Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling a rotary dehumidifier having a forced dehumidification function according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to facilitate understanding of the method for controlling the rotary dehumidifier having the forced dehumidification function according to the present application, a rotary dehumidifier according to the present application will be described. The rotary dehumidifier comprises a processing fan, a regeneration fan and a rotary motor, wherein the processing fan is respectively communicated with a first air inlet channel and a second air inlet channel, a first heater, a second heater and a third heater are arranged in the first air inlet channel, the processing fan mixes air heated in the first air inlet channel with natural air entering the second air inlet channel to obtain medium-temperature mixed air, the mixed air is conveyed to a processing area of the dehumidification rotary wheel, water vapor in the medium-temperature mixed air is adsorbed by a dehumidifying agent of the dehumidification rotary wheel, and the dehumidified dry air is conveyed indoors to complete the dehumidification process; the rotating wheel motor drives the dehumidifying rotating wheel to rotate slowly, so that the moisture absorbent absorbing the water vapor enters a regeneration area; the regeneration fan extracts gas (regeneration wind) from the outside and conveys the gas to the regeneration area, so that the water vapor is discharged to the outside after being separated from the moisture absorbent, the dehumidification rotating wheel recovers the moisture absorption function to complete the regeneration process, the dehumidification process and the regeneration process are carried out repeatedly along with the continuous rotation of the dehumidification rotating wheel, and the continuous and stable dehumidification state of the dehumidifier is ensured.
Optionally, the rotary dehumidifier is started when detecting a starting signal; displaying a target humidity value after starting up, and detecting the current environment humidity; when the environmental humidity exceeds the target humidity value, generating a dehumidification starting signal; and carrying out dehumidification operation according to the dehumidification starting signal. The starting signal may be an operation signal generated when a starting key on the rotary dehumidifier is operated, that is, a user may trigger the rotary dehumidifier to start by operating the starting key, and the target humidity value displayed after starting may be a preset initial value, for example, 50%. Wherein, the runner dehumidifier stores the target humidity value, and the target humidity value can be user-defined.
Specifically, a humidity setting key is arranged on the rotary dehumidifier, and when an operation signal generated by pressing the humidity setting key is detected, whether the target humidity value reaches an upper limit humidity or not is detected; if the target humidity value does not reach the upper limit humidity, the target humidity value is increased by an adjustment step length; if the upper limit humidity is reached, the target humidity value is set to the lower limit humidity. As illustrated below, the lower limit humidity is 30% and the upper limit humidity is 90%, where the current target humidity value is 50%, the target humidity value of the humidity setting key is increased by 5% every time of operation, and the change sequence in the multiple operation processes is: 55% → 60% → 65% → 70% → 75% → 80% → 85% → 90% → 30% → 35% → 40% → 45% → 50% → 55% … … in actual implementation, a numeric keypad may be provided on the rotary dehumidifier, and when it is detected that normal dehumidification is pressed, a target humidity value setting interface is in reality; the user can directly input the target humidity value through a numeric keyboard to complete the setting of the target humidity value.
After the dehumidification operation is started according to the dehumidification starting signal, the current environment humidity is still continuously monitored; when the current environment humidity is lower than a dehumidification stopping reference value, generating a dehumidification stopping signal, wherein the dehumidification stopping reference value is set according to the target reference value; and stopping the dehumidifying operation according to the dehumidifying stop signal.
After the rotary dehumidifier is started, the current environment humidity can be periodically detected; determining whether to start or stop the dehumidification work according to the current environment humidity; the dehumidification stopping reference value can be set by a developer according to the target reference value setting rule, for example, the dehumidification stopping reference value is 5% smaller than the target reference value, the ratio of the dehumidification stopping reference value to the target reference value is 90%, and the setting rule is not specifically limited in the present application.
For example, at the current target humidity value of 50%, the dehumidification stop reference value may be 45%.
