The shielding sheet 52 can shield the magnetic force of the magnetic block 51 towards the direction of the patch 53, so that the influence of the magnetic force of the magnetic block 51 on the second elastic element 41 is avoided, and the reliable action of the push block 40 is ensured. Specifically, the magnetic block 51, the shielding sheet 52, and the patch 53 are fixed by dispensing, and the shielding sheet 52 is made of manganese steel, but not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 15 and 17, in some embodiments, the pushing block 40 includes a sliding plane 43 slidably engaged with the inner wall of the sliding seat 1, a front side 44 perpendicular to the sliding plane 43, and an arc-shaped guiding sliding surface 42 slidably connected with the rear end of the sliding plane 43, when the pushing block 40 extends into the converting slot 12, the front side 44 can abut against and stop against the front side wall of the converting slot 12 extending in the same direction, so as to facilitate reliable positioning of the sliding member 2, and when the sliding member 2 is pushed backward, the guiding sliding surface 42 of the pushing block 40 slides through the connection between the inner wall of the sliding cavity 10 and the rear wall of the converting slot 12, so that the sliding plane 43 of the pushing block 40 returns to be engaged with the inner wall of the sliding seat 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the device for inserting a stylus pen further includes a base structure 7, the base structure 7 has an accommodating space 70, the base structure 7 includes a base sidewall 72 having a magnet accommodating groove 71 formed therein, the slider 1 is disposed in the accommodating space 70, the magnet 62 (see fig. 10) is disposed in the magnet accommodating groove 71, and the wire 61 is disposed between the base structure 7 and the slider 1. Through the design, the main or all structures of the device for inserting and placing the stylus can be arranged in the seat body structure 7, so that the device is not only beneficial to avoiding the influence on other parts in the device, but also can be conveniently installed and used. It should be noted that the "seat structure 7" may be wholly or partially integrally extended from the housing or other structure of the device, or may be mounted on the housing or other structure of the device; when belonging to the former, the seat structure 7 is understood to include a housing or other structure from which it is grown.
Referring to fig. 8, 12, 14 and 16, in some embodiments, the side wall of the sliding base 1 is formed with a limit slot 16 extending forward and backward and communicating with the sliding chamber 10, the sliding body 20 is convexly provided with a limit protrusion 26, and the limit protrusion 26 is slidably disposed in the limit slot 16 to limit the forward and backward sliding of the sliding member 2. By the cooperation of the limit slot 16 and the limit projection 26, it is possible to function as both a limit for the distance the slider 2 is pushed backward and prevent the slider 2 from being released from the limit of the slider 1 when it is ejected forward. In the specific example, the sliding base 1 includes a top side wall 17, the limiting slot 16 is formed on the top side wall 17, and the limiting protrusion 26 is correspondingly protruded on the top of the sliding body 20, but not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5 and 9, in some embodiments, the elastic arm clamping structure 22 includes two elastic arms 221 arranged in a splayed shape, and two clamping portions 222 are formed at the ends of the two elastic arms 221 in an opposite protruding manner, so as to facilitate stable clamping of the stylus pen P. Specifically, a ring groove P1 is formed in the stylus pen P near the tip, and the clamping portion 222 is correspondingly clamped in the ring groove P1.
Referring to fig. 2 to 7, in some embodiments, the apparatus having a pen inserting function further includes a first retaining wall 81 and a third elastic member 82, the first retaining wall 81 is disposed on the pen inserting channel T and located at a front side of the sliding member 2, a rear end of the third elastic member 82 is fixedly connected to the first retaining wall 81, a first through hole 811 for the stylus P to pass through is formed on the first retaining wall 81, a through hole 821 for the stylus P to pass through is formed on the third elastic member 82, and the third elastic member 82 is configured to be pressed when the stylus P is inserted to provide a rebound assistance when the stylus P is ejected. Through the arrangement of the first retaining wall 81 and the third elastic part 82, in the inserting process of the handwriting pen P, the third elastic part 82 can be squeezed by the conical pen point of the handwriting pen P to store the elastic force required when the handwriting pen P is ejected, so that after the handwriting pen P is released by a device used for being matched with the handwriting pen inserting and placing, the handwriting pen P can be further pushed out forwards by virtue of the resilience assisting force of the third elastic part 82, and the user can take the handwriting pen P conveniently.
As a preferred embodiment, the device with a pen inserting function further includes a second retaining wall 83 disposed at a front side of the first retaining wall 81, the third elastic member 82 is located between the first retaining wall 81 and the second retaining wall 83, the second retaining wall 83 is provided with a second through hole 831 for the pen P to pass through, and the size of the second through hole 831 is larger than that of the first through hole 811. Through the above design, when the stylus pen P is inserted, the second through hole 831 can play a role of guiding the backward insertion of the stylus pen P, and the second retaining wall 83 can also limit the third elastic member 82, thereby ensuring the reliability of actuation.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the device with a function of inserting and placing a handwriting pen further includes at least two pen holders 9 distributed along the pen inserting channel T for supporting and guiding the handwriting pen P, and the inserted handwriting pen P is guided and supported by the pen holders 9.

