It can be understood that whether the warehousing date of the stored material is matched with the preset warehousing date or not can be judged by calculating the matching degree, if the matching degree of the warehousing date of the material and the preset date is set to be 90%, the warehousing date of the stored material is matched with the preset warehousing date, and if the matching degree of the warehousing date of the material and the preset warehousing date is set to be 100%, the warehousing date of the stored material is matched with the preset warehousing date. It can be understood that the matching degree of 90% can be set to be that the material is delivered on the day before or after the preset date, and the matching degree of 100% is that the material is delivered on the day before the preset date.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention obtains the material information of the materials to be put in storage, wherein the material information comprises the industry attribute, the material type and the material quantity of the materials to be put in storage, then determines a target storage place based on the industry attribute, obtains the material storage information of each warehouse of the target storage place, and screens out the target warehouse suitable for storing the materials to be put in storage from each warehouse of the target storage place based on the material type and the material storage information, so that the materials with different industry attributes and different material types can be stored in the specific target warehouse (corresponding to the material type) of the specific target storage place (corresponding to the industry attribute), and the warehouse for storing the materials can be found out directly according to the industry attribute and the material type of the materials when the materials are needed to be used subsequently, so that the stock management of the materials is more ordered, the situation that inventory management of materials is influenced due to huge and disordered information quantity after different types of materials are randomly stored in different warehouses due to various types of materials is avoided; and finally, generating a material storage plan of the materials to be put in storage, wherein the material storage plan at least comprises the material information and the target warehouse, so that the types and the quantity of the materials can be known according to the material storage plan, the types and the quantity of the materials are not required to be recorded in an additional manual mode, the labor cost is reduced, and the situation that the types and the quantity of the materials are required to be recorded manually after the materials reach the destination, and the labor cost is increased is avoided.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention relates to a material stock management device, as shown in fig. 4, including:
at least one processor 501; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory 502 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 501; wherein,
the memory 502 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 501 to enable the at least one processor 501 to perform the material inventory management method described above.
The memory 502 and the processor 501 are coupled by a bus, which may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges that couple one or more of the various circuits of the processor 501 and the memory 502 together. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor 501 is transmitted over a wireless medium through an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor 501.
The processor 501 is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And memory 502 may be used to store data used by processor 501 in performing operations.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program. The computer program realizes the above-described method embodiments when executed by a processor.
That is, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the embodiments described above may be implemented by a program instructing related hardware, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A method for managing inventory of materials, comprising:
acquiring material information of a material to be put in storage, wherein the material information comprises the industry attribute, the material type and the material quantity of the material to be put in storage;
determining a target storage place based on the industry attribute;
acquiring material storage information of each warehouse of the target storage place;
screening out target warehouses suitable for storing the materials to be warehoused from all warehouses of the target storage places based on the material types and the material storage information;
and generating a material storage plan of the materials to be put in storage, wherein the material storage plan at least comprises the material information and the target warehouse.
2. The material inventory management method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the material to be warehoused is stored in the target warehouse:
and taking the materials to be warehoused stored in the target warehouse as new warehoused materials, and generating material identifications of the new warehoused materials and accounting types corresponding to the material identifications.
3. The material inventory management method according to claim 2, further comprising, after the material to be warehoused that is to be warehoused in the target warehouse is taken as a new warehousing material:
updating the total amount of stored materials in the target warehouse according to the quantity of the materials;
and acquiring the unit price of the stored materials, and calculating the total price of the stored materials according to the total quantity of the stored materials and the unit price of the stored materials.
4. The material inventory management method according to claim 2, further comprising, after the material to be warehoused that is to be warehoused in the target warehouse is taken as a new warehousing material:
updating the total amount of stored materials in the target warehouse according to the quantity of the materials;
and judging whether the total quantity of the stored materials is less than the planned quantity of the materials or not, and sending early warning information when the total quantity of the stored materials is less than the planned quantity of the materials.
5. The material inventory management method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the obtaining the material information of the material to be stocked:
acquiring preset warehousing information of the materials to be warehoused, wherein the preset warehousing information at least comprises storage types of the materials;
the generating of the material storage plan of the material to be put in storage specifically includes:
generating the material storage plan based on the material information, the storage type, and the target warehouse.
6. The material inventory management method according to claim 5, wherein the storage type specifically includes: non-limiting use, examination, freezing.
7. The material inventory management method according to claim 5, wherein the preset warehousing information further includes a movement type of the material;
the generating of the material storage plan of the material to be put in storage specifically includes:
generating the material storage plan based on the material information, the storage type, the movement type, and the target warehouse.
8. The material inventory management method according to claim 7, wherein the movement type specifically includes: and warehousing the order and transferring the warehouse.
9. A material inventory management device, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform a method of material inventory management as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the material inventory management method of any of claims 1 to 8.
