Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in particular, in the present embodiment, the fixing frame 211 includes a frame 215 and a mounting member 216 sleeved on the frame 215, wherein the mounting member 216 is located on a side of the frame 215 close to the gate 220, and the mounting groove 217 is formed on the mounting member 216. And, the sealing strip 212 is provided with a plugging portion 263 for plugging and matching with the mounting groove 217.
Through setting up fixed frame 211 as the form that installed part 216 and framework 215 cup jointed mutually, simple structure has reduced the degree of difficulty and the cost of manufacturing. In addition, the plugging portion 263 is arranged on the sealing strip 212 to be in plugging fit with the mounting groove 217, so that the fixing reliability of the sealing strip 212 in the mounting groove 217 is ensured, the risk that the sealing strip 212 falls off due to long-term use is reduced, and the working reliability of the gate device 200 of the embodiment is further improved.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the frame 215 may be an inclined surface, that is, the outer peripheral surface of the frame 215 is opened outward along the direction from the gate 220 to the outer side of the vending machine; meanwhile, the mounting member 216 has an inner peripheral surface that fits to the outer peripheral surface of the frame 215. When the mounting member 216 is inserted into the frame 215, the contact surfaces of the mounting member 216 and the frame 215 are wedged, so that the reliability of the connection between the mounting member 216 and the frame 215 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the opening 213 is disposed in a trumpet shape, and the area of the opening 213 gradually increases from the sealing surface 214 to a direction away from the gate 220. Such an arrangement may reduce the area of the opening 213 enclosed by the first side 214 of the door 220, further reducing the likelihood of cold air leakage from the opening, and may also be beneficial for guiding a user to remove items from the vending machine through the opening 213 and/or the access port 110.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the side wall of the cabinet 100 of the vending machine may be used as a mounting member, the frame 215 is inserted into the access port 110 on the side wall of the cabinet 100, and the opening 213 is sleeved with the access port 110, so that the size of the space occupied by the gate device 200 may be reduced, and the structure of the vending machine may be more compact.
Fig. 10 is a structural sectional view of the sealing strip 212 of the gate device 200 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 9 and fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the side wall of the mounting groove 217 is provided with a hook 218, and the inserting portion 263 of the sealing strip 212 is provided with a rib 264 for engaging with the hook 218. When the sealing strip 212 is inserted into the mounting groove 217, the rib 264 is engaged with the hook 218.
The form of the convex rib 264 and the hook 218 in a snap fit ensures the fixing reliability of the sealing strip 212 in the mounting groove 217, and further prevents the sealing strip 212 from falling off.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the number of the hooks 218 is multiple, wherein each hook 218 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the mounting groove 217 at intervals. After the sealing strip 212 is installed in the installation groove 217, the hooks 218 simultaneously snap-fit to the ribs 264 of the sealing strip 212.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the hooks 218 in the mounting groove 217 may be provided in a plurality of such spaced manners, but is not limited to this, and other configurations may also be adopted, such as: along the shape of the mounting slot 217, a full circle of hooks 218 is continuously provided. Therefore, the sealing strip 212 can be reliably mounted in the mounting groove 217 by the form of the engagement between the hook 218 and the rib 264.
Referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the plugging portion 263 of the sealing strip 212 may further be provided with a chamfer, and a side wall of the plugging portion 263 may further be provided with a barb 265. The arrangement can play a certain guiding role for the installation of the sealing strip 212 into the installation groove 217, so that the sealing strip 212 can be quickly installed into the installation groove 217 and is tightly matched with the installation groove 217.
Referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the sealing strip 212 may further include a first air bag 261, when the first surface 214 of the gate 220 closes the opening 213, the first surface 214 presses the first air bag 261, and an outer surface of the first air bag 261 and the first surface 214 are tightly attached together, so as to ensure the sealing performance when the opening 213 is closed.
Further, sealing strip 212 may further include a second bladder 262, and in particular, first bladder 261 is wrapped around and disposed outside of second bladder 262. The double-layer air bag is in a structural form, so that when the first air bag 261 is damaged and leaked, the second air bag 262 can perform compensation sealing on the first air bag, and the adverse situation of sealing failure is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in the present embodiment, the driving assembly 230 includes a motor 231, a first belt pulley 232, a second belt pulley 233 and a first transmission belt 234, wherein the first belt pulley 232 and the second belt pulley 233 are disposed at an interval along the first direction on the frame 210, the first transmission belt 234 is sleeved on the first belt pulley 232 and the second belt pulley 233, the motor 231 is mounted on the frame 210 and is in transmission connection with the first belt pulley 232, and the gate 220 is fixedly connected with the first transmission belt 234.
The working process of opening or closing the gate 220 is as follows: the starting motor 231 is used for driving the first belt pulley 232 in transmission connection with the starting motor to rotate so as to realize synchronous movement of the first transmission belt 234 between the first belt pulley 232 and the second belt pulley 233; under the power of the first belt 234, the shutter 220 fixedly connected thereto will move in a first direction relative to the frame 210 to a position closing or opening the opening 213. During the movement of the gate 220, the guide assemblies 240 located at both sides thereof guide the movement path thereof.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the gate 220 is fixedly connected to the first transmission belt 234 through a connecting member 236.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the motor 231 may be in transmission connection with the first pulley 232, but is not limited to this, and other arrangements may also be adopted, such as: the second pulley 233 is connected to the motor 231 in a driving manner, and it is only necessary that the motor 231 can transmit power to the first belt 234 by the above arrangement.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in this embodiment, the driving assembly 230 may further include a motor pulley, a second transmission belt 235 and a transmission pulley, specifically, the motor pulley is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor 231, the transmission pulley and the first pulley 232 are coaxially disposed and rotate synchronously, and the second transmission belt 235 is sleeved on the motor pulley and the transmission pulley.

