The invention relates to an universal low-voltage circuit breaker with a main shaft separated from an operating mechanism, which comprises a main shaft 3, an operating mechanism body 10 and a bakelite part 1, wherein the main shaft 3 and the operating mechanism body 10 are respectively arranged on the bakelite part 1, the main shaft 3 is connected with the bakelite part 1 through three sets of bearings and bearing seats 5, two ends of the main shaft 3 are respectively provided with an anchor ear 9, the anchor ears 9 clamp two ends of the main shaft 3 and are connected with the bakelite part 1, and a swing arm 4 is welded on the main shaft 3; the opening spring shaft 8 on the operating mechanism body 10 penetrates through a shaft hole on the swing arm 4 to connect the main shaft 3 with the operating mechanism body 10, an opening spring shaft sleeve 11 is sleeved outside the opening spring shaft 8, the opening spring shaft sleeve 11 is slightly shorter than the opening spring shaft 8, one end of an opening spring 12 is sleeved on the opening spring shaft sleeve 11, and the other end of the opening spring is sleeved on a second shaft 6 on the operating mechanism body 10; the side plate 2 of the operating mechanism body 10 is connected with the bakelite 1, and a notch is formed in one side of the side plate 2 connected with the bakelite 1 to avoid interference with the main shaft 3.
The assembly mode of the invention is different from the traditional universal low-voltage circuit breaker in that: the main shaft 3 and the operating mechanism body 10 of the traditional universal low-voltage circuit breaker are integrated when the operating mechanism body 10 of the traditional universal low-voltage circuit breaker is assembled, but the main shaft 3 and the operating mechanism body 10 of the invention are separated, because the opening spring shaft 8 needs to penetrate through the swing arm 4 welded on the main shaft 3, the opening spring shaft 8 cannot be installed in the operating mechanism body 10 firstly, therefore, compared with the traditional product, the invention adds the opening spring shaft sleeve 11, the opening spring shaft sleeve 11 is slightly shorter than the opening spring shaft 8, and does not need to penetrate through the swing arm 4, so that the opening spring shaft 8 can be installed in advance to replace the opening spring shaft 8 to provide a preloading force for the opening spring 12.
When the operating mechanism body 10 and the main shaft 3 are assembled with the bakelite part 1, the main shaft is firstly installed on the bakelite part 1 through the bearing, the bearing seat 5 and the hoop 9, the operating mechanism body 10 needs to be provided with the installation clamp 7 on the side plates 2 at two sides, the installation clamp 7 props against the opening spring shaft sleeve 11 to align the hole of the opening spring shaft sleeve 11 with the hole of the swing arm 4, then the opening spring shaft 8 penetrates through the hole of the swing arm 4 and the hole of the opening spring shaft sleeve 11 to assemble the main shaft 3 and the operating mechanism body 10 together, and the installation clamp 7 is taken down after the assembly is completed.
The main shaft is independently arranged on the bakelite part and separated from the side plate of the control mechanism body, so that the service life of the universal low-voltage circuit breaker is prolonged, and the control mechanism body is convenient to maintain and replace.