Claims (9)

1. A device for insertion of a stylus, comprising:
a slide forming a slide chamber extending forwardly therethrough;
the sliding part comprises a sliding body, a pushing position for pushing the stylus is formed at the front end of the sliding body, and an elastic arm clamping structure for clamping the stylus is connected to the front end of the sliding body;
a PUSH-PUSH assembly configured to lock the slider in the retracted position when the slider is pushed back by the stylus to be retracted backward from the extended position and to release the slider locked in the retracted position and to assist the slider to return to the extended position when the slider is pushed back by the stylus;
when the sliding piece is located at the extending position, the elastic arm clamping structure is located at an opening state, and when the sliding piece is located at the retracting position, the elastic arm clamping structure retracts into the sliding cavity and is inwards extruded by the sliding seat to clamp the handwriting pen located at the inner side of the sliding cavity;
a switch groove communicated with the sliding chamber is formed at the rear end of the sliding seat, and a conversion groove communicated with the sliding chamber is formed on the side wall of the sliding seat;
a side wall of the sliding body opposite to the conversion groove is provided with a movement groove corresponding to the conversion groove;
the PUSH-PUSH assembly comprises a first elastic piece, a spring rod device, a filling block structure and a magnetic control assembly;
the first elastic piece is arranged between the rear end of the sliding body and the sliding seat;
the elastic rod device comprises a push block and a second elastic piece, a guide sliding surface is arranged on the push block, the push block is arranged in the motion groove, and the second elastic piece is arranged between the push block and the inner wall of the motion groove;
the filling block structure is arranged corresponding to the conversion groove;
the magnetic control assembly comprises a switch piece, a lead and a magnet, wherein two ends of the lead are connected with the switch piece to form a conducting loop, the lead is wound on the magnet, the switch piece is arranged corresponding to the switch groove, and the magnet is opposite to the filling block structure;
when the sliding piece is located at the extending position, the first elastic piece is located in an unfolding state, the sliding body is spaced from the switch piece, the magnet provides repulsive force for the filling block structure so that the filling block structure extends inwards into the conversion groove, and the push block abuts against the inner wall of the sliding chamber; when the stylus pen is inserted and placed, the sliding piece is pushed backwards, the push block passes through the conversion groove occupied by the filling block structure backwards, the first elastic piece is compressed, the sliding body is abutted to the switch piece to change the direction of current flowing through the lead wire, the magnetic direction of the magnet is changed to suck the filling block structure outwards, and the elastic arm clamping structure retracts into the sliding cavity and is pressed inwards by the sliding seat to clamp the stylus pen; when the handwriting pen is released, the sliding piece is pushed forwards by the first elastic piece, when the push block moves forwards to a position corresponding to the conversion groove, the push block is pushed outwards by the second elastic piece to partially extend into the conversion groove so as to lock the sliding piece at the retracted position, and the elastic arm clamping structure keeps clamping the handwriting pen; when the stylus pen is pushed again, the push block slides out of the conversion groove to restore to be abutted with the inner wall of the sliding chamber and compress the second elastic piece inwards by means of the guiding sliding surface, the sliding body is abutted with the switch piece backwards so as to change the direction of current flowing through the lead and further repel the filling block structure in the magnet to reset; when the stylus pen is released again, the sliding piece is pushed forwards by the first elastic piece to help the sliding piece to restore to the extending position, and the elastic arm clamping structure restores to the opening state.
2. The device for accommodating insertion of a stylus pen as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filling block structure is substantially "convex", a receiving groove for receiving the filling block structure is connected to an outer side of the transition groove, a limiting step is formed between the transition groove and the receiving groove, and the limiting step is used for limiting inward movement of the filling block structure.
3. The device of claim 1, wherein the filler structure comprises a magnetic block, a shield plate, and a patch, the shield plate is connected between the magnetic block and the patch, the magnetic block faces the magnet, and the patch faces the sliding chamber.
4. The device of claim 1, further comprising a base structure, wherein the base structure has a receiving space, the base structure comprises a base sidewall having a magnet receiving slot formed therein, the slider is mounted in the receiving space, the magnet is disposed in the magnet receiving slot, and the wire is disposed between the base structure and the slider.
5. The device for inserting and placing the stylus pen as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall of the sliding base is formed with a limit slot extending in the front and back direction and communicating with the sliding chamber, the sliding body is convexly provided with a limit protrusion, and the limit protrusion is slidably arranged in the limit slot to limit the front and back sliding of the sliding member.
6. The device for inserting and placing the stylus according to claim 1, wherein the elastic arm clamping structure comprises two elastic arms arranged in a splayed shape, and the ends of the two elastic arms are convexly arranged oppositely to form two clamping parts.
7. An apparatus with a function of inserting and placing a stylus pen, comprising a pen inserting channel and a device for inserting and placing the stylus pen, wherein the device for inserting and placing the stylus pen is arranged corresponding to the pen inserting channel and is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The apparatus with a function of inserting a pen as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a first retaining wall and a third elastic member, wherein the first retaining wall is disposed on the pen inserting channel and located at the front side of the sliding member, the rear end of the third elastic member is fixedly connected to the first retaining wall, the first retaining wall is formed with a first through hole for the pen to pass through, the third elastic member is formed with a through hole for the pen to pass through, and the third elastic member is configured to be pressed when the pen is inserted to provide a resilient assisting force when the pen is ejected.
9. The device with pen insertion and release functions as claimed in claim 7, further comprising at least two holders distributed along the pen insertion channel for supporting and guiding the pen.
