Further, the step of obtaining the second plaintext data packet from the mobile payment evidence chain by the human-agency node for post-audit includes: the social institution node searches the second plaintext data packet with a second service type code in the mobile payment authentication chain, and then searches the corresponding second plaintext data packet according to the medical insurance authentication number comparison number; and the social institution nodes ask for the biological characteristic information from the corresponding medical institution nodes according to the searched second plaintext data packet verification, and perform post inspection according to the biological characteristic information.

Fig. 6 is a structural diagram of a mobile medical insurance payment system based on a block chain according to a specific embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, a human-society institution node 1 is connected to a plurality of medical institution nodes 2 (the plurality of medical institution nodes 2 may belong to the same medical institution or different medical institutions) through dedicated lines, each medical institution node 2 is correspondingly provided with a camera 21, each medical institution node 2 is connected to a medical institution HIS system 4 of the medical institution, and a plurality of patient terminals 3 to be referred to for insurance are connected to the human-society institution node 1 through a mobile communication network or the internet. The cameras 21 are bound on the corresponding medical institution nodes 2; the security-participating patient terminal 3 performs real-name authentication registration on the social institution node 1, and inputs social security card information and a financial payment account for paying personal medical fees; the medical institution node 2 successfully binding the camera 21 acquires the information of the patient to be insured from the social institution node 1, and generates prescription information to be paid and doctor information according to the information of the patient to be insured; and the patient terminal 3 for insurance carries out mobile medical insurance payment according to the prescription information to be paid.
Fig. 7 is a schematic composition diagram of a human-society institution node according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the human-society institution node 1 has functions of medical institution node 2 access, reconciliation between the medical institution node 2 and the human-society institution node 1, commercial payment management, and management of the insured patient terminal 3, so as to implement unified management of mobile medical insurance payment. Specifically, each social institution node 1 mainly comprises an infrastructure layer, a platform interface layer and an application management layer, wherein the infrastructure layer mainly comprises hardware, software and a network; the platform interface layer mainly comprises a gold security port, a medical institution node 2 access port, a payment port and other related interfaces; the application management layer is mainly composed of a medical institution node 2 management module, a human-society institution node 1 management module (also called a human-society institution node 1 system management module), a financial reconciliation management module, a commercial payment management module, a BI (commercial intelligence) module, a camera 21 authorization management module and a security-participating patient terminal 3 management module. The management module of the human agency organization node 1 can manage the registration and login of the operating system account, and can also manage the role of the operating system account, and the like; the medical institution node 2 management module can register, log in, inquire, check and the like the resident medical institution node 2; the patient terminal 3 management module for participation insurance can check and manage the registered patient terminal 3 for participation insurance; the camera 21 authorization management module can perform operations such as authorization, binding, query and the like on the camera 21 bound with the medical institution node 2; the financial reconciliation management module carries out all and staged reconciliation management on the gold insurance and the medical institution node 2; the business payment management module manages the business payment types supported by the medical institution node 2, and realizes the unified management of the mobile medical insurance payment; the BI module is a BI analysis module (specifically customized by a human-society department) based on statistical requirements, and can distinguish online payment from offline payment, so that the centralized management of the business and data in the overall area is realized.
The embodiments of the invention described above may be implemented in various hardware, software code, or combinations of both. For example, an embodiment of the present invention may also be program code for executing the above method in a Digital Signal Processor (DSP). The invention may also relate to a variety of functions performed by a computer processor, digital signal processor, microprocessor, or Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). The processor described above may be configured according to the present invention to perform certain tasks by executing machine-readable software code or firmware code that defines certain methods disclosed herein. Software code or firmware code may be developed in different programming languages and in different formats or forms. Software code may also be compiled for different target platforms. However, the different code styles, types, and languages of software code and other types of configuration code that perform tasks in accordance with the present invention do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based mobile medical insurance payment method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
building a mobile payment evidence storing chain, wherein the mobile payment evidence storing chain is provided with a plurality of medical institution nodes and a plurality of social institution nodes;
the medical institution node is bound with a camera customized by the human-society institution node;
the insurance-participating patient terminal performs real-name authentication registration on the social institution node, and inputs social insurance card information and a financial payment account for paying personal medical fees so as to generate insurance-participating patient information;
the bound medical institution node acquires information of insured patients from the social institution node, and generates prescription information to be paid and doctor seeing information according to the information of the insured patients; and
the patient terminal for insurance carries out mobile medical insurance payment according to the prescription information to be paid to obtain mobile medical insurance payment information,
the step of binding the cameras customized by the human-society institution nodes by the medical institution nodes specifically comprises the following steps:
the medical institution node generates an authorization code according to a chip number in a camera, wherein the camera is provided with a chip and a GPS module, and the chip is provided with the chip number;
the medical institution node binds the authorization code, the chip number, and a hard disk number, a network port number, and an MAC address of the medical institution node together to generate binding information; and
the human-society institution node binds the medical institution node and the camera according to the binding information,
the method comprises the steps that a bound medical institution node acquires information of insured patients from the social institution node, and generates prescription information to be paid and doctor information according to the information of the insured patients, and specifically comprises the following steps:
the human-social institution node acquires the position information and the binding information of the bound medical institution node, and performs identity verification on the bound medical institution node according to the position information and the binding information;
the verified medical institution node acquires information of the patient participating in the medical insurance from the social institution node, starts the camera to acquire biological characteristic information of the patient currently in the medical insurance, and sends the information of the patient participating in the medical insurance and the biological characteristic information to the corresponding social institution node;
the community institution node performs identity authentication on the current patient according to the information of the patient participating in the medical service and the biological characteristic information; and
after the current patient to be treated passes the identity authentication, the verified medical institution node generates prescription information to be paid and treatment information according to the information of the patient to be ensured, wherein the treatment information comprises social security card information, a treatment serial number and a hospital number.
2. The block chain-based mobile medical insurance payment method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining mobile medical insurance payment information by the insured patient terminal making mobile medical insurance payment according to the prescription information to be paid, the method further comprises:
and the verified medical institution node generates a first plaintext data packet according to the biological characteristic information and the visit information, and uploads the first plaintext data packet to the mobile payment evidence storage chain.

