The method comprises the steps of firstly receiving initial information of a target vehicle, sending a first verification request to a first preset terminal to request the first preset terminal to search whether information consistent with the initial information of the target vehicle exists from a database corresponding to the first preset terminal according to the initial information of the target vehicle, receiving first verification information fed back by the first preset terminal, if the first verification information is prompt information that the initial information of the target vehicle is wrong, continuously sending a second verification request to a second preset terminal to enable the second preset terminal to generate second verification information, and receiving second verification information fed back by the second preset terminal, and if the second verification information is at least one piece of associated information associated with the initial information of the target vehicle, determining target information matched with the initial information of the target vehicle, namely the target vehicle verified by the three vehicles successfully from the at least one piece of associated information And the actual information realizes the automatic verification of the information of the three vehicles. How to determine the second check-up information, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a target vehicle information check-up method according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, S104 is explained in detail based on the above-described embodiment, for example, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2. The initial information of the target vehicle comprises a first license plate number, a first engine number and a first frame number of the target vehicle; sending a second check request to a second preset terminal so that the second preset terminal can respond to the second check request and feed back second check information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
s201, sending a second check request to a second preset terminal so that the second preset terminal returns a verification code according to the second check request;
s202, receiving the verification code returned by the second preset terminal;
s203, identifying the verification code to obtain the authority of data communication with the second preset terminal;
s204, indicating a second preset terminal to search matching information matched with at least one of the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number from a vehicle information database provided by a traffic management terminal, so that the second preset terminal feeds back the matching information;
s205, using the matching information as the second checking information, wherein the second checking information is prompt information which is not matched with vehicle information provided by a traffic management terminal or at least one piece of associated information associated with the initial information of the target vehicle.
In this embodiment, when receiving the second verification request, the third party platform first returns the verification code, and the claim settlement platform receives the verification code to perform automatic identification of the verification code, and further obtains the permission to enter the third party platform, where the process of automatically identifying the verification code is:
as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a target vehicle information verification method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment describes how to identify the verification code in detail based on the above embodiment. The verification code is a picture; the identifying the verification code is used for acquiring the authority of data communication with the second preset terminal, and the identifying the verification code comprises the following steps:
s301, removing noise points and interference lines in the picture to obtain a first image;
s302, cutting the first image along the outline of each character in the characters on the first image to obtain a plurality of frames of second images;
s303, comparing each first pixel point in each frame of second image with each second pixel point of each frame of preset image stored in the picture library based on the picture library to obtain each target image respectively matched with each second image, wherein one frame of second image corresponds to one frame of target image, and the picture library is obtained by performing machine learning training on a plurality of frames of historical images;
s304, splicing the target images to obtain spliced image verification codes;
s305, if the spliced image verification code is successfully verified, the authority of data communication with the second preset terminal is obtained.
In this embodiment, the picture may be preprocessed by the built verification code identification component, that is, the interference point (noise) and the interference line in the picture of the verification code are removed, and the picture is processed into a black-and-white picture (that is, a first image); the black and white image is then cut: cutting along the margin of each character according to each character on the black-white image to obtain a plurality of frames of second images, wherein the second images are cut images corresponding to the characters; and then, identifying the cut images corresponding to the characters, namely searching each second pixel point which is consistent with each first pixel point in each frame of second image in comparison from the picture library, then taking the image formed by the matched second pixel points as a target image matched with the second image, and then splicing each target image to obtain the spliced image verification code. For example, pixel comparison is performed on the cut picture and pictures in a picture library one by one, wherein the picture with the highest pixel similarity is the character to be recognized, and finally recognized characters are spliced together to form the finally recognized verification code.
And if the spliced image verification code is successfully verified, the authority of data communication with the third platform is obtained, the third platform can be accessed, the data of the traffic management terminal is obtained through the third platform, and the verification of the initial information of the target vehicle is further realized. The picture library is obtained by machine learning training of multiple frames of historical images, namely, the verification code identification assembly is simply and manually trained to form a basic picture library.
