[ detailed description ] embodiments
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an embodiment of an expansion base according to the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic view of an embodiment of the docking station of the present invention used with an electronic device E. The expansion seat of the invention is used for combining with the electronic device E to support the electronic device E, thereby facilitating the use of the electronic device E by a user. Here, the electronic device E may be, but not limited to, a tablet PC (tablet PC), a smart phone (smart phone), a detached notebook PC (detached notebook PC), or a point of sale (POS) system.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the docking station of the present invention. The docking station shown in fig. 1 and 2 includes a base 10 and a holder 20. The base 10 includes a base 11 and an extending portion 12 connected to the base 11 and extending upward. The clamping member 20 is disposed on the extension portion 12, and the clamping member 20 includes a body 21, a hook 22 and an elastic element 23. The body 21 is disposed on the extension 12. The hook 22 is provided at an end of the body 21. The elastic element 23 is disposed on the body 21 and adjacent to the hook 22. When the hook 22 is acted by an acting force, the body 21 is elastically deformed and drives the elastic element 23 to generate an elastic restoring force, and when the hook 22 is not acted by an acting force, the elastic restoring force of the elastic element 23 drives the body 21 to restore to the initial position.
With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the extending portion 12 extends from the base 11 along the first direction D1, that is, one end of the extending portion 12 is connected to the base 11, and the other end thereof is far away from the base 11 along the first direction D1. Herein, an end of the extending portion 12 away from the base 11 in the first direction D1 is defined as an upper portion, and an end of the extending portion 12 close to the base 11 in the first direction D1 is defined as a lower portion. In this embodiment, the extension 12 extends upward from the base 11.
In one embodiment, the vertical first direction D1 is defined as a second direction D2, and the base 11 extends from the junction with the extension 12 along the second direction D2. Thereby, a stable vertical seat form is formed between the base 11 and the extension portion 12. It should be noted that the base 11 and the extension 12 are not limited to a vertical connection.
Referring further to fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the body 21 of the clamping member 20 is a sheet structure with an included angle. Specifically, the body 21 includes a first body portion 211 and a second body portion 212, the first body portion 211 is disposed on the extension portion 12, and an included angle θ is formed between the first body portion 211 and the second body portion 212. Here, the first trunk portion 211 may be, but is not limited to be, disposed on the extension portion 12 by locking. In this embodiment, the primary torso member 211 extends in a first direction D1, and the secondary torso member 212 extends in an angular direction Da, which is greater than 90 degrees from the first direction D1. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the angle between the direction Da and the first direction D1 is 115 degrees. The extending direction of the second body portion 212 forms an included angle greater than 90 degrees with the first direction D1 to facilitate the assembly of the electronic device E between the clip 20 and the base 10.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first body portion 211 of the body 21 abuts against the extending portion 12, and the second body portion 212 only partially abuts against the extending portion 12, and the free end of the second body portion 212 is an empty end. Thereby allowing the second torso part 212 of the body 21 of the clamp 20 to be easily elastically deformed when a force is applied thereto.
Still further referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the extending portion 12 may further have a recess 121, and the first trunk portion 211 of the body 21 is received in the recess 121. When the first trunk portion 211 of the body 21 is disposed on the extending portion 12, the first trunk portion 211 of the body 21 and the extending portion 12 are coplanar and do not protrude from the extending portion 12, thereby reducing the protruding portion of the first trunk portion 211 and further reducing the possibility that the body 21 falls off due to the force of the first trunk portion 211.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the hook 22 of the clip 20 is disposed at the end of the second body 212 of the body 21. Accordingly, when the hook 22 of the clip 20 is elastically deformed by a force, the hook 22 can be displaced in the first direction D1, and when the user pulls the clip 20 to elastically deform the body 21 of the clip 20 and displace the hook 22 in the first direction D1, the space between the hook 22 of the clip 20 and the base 10 can be enlarged to facilitate the assembly of the electronic device E.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the hook 22 is a structure with a bump having a triangular cross section. The hook 22 projects from the partially free end of the secondary trunk 212 in the direction of the base 10. In this embodiment, the base 10 may further include a stop portion 13, the stop portion 13 is connected to the extending portion 12, and the stop portion 13 extends along the angle direction Da. Further, the extension length of the stopper 13 in the angle direction Da is smaller than the length of the second trunk 212 of the body 21 of the clamping member 20. Thereby, in the angular direction Da, a clamping space S is provided between the free end of the stopper 13 and the hook 22. The holding space S is provided for accommodating the electronic device E, so that the electronic device E can be limited between the free end of the stopper 13 and the hook 22.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a partial structure of fig. 3 and shows a state in which the clamping member 20 is elastically deformed; fig. 5 is a partial structure of fig. 3, and shows an initial clamping state of the clamping member 20. In the present embodiment, the elastic element 23 is a compression spring, and the expansion seat further includes a force-receiving element 30. Here, the clip member 20 further has a sleeve 213, the sleeve 213 extends from the second body 212 toward the stop 13 of the base 10, and one end of the sleeve 213 near the base 10 has a stop wall 2131. Further, the sleeve 213 has a passage P therein, one end of which is engaged with the open fitting opening 2132, and the other end is engaged with the sleeve opening 2133 opened on the abutting wall 2131.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, the force-receiving member 30 has a head portion 31 and a sleeve-penetrating portion 32, an outer diameter of the head portion 31 is greater than an outer diameter of the sleeve-penetrating portion 32 and an inner diameter of the sleeve opening 2133, respectively, and an outer diameter of the sleeve-penetrating portion 32 is smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the sleeve opening 2133. Here, the elastic element 23 is a ring-shaped spring, the elastic element 23 is accommodated in the passage P of the sleeve 213, one end of the elastic element 23 abuts against the abutting wall 2131, and the sleeve penetrating section 32 of the force-receiving member 30 passes through the elastic element 23 and the sleeve opening 2133 and is fixed to the base 10. When the force-receiving member 30 is fixed to the base 10, the head 31 of the force-receiving member 30 abuts against the other end of the elastic element 23. In this way, since the elastic element 23 is a compression spring, when the elastic element 23 is not stressed, two ends of the elastic element 23 are normally extended, and one end of the elastic element 23 abutting against the abutting wall 2131 can normally apply a force to the abutting wall 2131 towards the base 10, so that the clamping member 20 can normally keep close to the clamping position of the base 10.
