The embodiment of the invention can meet the knowledge sharing requirement of the collaborative manufacturing project and the confidentiality requirement of the knowledge of the processability by dynamically establishing and deleting the public sub knowledge base of the collaborative level and sharing the knowledge at different levels.

The processor 310 may invoke a computer program stored on the memory 330 and executable on the processor 310 to perform the collaborative manufacturing oriented product design manufacturability knowledge sharing method provided by the above method embodiments, for example, comprising: determining a uniform knowledge expression form, constructing product design manufacturability knowledge of each enterprise private which participates in a collaborative manufacturing project on a cloud platform, and obtaining a plurality of enterprise-level private sub-knowledge bases; creating a collaborative peer public sub-knowledge base on the cloud platform; the access authority of a part design machinability analysis tool of each enterprise participating in the collaborative manufacturing project to a cloud platform knowledge base is realized; and realizing multi-level knowledge sharing from the plurality of enterprise-level private sub-knowledge bases to the assistant public sub-knowledge base, so that each enterprise participating in the collaborative manufacturing project accesses the assistant public sub-knowledge base to analyze and examine product design manufacturability by utilizing a part design machinability analysis tool under a certain authority.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 330 may be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the software functional units are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for sharing manufacturability knowledge of a collaborative manufacturing-oriented product design provided by the foregoing method embodiments, for example, the method includes: determining a uniform knowledge expression form, constructing product design manufacturability knowledge of each enterprise private which participates in a collaborative manufacturing project on a cloud platform, and obtaining a plurality of enterprise-level private sub-knowledge bases; creating a collaborative peer public sub-knowledge base on the cloud platform; the access authority of a part design machinability analysis tool of each enterprise participating in the collaborative manufacturing project to a cloud platform knowledge base is realized; and realizing multi-level knowledge sharing from the plurality of enterprise-level private sub-knowledge bases to the assistant public sub-knowledge base, so that each enterprise participating in the collaborative manufacturing project accesses the assistant public sub-knowledge base to analyze and examine product design manufacturability by utilizing a part design machinability analysis tool under a certain authority.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.

Claims (10)

1. A method for sharing manufacturability knowledge of product design oriented to collaborative manufacturing is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a uniform knowledge expression form, constructing product design manufacturability knowledge of each enterprise private which participates in a collaborative manufacturing project on a cloud platform, and obtaining a plurality of enterprise-level private sub-knowledge bases;
creating a collaborative peer public sub-knowledge base on the cloud platform;
the access authority of a part design machinability analysis tool of each enterprise participating in the collaborative manufacturing project to a cloud platform knowledge base is realized;
and realizing multi-level knowledge sharing from the plurality of enterprise-level private sub-knowledge bases to the assistant public sub-knowledge base, so that each enterprise participating in the collaborative manufacturing project accesses the assistant public sub-knowledge base to analyze and examine product design manufacturability by utilizing a part design machinability analysis tool under a certain authority.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the implementing multi-level knowledge sharing from the plurality of enterprise-level private sub-knowledge bases to the collaborative-level public sub-knowledge base comprises:
the knowledge is fully shared, and the knowledge designated in the enterprise-level private sub-knowledge base is copied into the cooperative public sub-knowledge base, wherein all contents of the designated knowledge are visible and editable in the cooperative public sub-knowledge base;
the knowledge is partially shared, and the knowledge specified in the enterprise-level private sub-knowledge base is copied into the cooperative public sub-knowledge base, wherein the specified knowledge only specifies that the content or the attribute is visible and editable for a specified user in the cooperative public sub-knowledge base; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and temporarily sharing knowledge, namely copying the knowledge specified in the enterprise-level private sub-knowledge base into the assistant public sub-knowledge base, wherein the specified knowledge only specifies that the content or the attribute is visible and uneditable in the assistant public sub-knowledge base.
3. The collaborative manufacturing-oriented product design manufacturability knowledge sharing method according to claim 1, wherein the access rights of the part design workability analysis tool of each enterprise participating in the collaborative manufacturing project to the cloud platform knowledge base are realized, specifically comprising:
enabling access rights of part design machinability analysis tools of respective enterprises participating in the collaborative manufacturing project to respective enterprise-level private sub-repositories;
access rights of a part design machinability analysis tool of each enterprise participating in a collaborative manufacturing project to the collaborative level public sub-knowledge base are enabled.
4. The collaborative manufacturing-oriented product design manufacturability knowledge sharing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and deleting the common subknowledge base of the collaborative level after the collaborative manufacturing project is completed.

The collaborative manufacturing-oriented product design manufacturability knowledge sharing method of claim 2, wherein the step of enabling multi-tier knowledge sharing of the plurality of enterprise-level private sub-repositories to the collaborative level public sub-repository further comprises:
and copying the product design manufacturability knowledge which is fully shared in the cooperative public sub-knowledge base into an enterprise-level private sub-knowledge base, so that enterprises participating in the cooperative manufacturing project access the enterprise-level private sub-knowledge base to analyze and examine the product design manufacturability by utilizing a part design machinability analysis tool of the enterprises.
6. A collaborative manufacturing oriented product design manufacturability knowledge sharing apparatus, comprising:
the enterprise-level knowledge base construction module is used for determining a uniform knowledge expression form, constructing product design manufacturability knowledge of each enterprise private key participating in the collaborative manufacturing project on the cloud platform, and obtaining a plurality of enterprise-level private sub-knowledge bases;
the cooperative level knowledge base construction module is used for creating a cooperative level public sub-knowledge base on the cloud platform;
the access authority implementation module is used for implementing the access authority of the part design machinability analysis tool of each enterprise participating in the collaborative manufacturing project to the cloud platform knowledge base;
and the sharing module is used for realizing multi-level knowledge sharing from the plurality of enterprise-level private sub-knowledge bases to the assistant public sub-knowledge base so that each enterprise participating in the collaborative manufacturing project accesses the assistant public sub-knowledge base to analyze and examine product design manufacturability by utilizing a part design machinability analysis tool under certain authority.
7. The collaborative manufacturing-oriented product design manufacturability knowledge sharing apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the sharing module is specifically configured to:
copying the specified knowledge in the enterprise-level private sub-knowledge base into the cooperative public sub-knowledge base, wherein all contents of the specified knowledge are visible and editable in the cooperative public sub-knowledge base;
copying the specified knowledge in the enterprise-level private sub-knowledge base into the cooperative public sub-knowledge base, wherein the specified knowledge only specifies that the content or the attribute is visible and editable to the specified user in the cooperative public sub-knowledge base; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
copying the specified knowledge in the enterprise-level private sub-knowledge base into the collaborative peer public sub-knowledge base, wherein the specified knowledge only specifies that content or attributes are visible and uneditable in the collaborative peer public sub-knowledge base.
8. The collaborative manufacturing-oriented product design manufacturability knowledge sharing apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the access right implementing module is specifically configured to:
enabling access rights of part design machinability analysis tools of respective enterprises participating in the collaborative manufacturing project to respective enterprise-level private sub-repositories;
access rights of a part design machinability analysis tool of each enterprise participating in a collaborative manufacturing project to the collaborative level public sub-knowledge base are enabled.
9. The collaborative manufacturing-oriented product design manufacturability knowledge sharing apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising:
and the shared knowledge deleting module is used for deleting the cooperative public sub-knowledge base after the cooperative manufacturing project is completed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the co-manufacturing oriented product design manufacturability knowledge sharing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the program.