After the authority for data communication with the third-party platform is obtained, the third-party platform can be instructed to search second check information matched with at least one of the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number from a vehicle information database provided by the traffic management terminal, so that the third-party platform can feed back the second check information, wherein the second check information is prompt information not matched with the vehicle information provided by the traffic management terminal or at least one piece of associated information associated with the initial information of the target vehicle. Therefore, the second check-up information fed back by the third-party platform may be an actual information that prompts the client or the surveyor that the actual information is not matched with the initial information of the target vehicle on the delivery terminal, or may be at least one piece of associated information associated with the initial information of the target vehicle, which is/are found by the claim settlement platform for being viewed and verified in the next step. The target vehicle information verification method is rigorous and timely in verification process, and can ensure fair and fair processing of claim settlement cases.
In order to determine the target information matching the initial information of the target vehicle from the at least one piece of associated information, reference may be made to fig. 5, where fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a target vehicle information verification method according to still another embodiment of the present invention. s403, if the first associated information exists, taking the first associated information as the target information;
s404, if the first associated information does not exist, determining whether second associated information consistent with any two of the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information;
s405, if the second associated information exists, the second associated information is used as the target information.
In this embodiment, if the number of at least one piece of associated information fed back to the claim settlement platform by the third party platform is one, the returned piece of data is directly used as target information for successful verification; if the number of the at least one piece of associated information fed back to the claim settlement platform by the third-party platform is multiple, the highest matching degree can be used as the target information by comparing the license plate number, the engine number and the frame number one by one. Such as: if first associated information which is consistent with the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information, the data is the target information; if the first associated information which is consistent with the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first vehicle frame number does not exist in the at least one piece of associated information, checking whether second associated information which is consistent with any two of the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first vehicle frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information or not, and if the second associated information exists, taking the second associated information as the target information.
When the second associated information does not exist, how to continue to determine the target information matched with the initial information of the target vehicle from the at least one piece of associated information is shown in fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a schematic flow diagram of a target vehicle information verification method according to yet another embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment describes S106 in detail on the basis of the above embodiment. The determining, from the at least one piece of associated information, target information that matches the target vehicle initial information further includes:
s501, if the second associated information does not exist, acquiring a target vehicle driving license image in the claim settlement case;
s502, analyzing the target vehicle driving license image to obtain target vehicle driving license information, wherein the target vehicle driving license information comprises a second license plate number, a second engine number and a second frame number of the target vehicle;
s503, if third associated information which is consistent with at least two of the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information, taking the third associated information as the target information.
In this embodiment, if there is no second related information, it is determined that the entered initial information of the target vehicle is incorrect, an image about a running license needs to be obtained from a running license image of the target vehicle in the claims case again, the image is analyzed, whether there is data in which two items of information are completely consistent is found according to an image analysis result, if there is data, the data is selected, that is, the running license image of the target vehicle is analyzed to obtain a second license plate number, a second engine number, and a second frame number of the target vehicle, and if there is third related information in which at least two items of the second license plate number, the second engine number, and the second frame number are consistent, the third related information is used as the target information.
If third associated information which is consistent with at least two of the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number does not exist, how to continuously determine target information which is matched with the initial information of the target vehicle from the at least one piece of associated information is shown in fig. 7, and fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of a target vehicle information verification method provided by another embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, S106 is explained in detail based on the above embodiment. Determining target information matched with the initial information of the target vehicle from the at least one piece of associated information, and further comprising:
s601, if third associated information which is consistent with at least two of the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number does not exist in the at least one piece of associated information, comparing the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number with each piece of associated information in the at least one piece of associated information respectively to obtain a first matching number and a first unmatching degree which are matched in the second license plate number and the at least one piece of associated information, a second matching number and a second unmatching degree which are matched in the second engine number and the at least one piece of associated information, and a third matching number and a third unmatching degree which are matched in the second frame number and the at least one piece of associated information;
s602, determining the target information according to the first matching number, the second matching number, the third matching number, the first matching degree, the second matching degree and the third matching degree; the number of the first matching degree, the number of the second matching degree and the number of the third matching degree are all at least one, the first matching degree is used for representing the character length ratio of the license plate number, the second matching degree is used for representing the character length ratio of the engine number, and the third matching degree is used for representing the character length ratio of the frame number.
