The invention also provides a power supply module, which comprises a power supply module 5 and any one of the booster modules, wherein the booster module is detachably connected to the front panel 501 of the power supply module 5 through the support bracket 2, and a screw passes through a screw hole in the support plate 201, a screw hole in a fan frame of the power supply module 5 and a screw hole in the power supply module 5 to fixedly connect the power supply module 5, the booster module and the screw hole.
Compared with the prior art, the booster module on the power module provided by the invention comprises: a booster 1, a support bracket 2 and a pressure welding plate 3; the booster 1 comprises an operating rod 101 and a rotating part 102 which are fixedly connected; a fitting opening 103 is arranged at the edge of one side of the rotating part 102, a stop flange 104 is arranged at the edge of the other side, and the end part of the fitting opening 103 is used for abutting against the cabinet body 6; the support bracket 2 comprises a support plate 201 provided with a rotating shaft 203 and a limiting column 204 and a front baffle 202 of which the end part is provided with an accommodating groove 205, and the support bracket 2 is used for being fixedly connected with the power module 5; the booster 1 passes through the containing groove 205 and is hinged with the rotating shaft 203; the pressing plate 3 fixedly mounts the booster 1 on the support bracket 2 and a rotation channel communicated with the containing groove 205 is formed between the pressing plate 3 and the support plate 201. The operating rod 101 drives the rotating part 102 to rotate around the rotating shaft 203 in the accommodating groove and the rotating channel, so as to drive the fit opening 103 and the stop flange 104 to rotate, the rotating body is abutted against the cabinet body 6 by virtue of the end part of the fit opening 103, the power module 5 fixedly connected with the support bracket 2 is driven to slide in the cabinet body 6, and the plugging operation of the power module 5 is realized. The booster module adopts the lever principle to realize the plug operation of power module 5 in cabinet 6, and its simple structure, convenient operation, labour saving and time saving easily maintains the change. Through the closed edge of the abdicating groove and the backstop of the limiting column 204 on the backstop flange 104 on the booster 1, the booster 1 is limited, and meanwhile, the booster 1 is ensured to rotate within a certain angle range. With booster module demountable installation on power module 5's front panel 501, made things convenient for and operated booster module.
The invention also provides an electrical conversion device, which comprises a cabinet body 6 and the power supply module, wherein the cabinet body 6 comprises an installation channel, and the power supply module is installed in the installation channel in a drawer mode; the cabinet 6 further comprises a structural member 601 adapted to the engagement notch 103 of the booster 1.
As an embodiment of an electrical converter according to the present invention, please refer to fig. 9 to 14, in which the booster module includes a limiting component 4, the limiting component 4 includes a mounting box 401, a touch switch 402 and a driver; the back plate 605 of the installation channel is provided with an inserting female seat 502 and a customized pin 503, and the side surface of the customized pin 503 is asymmetrically provided with two error-proof edges 504. The rear panel 505 of the power module 5 is provided with a special-shaped positioning hole 506 matched with the error-proof edge 504 and an inserting male seat 507 matched with the inserting female seat 502, and a travel switch 508 is arranged in the special-shaped positioning hole 506. The customized pin 503 and the special-shaped positioning hole 506 can ensure the accuracy of the opposite insertion under the normal matching condition, and the power module 5 is ensured to be stably installed on the cabinet body 6 under the working state. By matching the asymmetric mistake-proofing edge 504 of the customized pin 503 with the hole site, the fit clearance can be adjusted in advance by using the mistake-proofing edge 504 during the opposite insertion, and the opposite insertion stress is prevented from being concentrated on the connector, so that the service life of the connector is shortened. The customized pin 503 adopts an asymmetric error-proof edge 504, and when the power module 5 is inserted and pulled by mistake, the customized pin 503 is staggered with the special-shaped positioning hole 506 in a matching way. When the power module 5 is inserted in place in the installation channel through the booster 1, the inserting male seat 507 and the inserting female seat 502 are inserted and electrically connected, and the customized pin 503 and the special-shaped positioning hole 506 are inserted in place and drive the travel switch 508 in the special-shaped positioning hole 506; the travel switch 508 is driven to send out a switch signal, and the controller in the power module 5 controls the trigger switch 402 to extend and abut against the stop flange 104 of the rotating portion 102 according to the switch signal.
Referring to fig. 15, as an embodiment of the electrical conversion apparatus provided by the present invention, the structural member 601 includes a first folded edge 602, a second folded edge 603 and a matching rib 604 adapted to the matching opening 103, the first folded edge 602, the second folded edge 603 and the matching rib 604 are perpendicular to each other and intersect at a point, three intersecting lines are located on a radial line from the intersection point, and the first folded edge 602 and the second folded edge 603 are fixedly connected to a side wall of the cabinet 6. Booster 1 can apply certain effort to the lateral wall of the cabinet body 6 at the working process, because structure 601 adopts above-mentioned structure, very big reinforcing the regional structural strength of the 6 stress points of the cabinet body, prevent effectively that the cabinet body 6 from producing bending deformation because of frequent atress, reduced the potential safety hazard.
