Abstract
本发明公开了原状土土壤样品运输箱,包括箱体、放料架和取样器,所述箱体包括外壳、铰接在外壳上的外盖和套装在外壳与外盖之间的内箱,内箱与外壳之间设有蜂窝减震板,内箱的内部安装有放料架,所述外壳一侧设有取样器,所述取样器包括壳体和环刀,壳体内设有供环刀滑动的滑槽,所述环刀包括一体成型的刀把和连接在刀把前端的刃口,刀把末端安装有与刀把垂直的把手,所述刀把上加工有与取样管外壁相配合的凹槽。本发明通过在外壳内设置内箱,并在内箱与外壳之间填充蜂窝减震板,可减少在土样样品运输的过程中因振动造成的土壤破坏,同时通过在箱体上设置的取样器,免去了取样人员携带大量设备的过程,减少了取样的人力成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及土样转运技术领域,特别是涉及一种原状土土壤样品运输箱。
背景技术
原状土样又称不扰动土样。没有物理成分和化学成分的改变,相对保持天然结构和天然含水率的土样。用于测定天然土的物理、力学性质,如重度、天然含水率、渗透系数、压缩系数和抗剪强度等。土样的采取、运送过程中,各种人为因素对原状土造成的破坏尤为突出。有些土样虽然经过各种试验获得了相关数据,但其真实价值,很大程度上取决于试验土样保持天然状态的程度。
现阶段用于检测的原状土壤样品,多注重采集过程对样品的保护,通过密封包装控制水分散失,但忽视了样品运输过程对土壤的破坏,从而增加了测量的误差。另外在现有的取样过程中,都需要单独携带取样器,增加了所用的设备,若样品过多还会增加取样的人,从而增加了人力成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可减少土壤样品受到破坏的原状土土壤样品运输箱。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
原状土土壤样品运输箱,包括箱体、放料架和取样器,所述箱体包括外壳、铰接在外壳上的外盖和套装在外壳与外盖之间的内箱,内箱与外壳之间设有蜂窝减震板,内箱的内部安装有放料架,所述放料架上设有多个卡槽和安装在卡槽内的取样管,所述外壳一侧设有取样器,所述取样器包括壳体和环刀,壳体内设有供环刀滑动的滑槽,所述环刀包括一体成型的刀把和连接在刀把前端的刃口,刀把末端安装有与刀把垂直的把手,所述刀把上加工有与取样管外壁相配合的凹槽,凹槽的上加工有用于对取样管限位的刀座,壳体靠近刃口一端的底面上设有可沿刀把长度方向伸出的定位钉。
所述刃口的内壁上加工有一圈与取样管适配的凸沿。
所述放料架上设有蓄电池和多块与蓄电池通过控制器连接的加热丝,所述放料架上还设有与控制器连接的温度传感器。
所述放料架上设有多根贯穿内箱和外壳的管道,且管道的一端设有与外壳连接的防尘盖,所述管道内设有将带动空气流动的微型风机。
所述刀把可伸缩。
所述蜂窝减震板由海绵或棉花制成。
本发明具有如下效果:
(1)通过在外壳内设置内箱,并在内箱与外壳之间填充蜂窝减震板,可减少在土样样品运输的过程中因振动造成的土壤破坏,同时通过在箱体上设置的取样器,免去了取样人员携带大量设备的过程,减少了取样的人力成本;
(2)通过在壳体上设置可沿刀把长度方向伸出的定位钉,可在取样时固定环刀的位置,从而防止取同一位置土样时因环刀偏移造成的土壤取样不准的问题;
(3)通过在刃口的内壁上加工与取样管适配的凸沿,并配合刀座可将取样管固定在刀把上,从而可免去将取样后的土壤放入取样管内的过程,防止了土壤在取样后因转移造成的破坏,极大的保证了土样的完整性;
(4)通过在内箱上设置加热丝和微型风机,可根据土壤现场的温度为取样后的土壤提供同温度的保存温度,以防止土壤中的水分因温度变化造成扩散,可提高土样的稳定;
(5)通过设置可伸缩的刀把,使取样装置的取样范围增加。