In this embodiment, if there is no third associated information that is consistent with at least two of the second license plate number, the second engine number, and the second frame number in the at least one piece of associated information, the matching degree may include the number of matching pieces and the matching degree (or the matching rate) by comparing the matching degree of the second license plate number, the second engine number, and the second frame number with each piece of associated information in the at least one piece of associated information.
Specifically, matching items of returned data (namely at least one piece of associated information) one by one according to a second license plate number, a second engine number and a second frame number, wherein each piece of associated information is respectively matched with the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number, each item is successfully matched and counted as 1, otherwise, a matching degree is recorded, for example, if the first piece of associated information is successfully matched with the second license plate number but is not successfully matched with the second engine number and the second frame number, the item is successfully matched and counted as 1, a character length ratio of the engine number and a character length ratio of the frame number are calculated, for example, the VIN code length is 13, and if one bit is not the same, the matching degree is 12/13 ═ 0.9223; and then continuously comparing the next piece of associated information until all the pieces of associated information are compared. Similarly, the matching method of the second engine number and the second frame number is the same as the matching method of the second license plate number, and is not described herein again.
After the first matching number, the second matching number, the third matching number, the first matching degree, the second matching degree and the third matching degree are obtained, the matching degrees corresponding to the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number are compared, and the associated information corresponding to the item with the highest matching degree is used as the target information. For example, the number of the at least one piece of associated information is 5, where the first number of matching bars is 2, the second number of matching bars is 2, and the third number of matching bars is 1, the first matching degree is 0.9223 × 0.9223, the second matching degree is 0.9223 × 0.8462, and the third matching degree is 0.9223 × 0.9223, then the most matching bars are selected as objects for matching degree comparison, that is, the second license plate number and the second engine number, the matching degree corresponding to the second license plate number is 0.9223 × 0.9223 and the matching degree corresponding to the second engine number is 0.9223 × 0.8462, and therefore, the matching degree corresponding to the second license plate number is the highest, the second license plate number is accurate, one piece of target information is determined from the three pieces of associated information corresponding to the second license plate number, and the determination manner can be determined by checking each matching degree.
In practical applications, if the number plate (license plate number) is empty or temporarily not on, no matching is performed, i.e., the matching degree is 0. And adding the matching degree counts, taking the highest value, if the license plate number is not empty and is not temporarily not on the license plate, judging whether the first Chinese characters of the matched license plate are consistent, if so, selecting the data, otherwise, selecting the information with the second highest matching degree count, then circularly searching until the vehicle information with the first Chinese characters of the matched license plate is inquired according to the license plate matching rule, and selecting the data as the target information.
After determining the target information matched with the initial information of the target vehicle from the at least one piece of associated information, how to apply the target information is shown in fig. 8, where fig. 8 is a schematic flow diagram of a target vehicle information verification method according to still another embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment describes the target vehicle information verification method in detail on the basis of the above embodiment. The method further comprises the following steps:
s701, storing and displaying the target information;
and S702, executing claim settlement operation according to the target information.
In this embodiment, the target information that is successfully verified is stored and updated to replace the initial information of the target vehicle, and then the process of claim settlement is performed according to the target information. In practical application, the target vehicle information verification method can be suitable for small-amount simple cases in vehicle claims, and in the cases, the claim settlement process cannot run normally due to incomplete vehicle information of the three vehicles, so that the settlement timeliness is longer, and human resources are wasted. Therefore, the time efficiency of entering the claim settlement process can be shortened by automatically verifying the vehicle information of the three vehicles, and the human resources can be saved.
In order to implement the target vehicle information verification method, the present embodiment provides a target vehicle information verification apparatus. Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a target vehicle information verification apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; the target vehicle information verification device includes: an initial information receiving module 901, a first check request sending module 902, a first check information receiving module 903, a second check request sending module 904, a second check information receiving module 905 and a target information determining module 906; an initial information receiving module 901, configured to receive initial information of a target vehicle, where the initial information of the target vehicle is used to represent information of three vehicles to be verified in a vehicle insurance claim settlement case; a first verification request sending module 902, configured to send a first verification request to a first preset terminal, so that the first preset terminal responds to the first verification request and feeds back first verification information; a first verification information receiving module 903, configured to receive the first verification information fed back by the first preset terminal; a second check request sending module 904, configured to send a second check request to a second preset terminal when the first check information is a prompt message that the initial information of the target vehicle is wrong, so that the second preset terminal responds to the second check request and feeds back second check information; a second check information receiving module 905, configured to receive the second check information fed back by the second preset terminal; a target information determining module 906, configured to determine, when the second check-up information is at least one piece of associated information associated with the target vehicle initial information, target information that matches the target vehicle initial information from the at least one piece of associated information, where the target information is actual information of a target vehicle that is successfully verified for the three vehicles.
