The method is very important for examining related personnel by using a proper analysis and detection means, accurately identifying a drug addict, strengthening social security, carrying out drug contraband work, giving up drugs of the drug addict in time, carrying out tracking investigation on the drug addict, implementing community correction assistant and teaching measures, improving the withdrawal consolidation rate and reducing the relapse rate. However, the existing methods for detecting and identifying drug addicts use devices such as a gas chromatograph and a gas-mass spectrometer. The method has the advantages of high equipment price, complex operation and high detection cost, is difficult to realize on-site rapid detection, and cannot meet the requirements of actual work.
The ionic liquid is a salt composed of anions and cations and is in a liquid state at or near room temperature, and is also called low-temperature molten salt. Ionic liquids are receiving increasing attention from workers in various disciplines due to the incomparable advantages they possess over many conventional solvents. One of the most important characteristics of ionic liquids is their selective dissolution capacity. At present, researchers have utilized this characteristic to separate and enrich multiple substances by different methods.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for rapidly detecting amphetamine type drugs in human urine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a method for rapidly detecting amphetamine drugs in human urine utilizes hydrophobic ionic liquid added with a sulfonyl chloride probe substance to detect the amphetamine drugs in the urine.
Furthermore, selective adsorption of the hydrophobic ionic liquid to the phenylalamine narcotic drugs is utilized, and the sulfonyl chloride probe substance and the phenylalamine narcotic drugs are quickly reacted to generate fluorescent substances, so that whether the urine contains the phenylalamine narcotic drugs is judged.
Further, the drugs of amphetamine type include: amphetamine, methamphetamine, methylenedioxyamphetamine, methylenedioxymethamphetamine, and the like.
Further, the hydrophobic ionic liquid is N-alkyl pyridine ionic liquid, alkyl imidazole ionic liquid, functional imidazole ionic liquid, quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquid, pyrrolidine ionic liquid or piperidine ionic liquid.
Further, the method comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing dichloromethane, hydrophobic ionic liquid and sulfonyl chloride reagent in a mass ratio of 500: 100: 1, making into test paper or test plate, and air drying;
s2, collecting urine sample of the tested person, putting test paper or test board in the urine sample, immersing for 3-5min, and under the irradiation of ultraviolet lamp light, if fluorescence is generated, it indicates that the tested person takes or injects amphetamine drugs, otherwise, it indicates that the tested person does not take or inject amphetamine drugs.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the selective adsorption effect of the hydrophobic ionic liquid on the amphetamine drugs in urine is fully utilized to achieve the purpose of enrichment, so that the effect of high detection limit of the method is realized.
2. The sulfonyl chloride probe substance and the amphetamine drugs are quickly reacted in the hydrophobic ionic liquid to generate the fluorescent substance, so that the characteristics of high accuracy, quick detection, simple operation and easy control of the method are realized.
3. The method can be made into test paper, test board and the like which are convenient for field use by the processes of coating, dipping, carrying, depositing, grafting and the like, can judge whether the tested personnel is toxic or not on the field, and has strong practicability.
