A weightless charging machine comprises a storage hopper body, a support frame, a discharge valve, an alarm and a controller, wherein a plurality of press plates are fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the storage hopper body in the circumferential direction; the upper end and the lower end of the hopper body are respectively provided with a feeding port and a discharging port; the discharge valve is arranged in the feed opening; and the controller is respectively connected with the weighing sensor, the discharge valve and the alarm. This feeding machine can carry out local audible and visual alarm in time after no-load, can effectively remind operating personnel to carry out timely feed supplement.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a feeder, in particular to a weightless feeder.
Background
The quantitative feeder is used for quantitatively feeding the bulk materials and weighing the bulk materials by using the weighing module. However, the existing quantitative feeder is simple in structure and cannot prompt in time when the quantitative feeder is in no-load, so that the timing feeder cannot be supplemented in time after no-load, and feeding efficiency can be seriously influenced.

and the controller is respectively connected with the weighing sensor, the discharge valve and the alarm.
Preferably, the alarm is an audible and visual alarm.
Furthermore, in order to buffer blanking, the lower end of the blanking port is connected with a cylindrical cloth bag.
According to the invention, the controller can judge whether the storage hopper body is in an idle state or not by feeding back the gravity signal of the weighing sensor to the controller, so that the alarm connected with the controller can be controlled to carry out local audible and visual alarm. This feeding machine can carry out local audible and visual alarm in time after no-load, can effectively remind operating personnel to carry out timely feed supplement.

As shown in fig. 1, a weightless feeder comprises a hopper body 1, a support frame 2, a discharge valve 3, an alarm and a controller, wherein a plurality of pressure plates 4 are fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the hopper body 1 in the circumferential direction, a plurality of weighing sensors 5 are connected to the inside of the support frame 2 corresponding to the plurality of pressure plates 4, the hopper body 1 is arranged in the middle of the support frame 2, and the plurality of pressure plates 4 are connected to the upper parts of the plurality of weighing sensors 5; the upper end and the lower end of the hopper body 1 are respectively provided with a feeding port 8 and a discharging port 7; the discharge valve 3 is arranged in the feed opening 7;
and the controller is respectively connected with the weighing sensor 5, the discharge valve 3 and the alarm.
The alarm is an audible and visual alarm.
The lower end of the feed opening 7 is also connected with a cylindrical cloth bag 6.
Through feeding back weighing sensor's gravity signal to the controller, the controller can judge whether the storage hopper body is in idle state, and then can control the alarm of being connected with it and carry out local audible and visual warning. This feeding machine can carry out local audible and visual alarm in time after no-load, can effectively remind operating personnel to carry out timely feed supplement.

A weightless feeder comprises a hopper body, a support frame and a discharge valve, and is characterized by also comprising an alarm and a controller, wherein a plurality of pressure plates are fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the hopper body in the circumferential direction; the upper end and the lower end of the hopper body are respectively provided with a feeding port and a discharging port; the discharge valve is arranged in the feed opening;
and the controller is respectively connected with the weighing sensor, the discharge valve and the alarm.
