中医研究证明，结节性红斑病起因多由湿热下注、气滞血瘀、经络阻塞和顽湿聚结而发病所致；或者饮食不节，脾虚湿盛，气血运行不畅所致；外加外感风寒湿邪，寒凝血脉形成气滞血瘀，经络阻塞而发病所致。结节性红斑表现症状可分为湿热蕴结症、气滞血瘀症和湿邪滞塞症。治则以健脾除湿，疏肝解郁，清热解毒，活血凉血为主。中医治疗以原发病因为“本”，以继发病因为“表”，注重标本兼治、调理活血、急则治其表，缓则治其本，从而达到标本兼治、防复发之效果。
本发明的技术方案是：一种治疗结节性红斑的中药，由内服制剂和外用制剂组成，其中，内服制剂由下中药制成：枳实5g，黄连5g，夏枯草10g ，黄柏10g，蔓荆子6g， 芦根10g，半边莲10g ，白薇 6g ,猪苓8g，川芎10g，红景天5g ，太子参10g ，水牛角15g ，甘草3g ,枸杞子5g ，羊乳150g ，绞股蓝 15g ，当归 10g ，白术 6g ,莲子肉 5g，白扁豆 9g， 橘皮2g ，升麻 3g ，杜仲 6g ，炒白术 10g ，前胡5g，麻黄根4g ，地黄15g，白芷 9g 。
制备方法：取上述中药，加水1000毫升，温火煎煮30分钟，过滤制成汤剂，分早、晚两次服用。
外用制剂由以下中药制成：冰片10 g、白癣皮15 g、白蔹15 g。
制备使用方法，将白癣皮、白蔹加水1000毫升文火煎煮30分钟，将药液淋出，趁热加入冰片，搅拌均匀。用药棉蘸药液对患处擦洗，每3-5次。
本发明各原料药中药科学配伍，协调生效，治疗“结节性红斑”效果甚好。方中：黄连、夏枯草、芦根、黄柏、蔓荆子、白薇、地黄、橘皮行清热燥湿、消炎解毒、疏散风热之功效，为君药；半边莲、猪苓、川芎、水牛角、红景天、当归、白芷消肿止痛，活血化瘀，为臣药；太子参、枸杞子、杜仲、炒白术、麻黄根、白扁豆、羊乳、莲子肉健脾补肾，增强人体免疫力，为佐药。甘草调和诸药。上述诸药，协同配伍，共奏清热燥湿、散风解毒、活血化瘀、消肿止之功效，治疗结节性红斑疾病标本兼治，注重调理，疗效直接，复发率低。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

临床资料
1.1 随机收集2018年1月至2018年12月期间住院治疗结节性红斑患者80例，随机分成2组，分为实验组和对照组，每组包含40例患者。实验前，争取80位患者的一致同意。80位患者病程集中在5个月至12个月之间不等。实验过程中，将对照组和实验组患者的相关治疗过程进行详细记录。
1.2 检查标准
本次临床实验采用“血常规检查”法。
1.3 观察标准
本次临床研究，使用“血常规检查”法。在检查过程中，其标准为：白细胞计数一般正常或者轻度升高，但在初期，伴有高热、扁桃体炎或咽炎时，白细胞计数及嗜中性粒细胞计数可明显增高。2/3的患者血沉增快。类风湿因子亦可为阳性。有人测定患者血清微球蛋白增高。治愈标准：白细胞计数正常，炎症消失，结节性红斑消失。
1.4 治疗方法
实验组使用本发明内服中药，餐后服用，每日2次。外用药每日擦洗3次；对照组服用消炎药和泼尼松，餐后服用，每日3次。两组均观察4个疗程，然后做疗效判定。
1.5 实验结果
住院治疗观察4个疗程后，医生使用“血常规检查”检查法，其检测标准不变。其中，对照组经过检测，“结节性红斑”患者治愈21例，有效治愈率为52.5% 。实验组患者经过检测，治愈39例，有效治愈率为97.5% 。
临床资料显示本发明中药在治疗“结节性红斑”疾病上治疗效果明显，且病情二次复发率较低，根治疾病效果明显。

1.一种治疗结节性红斑的中药，其特征是，由内服制剂和外用制剂组成，其中，内服制剂以下中药制成：枳实5g，黄连5g，夏枯草10g ，黄柏10g，蔓荆子6g， 芦根10g ，半边莲10g，白薇 6g ,猪苓8g，川芎10g，红景天5g ，太子参10g ，水牛角15g ，甘草3g ,枸杞子5g ，羊乳150g ，绞股蓝 15g ，当归 10g ，白术 6g ,莲子肉 5g，白扁豆 9g， 橘皮2g ，升麻 3g ，杜仲 6g ，炒白术 10g ，前胡5g，麻黄根4g ，地黄15g，白芷 9g ；外用制剂由以下中药制成：冰片10克、白癣皮15克、白蔹15。