具体实施方式
实施例
如图1~图3所示,本实施例提供的原状土土壤样品运输箱包括箱体1、放料架2和取样器3,所述箱体1包括外壳11、铰接在外壳11上的外盖12和套装在外壳11与外盖12之间的内箱13,内箱13与外壳11之间设有由海绵或棉花制成的蜂窝减震板14,内箱13的内部安装有放料架2,所述放料架2上设有多个卡槽21和安装在卡槽21内的取样管22,所述外壳11一侧设有取样器3,所述取样器3包括壳体31和环刀32,壳体31内设有供环刀32滑动的滑槽33,所述环刀32包括一体成型的刀把34和连接在刀把34前端的刃口35,所述刃口35的内壁上加工有一圈与取样管22适配的凸沿36,凸沿36的内壁与取样管22的内壁圆滑过渡,所述刀把34可伸缩,刀把34末端安装有与刀把34垂直的把手37,所述刀把34上加工有与取样管22外壁相配合的凹槽,凹槽的上加工有用于对取样管22限位的刀座38,通过凸沿36和刀座38对取样管22进行限位,同时通过凸沿36可使原状土无损的进入取样管22内,以避免原状土因移动造成损坏,壳体31靠近刃口35一端的底面上设有可沿刀把34长度方向伸出的定位钉39,通过定位钉39可锁定取样的点位,可避免因位置变换造成取样的原状土分层不一致的问题产生。
所述放料架2上设有蓄电池4和多块与蓄电池4通过控制器41连接的加热丝42,所述放料架2上还设有与控制器41连接的温度传感器43,所述放料架2上设有多根贯穿内箱13和外壳11的管道44,且管道44的一端设有与外壳11连接的防尘盖45,所述管道44内设有将带动空气流动的微型风机46。
本发明的使用方法是:
先将箱体1放在待取样的地上,然后将定位钉39插在地上,用于定位,然后打开外盖12和内箱13,将取样管22从卡槽21上取出,并安装在刃口35处的凸沿36上,同时通过刀座38将取样器3固定在环刀32上,随后通过环刀32上的把手37压下环刀32,将采集的土壤通过环刀32送入取样器3内,当根据把手37的移动尺寸,当土壤装满取样器3后,通过把手37拔起环刀32,将环刀32上的取样器3取下,并换上新的取样器3重复上述方法继续取样,当取样深度达到一定后,延长刀把34的长度,最后将装有土壤的取样管22依次连续的放置在卡槽21内。
取样完成后将环刀32收回卡槽21,然后将取样现场的温度输入控制器41,控制器41根据温度传感器43检测的现场温度控制微型风机46启动,用于减少因温度变化造成的土壤中的水分变化,同时蜂窝减震板14用于吸收箱体1移动时产生的振动,以保证采样土壤的完整性。
以上所述仅是本发明优选的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何基于本发明所提供的技术方案和发明构思进行的改造和替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

1.原状土土壤样品运输箱,其特征在于:包括箱体、放料架和取样器,所述箱体包括外壳、铰接在外壳上的外盖和套装在外壳与外盖之间的内箱,内箱与外壳之间设有蜂窝减震板,所述蜂窝减震板由海绵或棉花制成,内箱的内部安装有放料架,所述放料架上设有多个卡槽和安装在卡槽内的取样管,所述外壳一侧设有取样器,所述取样器包括壳体和环刀,壳体内设有供环刀滑动的滑槽,所述环刀包括一体成型的刀把和连接在刀把前端的刃口,所述刀把可伸缩,刀把末端安装有与刀把垂直的把手,所述刀把上加工有与取样管外壁相配合的凹槽,凹槽上加工有用于对取样管限位的刀座,壳体靠近刃口一端的底面上设有可沿刀把长度方向伸出的定位钉,所述放料架上设有蓄电池和多块与蓄电池通过控制器连接的加热丝,所述放料架上还设有与控制器连接的温度传感器,所述放料架上设有多根贯穿内箱和外壳的管道,且管道的一端设有与外壳连接的防尘盖,所述管道内设有将带动空气流动的微型风机。