Compared with the prior art, the booster module on the electric conversion device provided by the invention comprises the following components: a booster 1, a support bracket 2 and a pressure welding plate 3; the booster 1 comprises an operating rod 101 and a rotating part 102 which are fixedly connected; a fitting opening 103 is arranged at the edge of one side of the rotating part 102, a stop flange 104 is arranged at the edge of the other side, and the end part of the fitting opening 103 is used for abutting against the cabinet body 6; the support bracket 2 comprises a support plate 201 provided with a rotating shaft 203 and a limiting column 204 and a front baffle 202 of which the end part is provided with an accommodating groove 205, and the support bracket 2 is used for being fixedly connected with the power module 5; the booster 1 passes through the containing groove 205 and is hinged with the rotating shaft 203; the pressing plate 3 fixedly mounts the booster 1 on the support bracket 2 and a rotation channel communicated with the containing groove 205 is formed between the pressing plate 3 and the support plate 201. The operating rod 101 drives the rotating part 102 to rotate around the rotating shaft 203 in the accommodating groove and the rotating channel, so as to drive the fit opening 103 and the stop flange 104 to rotate, the rotating body is abutted against the cabinet body 6 by virtue of the end part of the fit opening 103, the power module 5 fixedly connected with the support bracket 2 is driven to slide in the cabinet body 6, and the plugging operation of the power module 5 is realized. The booster module adopts the lever principle to realize the plug operation of power module 5 in cabinet 6, and its simple structure, convenient operation, labour saving and time saving easily maintains the change. Claims (10)

1. A booster module, comprising: the booster, the support bracket and the pressure welding plate;
the booster comprises an operating rod and a rotating part which are fixedly connected, a fit opening is formed in the edge of one side of the rotating part, a stop flange is arranged on the edge of the other side of the rotating part, and the end part of the fit opening is used for being abutted against the cabinet body;
the bearing bracket comprises a bearing plate provided with a rotating shaft and a limiting column and a front baffle plate of which the end part is provided with an accommodating groove, and the booster penetrates through the accommodating groove and is hinged with the rotating shaft; the support bracket is used for being fixedly connected with the power supply module;
the booster is fixedly arranged on the supporting bracket by the crimping plate, a rotating channel communicated with the containing groove is formed between the crimping plate and the supporting plate, and the operating rod drives the rotating part to limit the rotation of the freedom degree in the containing groove and the rotating channel; the closed edge of the containing groove forms a first position stop for the stop flange, and the limit column forms a second position stop for the stop flange;
the booster module passes through hold the bracket and the detachable connection of crimping board is on the outer wall of power module's front panel.
2. A booster module as set forth in claim 1 wherein said support bracket further includes a side ear mount, said side ear mount and said front baffle being vertically connected to said support plate and oriented in different vertical directions, said support plate having mounting holes therein.
3. A booster module as set forth in claim 1 wherein said crimping plate includes vertically connected crimping tabs fixedly connected to said support plate and reinforcing tabs fixedly connected to said front baffle; and a damping gasket is clamped between the pressing sheet and the rotating part.
4. A booster module as set forth in claim 3, wherein the rotary portion is provided with a hinge screw hole, the hinge screw hole is fitted over the rotary shaft, and a screw passes through and fixedly connects the crimp screw hole of the crimp piece, the hinge screw hole, and the rotary shaft screw hole of the rotary shaft; the two top ends of the fit opening form an arc-shaped top projection, the length proportional relation between the side edge and the bottom edge of the fit opening is greater than 2:1, and the caliber of the fit opening is gradually increased from the outer edge of the rotating part to the center; the stop flange comprises a first straight line edge, a second straight line edge and a stop circular arc, one end of the stop circular arc is connected with the first straight line edge, the other end of the stop circular arc is connected with the second straight line edge, the first straight line edge and the second straight line edge are perpendicular to each other, and the central angle of the stop circular arc is 30-60 degrees.
5. A booster module as set forth in claim 1 further comprising a limit assembly including a mounting box, a tact switch, and a driver; the mounting box is fixedly mounted on the bearing plate, and a telescopic channel is arranged on the mounting box; the driver is used for driving the touch switch to move along the telescopic channel, and when the touch switch finishes extending action, the end part of the touch switch is propped against the stop flange.
6. A booster module as set forth in claim 5 wherein said trigger switch includes a trigger end and a connection end, and said driver includes an electromagnetic coil secured to said mounting case, an armature secured to said connection end, and a reset member connected to said mounting case and said connection end, respectively; the link is equipped with and is used for spacing the flange of piece that resets, armature sets up on the flange.
7. A power module comprises a power module and is characterized by further comprising the booster module as set forth in any one of claims 1-6, wherein the booster module is detachably connected to the front panel of the power module through the support bracket, and screws penetrate through screw holes in the support bracket, screw holes in a fan frame of the power module and screw holes in the power module to fixedly connect the power module, the booster module and the fan frame.
8. An electrical converter apparatus comprising a cabinet, further comprising a power module as recited in claim 7, the cabinet comprising a mounting channel in which the power module is drawer-mounted; the cabinet body also comprises a structural part matched with the fit opening of the booster.
9. The electrical converter according to claim 8 wherein said booster module includes a limit assembly, said limit assembly including a mounting box, a tact switch and a driver; the rear plate of the installation channel is provided with an inserting female seat and a customized pin, and the side surface of the customized pin is asymmetrically provided with two error-proof edges;
a special-shaped positioning hole matched with the mistake-proof edge and an inserting male seat matched with the inserting female seat are formed in the rear panel of the power supply module, and a travel switch is arranged in the special-shaped positioning hole;
when the power module is inserted in place in the installation channel through the booster, the inserting male seat and the inserting female seat are inserted and electrically connected, and the customized pin and the special-shaped positioning hole are inserted in place and drive the travel switch in the special-shaped positioning hole; the travel switch is driven to send out a switch signal, and the controller in the power supply module controls the touch switch to extend out and abut against the stop flange of the rotating part according to the switch signal.
10. The electrical converter according to claim 9, wherein the structural member comprises a first folded edge, a second folded edge and a matching rib adapted to the matching notch, the first folded edge, the second folded edge and the matching rib are perpendicular to each other in pairs and intersect at a point, three intersecting lines are located on a radial line from the intersection point, and the first folded edge and the second folded edge are fixedly connected to the side wall of the cabinet body.