The block chain based mobile medical insurance payment method according to claim 2, wherein the step of generating a first plaintext data packet by the verified medical institution node according to the biometric information and the visit information, and uploading the first plaintext data packet to the mobile payment chain specifically comprises:
the verified medical institution node generates a first HASH value according to the video information in the biological characteristic information, generates a second HASH value according to the picture information in the biological characteristic information, and generates a medical insurance authentication number according to the medical information;
the verified medical institution node generates a first plaintext data packet according to the medical insurance authentication number, the first HASH value, the second HASH value and a first service type code, wherein the first service type is an identity authentication deposit certificate; and
and uploading the first clear text data packet to the mobile payment evidence storing chain.

The mobile medical insurance payment method based on the blockchain according to claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the mobile medical insurance payment information by the patient terminal participating in insurance performing mobile medical insurance payment according to the prescription information to be paid specifically comprises:
the social institution node acquires all the prescription information to be paid from a medical institution HIS according to the patient information to be insured input by the patient terminal to be insured;
the social institution node acquires the corresponding clinic information from the HIS (medical institution) according to the one or more pieces of prescription information to be paid selected by the patient terminal to be insured;
the human-social institution node generates a medical insurance authentication number comparison number according to the visit information, searches the unprocessed first plaintext data packet with the first service type code in the mobile payment storage chain, and searches the corresponding first plaintext data packet according to the medical insurance authentication number comparison number;
the human-social institution node verifies the doctor seeing information acquired from the medical institution HIS according to the found first plain text data packet, and generates the prescription information to be paid according to the doctor seeing information after the doctor seeing information passes the verification;
the patient terminal for participation insurance calls a commercial payment interface to complete commercial payment according to the prescription information to be paid and the financial payment account to generate commercial payment information; and
and the patient terminal for insurance participation calls a medical insurance settlement interface to complete mobile medical insurance payment according to the commercial payment information and the financial payment account, and generates the mobile medical insurance payment information.

The block chain based mobile medical insurance payment method according to claim 4, wherein after the step of obtaining mobile medical insurance payment information by the insured patient terminal making mobile medical insurance payment according to the prescription information to be paid, the method further comprises:
and the verified medical institution node generates a medical insurance visit data packet based on the mobile medical insurance payment information, and uploads the medical insurance visit data packet to the mobile payment evidence storage chain.

The blockchain-based mobile medical insurance payment method according to claim 5, wherein the step of generating a medical insurance visit data packet by the verified medical institution node based on the mobile medical insurance payment information and uploading the medical insurance visit data packet to the mobile payment chain specifically includes:
the verified medical institution node generates payment summary information according to the mobile medical insurance payment information, and generates a second plaintext data packet according to the payment summary information, the medical insurance authentication number, the first HASH value, the second HASH value and a second service type code, wherein the second service type is that medical expense settlement is successful; and
and the verified medical institution node updates the HIS system of the medical institution by using the mobile medical insurance payment information and uploads the second plaintext data packet to the mobile payment evidence storage chain.

The blockchain-based mobile medical insurance payment method of claim 6, wherein after the step of the authenticated medical institution node generating a medical insurance visit data package based on the mobile medical insurance payment information and uploading the medical insurance visit data package to the mobile payment chain, the method further comprises:
and the social institution node acquires the second plaintext data packet from the mobile payment evidence storing chain for post-audit.
8. The block chain-based mobile medical insurance payment method of claim 7, wherein the step of obtaining the second plaintext data packet from the mobile payment evidence chain by the social institution node for post-audit includes:
the social institution node searches the second plaintext data packet with a second service type code in the mobile payment authentication chain, and then searches the corresponding second plaintext data packet according to the medical insurance authentication number and the reference number;
and the social institution nodes ask for the biological characteristic information from the corresponding medical institution nodes according to the searched second plaintext data packet verification, and perform post inspection according to the biological characteristic information.
9. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the block chain based mobile medical insurance payment method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
