiment, preferably, the elastic net 29 has an arc-shaped structure, so as to prevent edges and corners from wearing the fabric.
The wire ball collecting device comprises a base 1, a collecting box 14, a negative pressure pump 13, a guide pipe 15, a wire ball and other impurities, wherein the collecting box 14 is welded on one side of the top end of the base 1, the negative pressure pump 13 is fixed on the side wall of the collecting box 14 through screws, the air suction end of the negative pressure pump 13 is connected with the collecting box 14 through the guide pipe, the air guide pipe 15 is welded on the inner top of the collecting box 14, one end of the air guide pipe 15 is communicated with two fixing frames 8 through the guide pipe, and the other impurities such as wire balls and the like which are drawn into the fixing frames 8 can be collected into the collecting box 14 to be processed in a negative pressure mode;
the auxiliary frame 16 is welded on the side wall of the auxiliary fixing frame, the air guide pipe 15 is inserted into the auxiliary frame 16, the air guide pipe 15 is of a corrugated hose structure, the auxiliary frame 16 can stably fix the air guide pipe 15, and the corrugated hose is designed to avoid the influence of a pipeline on the movement of equipment.
When the winding device is used, the device is fixed at a proper position and is connected with a power supply, the second motor 20 works to move the rotating shaft 23 to work and rotate so as to drive the connecting frame 18 to rotate, and the angle of the winding roller 6 is adjusted; the cloth passes through the tension rollers 9 and the fixed frame 8 and is wound on the winding roller 6, the motor works to drive the threaded rod to rotate, the distance between the two tension rollers 9 is adjusted, the first motor 17 is fixed to work and drive the transmission wheel 19 to rotate through the transmission of the belt, and the winding roller 6 winds the cloth; the third motor 20 works through the transmission of the gear, adjusts the rotation of the blade 28, and takes out the line ball on the surface of the cloth;
when the cloth needs to be unfolded, the distance between the tensioning rollers 9 is reduced, the cloth is occluded, and the second electric slide rail 12 works to transversely move the tensioning rollers 9 to complete the unfolding of the cloth; when the workbench 7 needs to be vertically displayed, the first electric slide rail 10 works to drive the connecting block 5 to rotate, so that the workbench 7 is turned up.
Example 2:
a cloth folding and unfolding machine for clothing, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, for solving the problem of inconvenient treatment after cloth rolling; the present embodiment is modified from embodiment 1 as follows: the winding roller is characterized in that a splitting block is arranged at the top end of the connecting frame 18, fixing lugs 26 are welded on the splitting block and the side wall of the connecting frame 18, the two fixing lugs 26 are fixedly matched through bolts, the winding roller 6 is rotatably connected to the splitting block and the side wall of the connecting frame 18, one end of the winding roller 6 is opened in a mode of splitting the splitting block, a cloth roll on the winding roller 6 can be conveniently taken down, the winding roller is convenient and quick to use, a clamping groove is formed in one side of the winding roller 6, a clamping piece 25 is connected in the clamping groove in a sliding mode, and a lifting block 24 is welded on one side of the clamping piece 25; can fix the one end of cloth or the one end of cloth inner tube through clamping piece 25 to can stabilize the rolling, avoid the phenomenon emergence that cloth rolling in-process idle running or rolling are not compact.
This embodiment is when using, during the rolling, pushes away clamping piece 25 into the joint inslot through carrying pull block 24, and clamping piece 25 cliies cloth head or the interior cartridge end of cloth, can accomplish fixedly and carry out the rolling, if need take off the cloth after the rolling, opens fixed ear 26 and can follow the one end of wind-up roll 6 and take off the cloth.