Claims (10)

1. A gate device is characterized by comprising a frame (210), a gate (220) and a driving component (230) in transmission connection with the gate (220);
the frame (210) is provided with a fixed frame (211), the fixed frame (211) is provided with an opening (213) and a sealing surface (214) surrounding the opening (213), when the driving assembly (230) drives the gate (220) to move along a first direction, a first surface (224) of the gate (220) is matched with the sealing surface (214), and the gate (220) closes the opening (213); when the drive assembly (230) drives the gate (220) to move in a direction opposite to the first direction, the first face (224) separates from the sealing face (214), and the gate (220) opens the opening (213); wherein the first face (224) is disposed at an angle to the first direction.
2. The gate apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first face (224) is at an angle no greater than five degrees from the first direction.
3. The gate arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing frame (211) is provided with a mounting groove (217) surrounding the opening (213), a sealing strip (212) being fitted in the mounting groove (217), the sealing strip (212) forming the sealing surface (214).
4. The gate structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the side wall of the mounting groove (217) is provided with a hook (218), the sealing strip (212) is provided with a rib (264), and the rib (264) is in snap fit with the hook (218).
5. The gate arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening (213) is flared and the area of the opening (213) increases from the sealing surface (214) in a direction away from the gate (220).

The gate device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the gate (220) comprises an inner cover (221) and an outer cover (222) which are buckled with each other, the inner cover (221) and the outer cover (222) are buckled to form a closed accommodating space, and the accommodating space is filled with a thermal insulation material (223); an outer surface of the outer cover (222) forms the first face (224).
7. The gate arrangement according to claim 6, characterized in that the outer surface of the inner cover (221) is parallel to the first direction.
8. The gate apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a guide assembly (240) for guiding the gate (220) to move under the driving of the driving assembly (230), wherein the gate (220) comprises a first side and a second side arranged along a second direction, and the guide assembly (240) is arranged on the first side and/or the second side, wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
9. The gate device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by further comprising a locking assembly (250), wherein the locking assembly (250) comprises a locking shaft (252) arranged on the frame (210) and a driving member (251) in transmission connection with the locking shaft (252), and a locking hook (253) arranged on the gate (220);
when the gate (220) closes the opening (213), the driving piece (251) drives the lock shaft (252) to extend until the lock shaft is in plug fit with the lock hook (253) so as to lock the position of the gate (220).
10. A vending machine characterized by comprising a cabinet (100) and a gate device (200) according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
the surface of the cabinet (100) is provided with a goods access opening (110), and a gate (220) of the gate device (200) is configured to open or close the goods access opening (110).
