(8) performing enterprise valuation operation processing by using three rounds of screening remaining applicable valuation methods; and generating development evaluation and suggestion information and enterprise capability evaluation information of five major dimensions of the enterprise by the enterprise valuation operation result and identifying and collecting key information points in enterprise information.

The IOT-based Enterprise technology enterprise incubator management system of claim 2, wherein said enterprise essential information data comprises enterprise name, profile, date of establishment, location, industry class I, industry class II, financing turn, capital requirement, financing purpose, concept tag, user data.
4. The IOT-based Enterprise technology enterprise hatcher management system of claim 2, wherein said first round of valuation methods comprise at least PS valuation, PE valuation, PB valuation, and Internet valuation.
5. The internet-of-things-based enterprise technology enterprise incubator management system of claim 1, wherein the risk evaluation module evaluation method comprises:
1) acquiring sub-items of historical environment data of an enterprise, sub-items of current environment data of the enterprise and sub-items of social influence data of the enterprise through a network;
2) determining scores of the sub items of the historical environmental data of the enterprise, scores of the sub items of the current environmental data of the enterprise and scores of the sub items of the social influence data of the enterprise according to weights distributed to the sub items of the historical environmental data of the enterprise, the sub items of the current environmental data of the enterprise and the sub items of the social influence data of the enterprise;
3) and determining the environmental risk level of the enterprise by utilizing the scores of all the sub-items of the historical environmental data of the enterprise, the scores of all the sub-items of the current environmental data of the enterprise and the scores of all the sub-items of the social influence data of the enterprise.

The internet of things-based business technology enterprise incubator management system of claim 5, wherein the determining scores for sub-items of historical environmental data of the enterprise, sub-item scores for current environmental data of the enterprise, and sub-item scores for social impact data of the enterprise based on weights assigned to sub-items of historical environmental data of the enterprise, sub-items of current environmental data of the enterprise, and sub-items of social impact data of the enterprise comprises:
determining the expression scores of the sub items of the historical environmental data according to the mapping tables distributed to the sub items of the historical environmental data; respectively calculating the product of the expression scores of the sub items of the historical environment data and the weight distributed to the sub items of the historical environment data of the enterprise, and taking the product as the score of each sub item of the historical environment data;
determining the expression scores of the sub items of the current environment data of the enterprise according to the mapping table distributed to the sub items of the current environment data of the enterprise; respectively calculating the product of the expression scores of the sub items of the current environment data of the enterprise and the weight distributed to the sub items of the current environment data of the enterprise, and taking the product as the score of each sub item of the current environment data of the enterprise;
determining the expression scores of the sub-items of the social influence data of the enterprise according to the mapping table distributed to the sub-items of the social influence data of the enterprise; and respectively calculating the product of the expression scores of the sub-items of the social influence data of the enterprise and the weight distributed to the sub-items of the social influence data of the enterprise, and taking the product as the score of the sub-items of the social influence data of the enterprise.

The internet of things-based enterprise technology enterprise incubator management system of claim 5, wherein the determining the environmental risk level of the enterprise using the scores of the individual sub-items of the historical environmental data of the enterprise, the scores of the individual sub-items of the current environmental data of the enterprise, and the scores of the individual sub-items of the social impact data of the enterprise comprises:
determining the division items to which the sub items of the historical environment data of the enterprise belong, the division items to which the sub items of the current environment data of the enterprise belong and the division items to which the sub items of the social influence data of the enterprise belong;
performing addition calculation on scores of sub-items with the same division items to take the calculation result as the score of each division item;
and determining the environmental risk level of the enterprise according to the score of each partition item and the risk level score partition table.
