5. The water supply and drainage system as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the outer cylinder is made of a material of silica gel, and the inner cylinder is made of a material of hard plastic.
6. The water supply and drainage system of claim 1 wherein a gland is sealed above the main tube.

The water supply and drainage system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hand wheel shaft is coaxially fixed with a frame beam, two ends of the frame beam are respectively fixed on the pressure cover through guide posts, the frame beam is provided with a positioning mechanism extending upwards, and the positioning mechanism comprises support brackets arranged at two sides of the handle and located at different heights.
8. The water supply and drainage system of claim 1, wherein the connecting pipe section is provided with an access opening opposite to the joint of the connecting pipe section and the main body pipe, and the access opening is sealed by a plug body.
9. A construction method using the water supply and drainage system as claimed in claim 2, comprising the steps of:
s1, fixedly connecting the water inlet pipe to the first water inlet, connecting the water outlet pipe to the water outlet of the water outlet pipe, pulling the handle, positioning the handle on a support member with a preset gear, adjusting the water pressure and flow entering the second water inlet cavity through the first water inlet cavity,
s2, rotating the valve rod of the rotary valve, adjusting the water flow entering the water outlet cavity through the second water inlet cavity to further adjust the water flow and pressure, and rotating the adjusting hand wheel to output the water with the required flow pressure for greening spraying.
10. The construction method according to claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
s3, fixedly connecting the water inlet pipeline to a second water inlet, rotating the handle, aligning a second water outlet of the inner cylinder and a second water outlet of the outer cylinder, feeding water through the second water inlet, and spraying water through the water outlet of the second water outlet into the first water inlet cavity to flush sludge impurities in the cavity;
s4, removing the plug body, and discharging and removing impurities from the main pipe and the connecting pipe section.