In this embodiment, an initial information receiving module 901, a first verification request sending module 902, a first verification information receiving module 903, a second verification request sending module 904, a second verification information receiving module 905, and a target information determining module 906 are provided, and are configured to receive target vehicle initial information, because the target vehicle initial information may have an information error, a first verification request may be sent to a first preset terminal first, the first preset terminal is requested to search whether information consistent with the target vehicle initial information exists from a database corresponding to the first preset terminal according to the target vehicle initial information, and receive first verification information fed back by the first preset terminal, if the first verification information is prompt information that the target vehicle initial information is in error, the second verification request continues to be sent to a second preset terminal, so that the second preset terminal generates second verification information, and receiving second checking information fed back by a second preset terminal, and if the second checking information is at least one piece of associated information associated with the initial information of the target vehicle, determining target information matched with the initial information of the target vehicle, namely actual information of the target vehicle, which is successfully checked by the three vehicles, from the at least one piece of associated information, so as to realize automatic checking of the information of the three vehicles. By the technical means, the vehicle information of the three vehicles does not need to be verified manually on line, and can be automatically verified timely and effectively on line, so that the timeliness of the execution of the subsequent claim settlement process can be ensured, and the satisfaction degree of a user is improved.
The apparatus provided in this embodiment may be used to implement the technical solutions of the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and technical effects are similar, which are not described herein again.
Optionally, the target vehicle initial information includes a first license plate number, a first engine number, and a first frame number of the target vehicle; the second check-up request sending module 904 includes: the device comprises a second check request sending unit, a check code receiving unit, a check code identifying unit, an indicating unit and a second check information determining unit; the second check request sending unit is used for sending a second check request to a second preset terminal so that the second preset terminal returns a verification code according to the second check request; the verification code receiving unit is used for receiving the verification code returned by the second preset terminal; the verification code identification unit is used for identifying the verification code and obtaining the authority of data communication with the second preset terminal; the second preset terminal is used for searching matching information matched with at least one of the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number from a vehicle information database provided by the traffic management terminal, so that the second preset terminal feeds back the matching information; a second check-up information determining unit configured to use the matching information as the second check-up information, where the second check-up information is prompt information that is not matched to vehicle information provided by a traffic management terminal or at least one piece of associated information associated with the target vehicle initial information.
Optionally, the verification code is a picture; the verification code identification unit is specifically used for:
removing noise points and interference lines in the picture to obtain a first image; cutting the first image along the outline of each character in the characters on the first image to obtain a plurality of frames of second images; on the basis of a picture library, comparing each first pixel point in each frame of second image with each second pixel point of each frame of preset image stored in the picture library to obtain each target image respectively matched with each second image, wherein one frame of second image corresponds to one frame of target image, and the picture library is obtained by performing machine learning training on multiple frames of historical images; splicing all target images to obtain spliced image verification codes; and if the spliced image verification code is successfully verified, acquiring the authority for data communication with the second preset terminal.
Optionally, the target information determining module 906 is specifically configured to:
when the number of the at least one piece of associated information is one, taking the second check-up information as the target information; when the number of the at least one piece of associated information is multiple, determining whether first associated information which is consistent with the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information; when the first associated information exists, taking the first associated information as the target information; when the first associated information does not exist, determining whether second associated information which is consistent with any two of the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information; and when the second associated information exists, taking the second associated information as the target information.
Optionally, the target information determining module 906 is further specifically configured to:
when the second associated information does not exist, acquiring a target vehicle driving license image in the claim case; analyzing the target vehicle driving license image to obtain target vehicle driving license information, wherein the target vehicle driving license information comprises a second license plate number, a second engine number and a second frame number of the target vehicle; and when third associated information which is consistent with at least two of the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information, taking the third associated information as the target information.