Referring to fig. 4, when the second body portion 212 of the body 21 of the clip 20 is biased in the first direction D1, the body 21 is elastically deformed and the second body portion 212 can be displaced in the first direction D1. When a user wants to assemble the electronic device E and applies a force to the second body 212 of the body 21 of the holder 20 along the first direction D1 and toward the direction away from the base 10, the abutting wall 2131 of the sleeve 213 of the body 21 pushes against the elastic element 23 to displace, and the elastic element 23 simultaneously accumulates an elastic force at this time, so that the user can assemble the electronic device E between the holder 20 and the base 10 when the holder 20 is away from the base 10.
Referring to fig. 5, after the electronic device E is assembled between the holder 20 and the base 10, only the force applied to the holder 20 needs to be released, and at this time, the elastic element 23 releases the accumulated elastic force to push against the wall 2131, so that the sleeve 213 of the holder 20 returns to the position of being attached to the base 10, and the electronic device E can be held.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the inner diameter of the assembling hole 2132 of the sleeve 213 may be larger than the outer diameter of the head 31 of the force-receiving member 30, so as to facilitate an assembling person to assemble the elastic element 23 through the assembling hole 2132 or to insert a tool to fix the force-receiving member 30.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, further, the force-receiving member 30 further includes a screw section 33, and the screw section 33 and the head 31 are respectively located at two ends of the casing-through section 32. Here, the stopper 13 of the base 10 has a screw hole 131 on a surface facing the holder 20, and the position of the screw hole 131 corresponds to the position of the socket 2133 of the sleeve 213. Thus, during assembly, the elastic element 23 is accommodated in the passage P of the sleeve 213, and the force-receiving member 30 penetrates the sleeve 213 and the elastic element 23 through the assembling hole 2132 of the clamping member 20. The assembling person can insert the screw locking tool into the passage P from the assembling port 2132 to lock the force-receiving member 30, so that the screw section 33 of the force-receiving member 30 can be locked and fixed to the screw hole 131 of the base 10. Therefore, the stressed member 30 is firmly positioned on the base 10 and can be used as a stable support for the elastic element 23, so as to ensure that the elastic element 23 can reliably accumulate elastic force when being compressed by the abutting wall 2131, and ensure that the clamping member 20 can reliably return to the clamping state when not stressed.
In the embodiment, the stopping portion 13 of the base 10 has a slot 132, and the screw hole 131 is located in the slot 132. Here, the notch 132 has a groove depth, and the clamping member 20 has a sleeve length between the ends of the sleeve 213 that is greater than the groove depth. Thus, when the clip 20 is assembled to the base 10, only one end of the sleeve 213 having the abutting wall 2131 of the second body 212 of the clip 20 abuts against the notch 132 of the base 10, and the rest of the second body 212 keeps a spaced state from the stop 13 of the base 10. Therefore, the area of the second body part 212 of the clamping piece 20, which is attached to the stopping part 13 of the base 10, is reduced, so that the second body part 212 can be elastically deformed and displaced more easily when being stressed, and the convenience of use is ensured.
In one embodiment, in order to ensure that the appearance of the assembled electronic device E is not damaged, the material of the hook 22 may be different from the material of the body 21, and further, the hardness of the material of the hook 22 is less than that of the material of the body 21. Specifically, the material of the body 21 may be plastic, and the material of the hook 22 may be, but not limited to, rubber or silicone. Therefore, when a user wants to accommodate the electronic device E into the clamping space S between the hook portion 22 and the stopper portion 13, the electronic device E can ensure that the hook portion 22 does not scratch the appearance of the electronic device E when the electronic device E is in force contact with the hook portion 22.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, in order to ensure the stability of the electronic device E assembled on the docking station, the base 11 of the base 10 further includes a groove 111. Further, the groove 111 has a first side 1111, a second side 1112 and a bottom 1113, wherein the first side 1111 is opposite to the second side 1112 and is connected to the bottom 1113. Herein, when the electronic device E is assembled in the docking station, two opposite ends of the electronic device E can be respectively accommodated in the clamping space S and the groove 111, and the two opposite ends of the electronic device E can respectively abut against the clamping member 20 and the bottom surface 1113 of the groove 111, and the first side surface 1111 and the second side surface 1112 of the groove 111 can limit the displacement of the electronic device E in the groove 111 in the second direction D2. Therefore, the stability of the electronic device E assembled on the expansion seat is maintained.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the bottom 1113 of the groove 111 is inclined with respect to the second direction D2. Therefore, when the electronic device E is assembled to the docking station, the electronic device E can be positioned at an inclined angle, and is more convenient for a user to watch or use.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a third direction D3 is further defined perpendicular to the first direction D1 and the second direction D2 to further ensure the stability of the electronic device E in the third direction D3 after being assembled in the docking station, the base 11 may further include two side blocking portions 112, and each side blocking portion 112 is disposed adjacent to the second side 1112 of the groove 111 at an interval in the third direction D3. Accordingly, when the electronic device E is assembled on the dock, the side stops 112 can limit the displacement of the electronic device E in the third direction D3, and ensure the stability of the electronic device E in the third direction D3 after being assembled on the dock.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