Optionally, when a dehumidification starting signal is detected, the processing fan, the regeneration fan and the rotary wheel motor are sequentially started according to a first time interval; after the rotating wheel motor is started, the first heater, the second heater and the third heater are sequentially started to generate heat according to a second time interval; the first time interval is set by a developer, and for example, the first time interval may be 10 seconds. When the dehumidification operation is started, the three heaters are started in stages, so that the total current is prevented from exceeding 20A; the problem that the service life of a heater is shortened due to the fact that the current peak value of the heater in an air inlet channel connected with a fan is high is solved; the effect of prolonging the service life of the rotary dehumidifier is achieved. Meanwhile, the phenomenon that the original gas element of the electric control board is impacted due to overlarge voltage drop during starting is prevented, and the electric control voltage is more stable. Meanwhile, the service life of electric heating is prolonged, the electric heating device is safer, and meanwhile, the electric heating device is convenient to maintain, and the after-sale cost is reduced.
Optionally, when the turning wheel motor is started to reach the first time interval, the first heater, the second heater and the third heater are sequentially started to generate heat according to the second time interval.
For example, the process fan is started first → 10 seconds and then the regeneration fan is started → 10 seconds and then the rotary motor is started, → 10 seconds and then the electric heating is started 1 → 60 seconds and then the electric heating is started 2 → 60 seconds and then the electric heating is started 3
Wherein the second time interval is set by the developer and is greater than 30 seconds. For example, the second time interval may be set to 60 seconds.
Optionally, the first heater, the second heater and the third heater are arranged in the inlet of the first air inlet channel
When the dehumidification stopping signal is detected, the third heater, the second heater and the first heater stop heating in sequence according to a third time interval; and after the first heater stops heating, the regeneration fan, the rotating wheel motor and the treatment fan are sequentially stopped according to a fourth time interval. For example, turning off the electric heating 3 → 10 seconds, turning off the electric heating 2 → 10 seconds, then turning off the electric heating 1 → 10 seconds, then turning off the regeneration fan → 5 seconds, then turning off the rotary wheel motor → 5 seconds, then turning off the treatment fan, turning off the fan in a delayed way, removing the preheating first, and protecting the rotary wheel and other parts; avoid when shutting down, the inside is a large amount of heats remain, and high temperature leads to machine internal component to damage. The heating value of the electric heating can be gradually reduced, the impact of voltage drop and the like when the dehumidifier is shut down suddenly is also reduced, and the electric control board is prevented from being greatly influenced by voltage fluctuation; the service life is prolonged, the fan is turned off in a delayed mode, preheating is removed, a large amount of heat in the fan is remained when components such as a rotating wheel and the like are turned off, and high temperature causes damage to internal components of the machine.
Optionally, after the processing fan, the regeneration fan and the rotary wheel motor are sequentially started according to a first time interval, the sum of the motor currents of the processing fan, the regeneration fan and the rotary wheel motor is periodically obtained, and the detection period may be 10 seconds; when the sum of the current of the motor exceeds a first alarm threshold value, cutting off the power supply of the processing fan, the regeneration fan and the rotating wheel motor and displaying alarm information; and when the times that the sum of the currents of the motors is continuously detected to be lower than the second alarm threshold value reaches the preset times, cutting off the power supply of the processing fan, the regeneration fan and the rotating wheel motor and displaying second alarm information. When preventing the motor trouble, the electrical heating still operates always, prevents promptly that the empty potential safety hazard of being burnt out the line.
The second alarm threshold is lower than the first alarm threshold, for example, the first alarm threshold may be set to 2.1A, and the second alarm threshold may be set to 1.1A. When the sum of the motor currents exceeds a first alarm threshold, the power supply cut-off sequence is as follows: the third electric heating (showing the first alarm information) is closed after → 0 second, the second electric heating is closed → 0 second, the first electric heating is closed after → 10 second, the regeneration fan is closed → 5 second, the rotary wheel motor is closed → 5 second, the post-treatment fan is closed; when the number of times that the sum of the motor currents is continuously detected to be lower than the second alarm threshold reaches a preset number of times (for example, three times), the power supply cutting sequence is as follows: and (3) third electric heating (showing second alarm information) → second electric heating turned off after 0 second → first electric heating turned off after 0 second → regenerative fan turned off after 10 seconds → rotary wheel motor turned off after 5 seconds → 5 second after-treatment fan turned off.