Optionally, the target information determining module 906 is further specifically configured to:
when third associated information which is consistent with at least two of the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number does not exist in the at least one piece of associated information, the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number are respectively compared with each piece of associated information in the at least one piece of associated information to obtain a first matching number and a first unmatched matching degree of the second license plate number and the at least one piece of associated information, a second matching number and a second unmatched matching degree of the second engine number and the at least one piece of associated information, and a third matching number and a third unmatched matching degree of the second frame number and the at least one piece of associated information; determining the target information according to the first matching number, the second matching number, the third matching number, the first matching degree, the second matching degree and the third matching degree; the number of the first matching degree, the number of the second matching degree and the number of the third matching degree are all at least one, the first matching degree is used for representing the character length ratio of the license plate number, the second matching degree is used for representing the character length ratio of the engine number, and the third matching degree is used for representing the character length ratio of the frame number.
Optionally, the target vehicle information verification apparatus further includes: a push module; the push module is used for: before receiving the initial information of the target vehicle, pushing an input interface of the initial information of the target vehicle to a client, so that a client of the client inputs the initial information of the target vehicle to the input interface.

In order to implement the target vehicle information verification method, the present embodiment provides a target vehicle information verification apparatus. Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a target vehicle information verification device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, the target vehicle information verification apparatus 100 of the present embodiment includes: a processor 1001 and a memory 1002; the memory 1002 is used for storing computer execution instructions; the processor 1001 is configured to execute computer-executable instructions stored in the memory to implement the steps performed in the above embodiments. Reference may be made in particular to the description relating to the method embodiments described above.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer executing instruction is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when a processor executes the computer executing instruction, the target vehicle information verification method is realized.

1. A target vehicle information verification method, comprising:
receiving initial information of a target vehicle, wherein the initial information of the target vehicle is used for representing information of three vehicles to be verified in a vehicle insurance claim case;
sending a first verification request to a first preset terminal so that the first preset terminal responds to the first verification request and feeds back first verification information;
receiving the first check information fed back by the first preset terminal;
if the first check information is prompt information that the initial information of the target vehicle is wrong, sending a second check request to a second preset terminal so that the second preset terminal responds to the second check request and feeds back second check information;
receiving the second check information fed back by the second preset terminal;
if the second check-up information is at least one piece of associated information associated with the initial information of the target vehicle, determining target information matched with the initial information of the target vehicle from the at least one piece of associated information, wherein the target information is actual information of the target vehicle successfully checked up by the three vehicles;
if the initial information of the target vehicle is wrong, acquiring a driving license image of the target vehicle in the claim settlement case;
analyzing the target vehicle driving license image to obtain target vehicle driving license information, wherein the target vehicle driving license information comprises a second license plate number, a second engine number and a second frame number of the target vehicle;
the determining, from the at least one piece of associated information, target information that matches the target vehicle initial information further includes:
if third associated information which is consistent with at least two of the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number does not exist in the at least one piece of associated information, comparing the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number with each piece of associated information in the at least one piece of associated information respectively to obtain a first matching number and a first unmatching degree which are matched in the second license plate number and the at least one piece of associated information, a second matching number and a second unmatching degree which are matched in the second engine number and the at least one piece of associated information, and a third matching number and a third unmatching degree which are matched in the second frame number and the at least one piece of associated information;
determining the target information according to the first matching number, the second matching number, the third matching number, the first matching degree, the second matching degree and the third matching degree;
the number of the first matching degree, the number of the second matching degree and the number of the third matching degree are all at least one, the first matching degree is used for representing the character length ratio of the license plate number, the second matching degree is used for representing the character length ratio of the engine number, and the third matching degree is used for representing the character length ratio of the frame number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target vehicle initial information includes a first license plate number, a first engine number, a first frame number of the target vehicle;
the sending a second check request to a second preset terminal so that the second preset terminal responds to the second check request and feeds back second check information includes:
sending a second check request to a second preset terminal so that the second preset terminal returns a verification code according to the second check request;
receiving the verification code returned by the second preset terminal;
identifying the verification code to obtain the authority of data communication with the second preset terminal;
indicating a second preset terminal to search matching information matched with at least one of the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number from a vehicle information database provided by a traffic management terminal, so that the second preset terminal feeds back the matching information;
