技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,具体的涉及一种抑制抑郁症的装置。
背景技术
抑郁症又称抑郁障碍,以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征,是心境障碍的主要类型。临床可见心境低落与其处境不相称,情绪的消沉可以从闷闷不乐到悲痛欲绝,自卑抑郁,甚至悲观厌世,可有自杀企图或行为,甚至发生木僵;部分病例有明显的焦虑和运动性激越;严重者可出现幻觉、妄想等精神病性症状。每次发作持续至少2周以上、长者甚或数年,多数病例有反复发作的倾向,每次发作大多数可以缓解,部分可有残留症状或转为慢性。
抑郁症的常见病因:遗传、HPA轴、细胞因子、性激素、神经营养因子等,常见症状:心境低落、思维迟缓、意志活动减退、认知功能损。
抑郁是人的一种生理情绪,而抑郁症,有以下手段治疗:药物治疗,药物治疗是中度以上抑郁发作的主要治疗措施。心理治疗,对有明显心理社会因素作用的抑郁发作患者,在药物治疗的同时常需合并心理治疗。物理治疗,近年来出现了一种新的物理治疗手段——重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗,主要适用于轻中度的抑郁发作。具有一定副作用甚至依赖性,对身体造成负担和影响。上述三种治疗方式存在以下问题:1、具有一定副作用甚至依赖性,对身体造成负担和影响;2、不具有便捷性,需在特定场所治疗。3、治疗价格较为昂贵。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种辅助治疗抑郁症的装置,通过采集音频样本通过设备分析合成特殊音频,通过合成的音频实现回传干预减轻抑郁症的症状和对抑郁症的治疗。所述装置包括:
音频播放单元,所述音频播放单元向抑郁症用户播放第一音频信号集合;
脑电波信号采集单元,当所述音频播放单元向抑郁症用户播放所述第一音频信号集合时,所述脑电波信号采集单元采集所述抑郁症用户脑电波信号;
脑电波分析单元,所述脑电波分析单元分析所述抑郁症用户脑电波信号,得到脑电波分析结果;
音频选择单元,所述音频选择单元用于根据所述脑电波分析结果,从所述第一音频信号集合中选择第二音频信号集合;
音频拼接单元,所述音频拼接单元将所述第二音频信号集合拼接成第三音频信号,所述音频播放单元向抑郁症用户播放第三音频信号。

使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
参阅图1,本发明实施例中提供的抑制抑郁症的装置包括音频播放单元、控制面板、设备显示屏、数据存储器、蓝牙组件和电源,该装置通过蓝牙组件与手机端APP程序进行抑郁症用户的绑定,和对抑郁症用户进行最适合音频的匹配;音频播放单元向抑郁症用户播放第一音频信号集合,具体的,音频播放器可以是骨传导耳机或者普通的动圈式耳机。第一音频信号集合包括多个第一音频信号,其中第一音频信号为测试信号,抑郁症症状者可借助舒缓的民乐、轻音乐来帮助平衡情绪、保持精神放松安静,从而改善抑郁症,因此,测试信号可以选择一些民族乐器、山川河流的环境音、虫鸣鸟叫等音频片段,将多个音频片段组成第一音频信号集合。
脑电波信号采集单元,当所述音频播放器向抑郁症用户播放所述第一音频信号集合时,所述脑电波信号采集单元采集所述抑郁症用户脑电波信号。抑郁症多合并睡眠周期和结构异常,夜间睡眠时脑电图课出现NREM III、IV期减少,REM睡眠潜伏期缩短,即睡眠总时间减少,睡眠潜伏期延长,觉醒增多及早醒,深睡眠期减少,合并假性痴呆患者脑电图多正常,而器质性痴呆合并或不合并继发性抑郁患者多数有明确的脑电图异常,且多为中重度异常,因此,采集脑电波信号可以准确的反映出抑郁症用户目前的状态。
脑电波分析单元,所述脑电波分析单元分析所述抑郁症用户脑电波信号,得到脑电波分析结果。抑郁症用户在病症发作时,脑电波会出现较明显变化,例如脑电波中的θ波会出现弥散性θ波活动占优势,出现振发性θ波活动。因此,可以对θ波进行分析,来判断用户的状态。
音频选择单元,所述音频选择单元用于根据所述脑电波分析结果,从所述第一音频信号集合中选择第二音频信号集合。由于不是所有的测试片段均对用户的抑郁有抑制作用,那么我们需要从第一音频信号集合中选择真正有效的第一音频信号组成第二音频信号集合。如果播放的音频信号对抑郁症用户有效,那么在播放该音频信号时,θ波将会位于一个合理正常的区间,因此,通过θ波的分析结果,我们可以准确的从第一音频信号集合中选择第二音频信号集合。
音频拼接单元,所述音频拼接单元将所述第二音频信号集合拼接成第三音频信号,所述音频播放单元向抑郁症用户播放第三音频信号。接下来我们要把这些对抑制有效的第二音频信号进行拼接剪辑,得到第三音频信号,第三音频信号可以更有效的抑制用户的抑郁症状,最终第三音频信号通过音频播放单元向抑郁症用户播放,合成后的音频并通过骨传导耳机传递到大脑内,实现对疾病的回传干预治疗。通过播放音频使患者神经处于最舒适状态,神经递质平衡,改善大脑皮层的功能,减缓患者症状并可促使患者大脑得到良好的休息。

确定满足第一预设条件的脑电波分析结果,例如,第一预设条件指的是θ波位于一个合理正常的区间;
将所述满足第一预设条件的脑电波分析结果对应的所述第一音频信号集合中的第一音频信号,确定为第二音频信号集合。确定θ波位于合理正常的区间脑电波发生时间,找到同一个时间播放的第一音频信号,证明此时播放的第一音频信号是对抑郁有效的信号,即第二音频信号集合。
在一个示例中,所述将所述第二音频信号集合拼接成第三音频信号包括:
针对每两个相邻的第二音频信号,从所述相邻的第二音频信号中选择满足第二预设条件的第一采样点和第二采样点,所述第一采样点和第二采样点位于不同的第二音频信号上,所述第一采样点的频率与所述第二音频信号的频率满足第三预设条件。第二预设条件具体为预设的时间区间,例如,两个相临的第二音频信号为A信号、B信号,其中A信号在前、B信号在后,那么,在A信号的尾部预设时间区间中选择出X采样点,从B信号的头部预设时间区间中选择出Y采样点,其中,X采样点和Y采样点的频率差值最小,即满足第三预设条件,实际操作中,可以计算A信号的尾部预设时间区间中每个采样点的频率,与B信号的头部预设时间区间中每个采样点频率依次做差,选出差值最小的一对采样点,即为X采样点和Y采样点。
根据所述第一采样点和第二采样点,对所述相邻的第二音频信号进行平滑和剪切,具体的,可以根据X采样点和Y采样点,对A信号和B信号进行平滑和剪切。
将平滑和剪切后的所述相邻的第二音频信号进行拼接,得到所述第三音频信号。将平滑和剪切后的A信号和B信号直接拼接在一起,就得到了平顺自然过渡的第三音频信号。
在一个示例中,所述根据所述第一采样点和第二采样点,对所述相邻的第二音频信号进行平滑和剪切包括:
将所述相邻的第二音频信号中在所述第一采样点和第二采样点之间的音频片段剪切,具体的,由于X采样点和Y采样点频率差值最小,即频率最接近,因此我们可以将X采样点和Y采样点选择作为拼接位置,这样拼接出的音频相对而言更为自然平顺,而在两个拼接点之间的音频片段则为无效片段,因此我们需要把X采样点和Y采样点之间的音频片段剪切掉。
对剪切音频片段后的所述相邻的第二音频信号进行平滑,具体的,由于X采样点和Y采样点之间避免不了还是存在频率的差异,因此,需要对剪切后的音频信号进行平滑,例如,当X采样点为150Hz,Y采样点为230Hz,可以将最终的拼接点的频率取二者均值为190Hz,将X采样点之前的片段平滑下降或上升,从而使得最终X采样点为190Hz,同理,将Y采样点之后的片段平滑下降或上升,从而使得最终Y采样点为190Hz。

音频播放单元,所述音频播放单元向抑郁症用户播放第一音频信号集合;
脑电波信号采集单元,当所述音频播放单元向抑郁症用户播放所述第一音频信号集合时,所述脑电波信号采集单元采集所述抑郁症用户脑电波信号;
脑电波分析单元,所述脑电波分析单元分析所述抑郁症用户脑电波信号,得到脑电波分析结果;
音频选择单元,所述音频选择单元用于根据所述脑电波分析结果,从所述第一音频信号集合中选择第二音频信号集合;
音频拼接单元,所述音频拼接单元将所述第二音频信号集合拼接成第三音频信号,所述音频播放单元向抑郁症用户播放第三音频信号。

3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述脑电波分析结果,从所述第一音频信号集合中选择第二音频信号集合包括:
确定满足第一预设条件的脑电波分析结果;
将所述满足第一预设条件的脑电波分析结果对应的所述第一音频信号集合中的第一音频信号,确定为第二音频信号集合。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述将所述第二音频信号集合拼接成第三音频信号包括:
针对每两个相邻的第二音频信号,从所述相邻的第二音频信号中选择满足第二预设条件的第一采样点和第二采样点,所述第一采样点和第二采样点位于不同的第二音频信号上,所述第一采样点的频率与所述第二音频信号的频率满足第三预设条件;
根据所述第一采样点和第二采样点,对所述相邻的第二音频信号进行平滑和剪切;
将平滑和剪切后的所述相邻的第二音频信号进行拼接,得到所述第三音频信号。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一采样点和第二采样点,对所述相邻的第二音频信号进行平滑和剪切包括:
将所述相邻的第二音频信号中在所述第一采样点和第二采样点之间的音频片段剪切;
对剪切音频片段后的所述相邻的第二音频信号进行平滑。
6.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述音频播放单元包括骨传导耳机。