and taking the matching information as the second checking information, wherein the second checking information is prompt information which is not matched with the vehicle information provided by the traffic management terminal or at least one piece of associated information associated with the initial information of the target vehicle.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the verification code is a picture;
the identifying the verification code to obtain the authority of data communication with the second preset terminal includes:
removing noise points and interference lines in the picture to obtain a first image;
cutting the first image along the outline of each character in the characters on the first image to obtain a plurality of frames of second images;
on the basis of a picture library, comparing each first pixel point in each frame of second image with each second pixel point of each frame of preset image stored in the picture library to obtain each target image matched with each second image, wherein one frame of second image corresponds to one frame of target image, and the picture library is obtained by performing machine learning training on multiple frames of historical images;
splicing all target images to obtain spliced image verification codes;
and if the spliced image verification code is successfully verified, acquiring the authority of data communication with the second preset terminal.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining target information from the at least one piece of associated information that matches the target vehicle initial information comprises:
if the number of the at least one piece of associated information is one, taking the second check-up information as the target information;
if the number of the at least one piece of associated information is multiple, determining whether first associated information which is consistent with the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information;
if the first associated information exists, taking the first associated information as the target information;
if the first associated information does not exist, determining whether second associated information which is consistent with any two of the first license plate number, the first engine number and the first frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information;
and if the second associated information exists, taking the second associated information as the target information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining target information from the at least one piece of associated information that matches the target vehicle initial information further comprises:
if the second associated information does not exist, acquiring a target vehicle driving license image in the claim case;
analyzing the target vehicle driving license image to obtain target vehicle driving license information, wherein the target vehicle driving license information comprises a second license plate number, a second engine number and a second frame number of the target vehicle;
and if third associated information which is consistent with at least two of the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number exists in the at least one piece of associated information, taking the third associated information as the target information.
6. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein prior to receiving the target vehicle initial information, the method further comprises:
pushing an input interface of initial information of a target vehicle to a client so that a client of the client inputs the initial information of the target vehicle to the input interface;
after determining the target information matched with the initial target vehicle information from the at least one piece of associated information, the method further comprises the following steps:
storing and displaying the target information;
and executing the claim settlement operation according to the target information.
7. A target vehicle information verification apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an initial information receiving module, a verification module and a verification module, wherein the initial information receiving module is used for receiving initial information of a target vehicle, and the initial information of the target vehicle is used for representing information of three vehicles to be verified in a vehicle insurance claim settlement case;
the first verification request sending module is used for sending a first verification request to a first preset terminal so that the first preset terminal responds to the first verification request and feeds back first verification information;
the first verification information receiving module is used for receiving the first verification information fed back by the first preset terminal;
the second checking request sending module is used for sending a second checking request to a second preset terminal when the first checking information is the prompt information that the initial information of the target vehicle is wrong, so that the second preset terminal responds to the second checking request and feeds back second checking information;
the second check information receiving module is used for receiving the second check information fed back by the second preset terminal;
the target information determining module is used for determining target information matched with the initial information of the target vehicle from at least one piece of associated information when the second checking information is the at least one piece of associated information associated with the initial information of the target vehicle, wherein the target information is actual information of the target vehicle, which is verified successfully for the three vehicles;
the target information determining module is specifically configured to obtain a target vehicle license image in the claim settlement case when the initial information of the target vehicle is wrong; analyzing the target vehicle driving license image to obtain target vehicle driving license information, wherein the target vehicle driving license information comprises a second license plate number, a second engine number and a second frame number of the target vehicle; if third associated information which is consistent with at least two of the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number does not exist in the at least one piece of associated information, the second license plate number, the second engine number and the second frame number are respectively compared with each piece of associated information in the at least one piece of associated information, and a first matching number and a first unmatched matching degree of the second license plate number and the at least one piece of associated information, a second matching number and a second unmatched matching degree of the second engine number and the at least one piece of associated information, and a third matching number and a third unmatched matching degree of the second frame number and the at least one piece of associated information are obtained.
