Technical Field
The invention relates to an air purification device, in particular to an airflow flow equalizing device on a suction inlet of a low-temperature plasma air purifier.
Background
The common low-temperature plasma air purifier has no flow equalizing device at the suction inlet, so that the air flow at the suction inlet of the purifier is uneven, the air flow with the oil smoke is usually fed into the suction inlet from one side and deflected to one side to enter the plasma electric field, so that the oil smoke treatment burden of the electric field at one side is too heavy, the oil smoke treatment burden of the electric field at the other side is vacant, and as a result, the treatment effect is greatly reduced, the oil smoke is not completely removed, and a part of the oil smoke is discharged into the atmosphere to pollute the atmosphere.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems, the invention provides a flow-equalizing fan blade which is arranged at a suction inlet of a purifier and is unpowered, the fan blade is driven to rotate by the suction force of a fan of the purifier, the rotating fan blade can disturb airflow which wraps oil smoke, the airflow which is deflected to one side is uniformly distributed to an electric field in the disturbance of the fan blade, the electric field at each side can work uniformly, and an air inlet surface of the fan blade is covered with an adsorption sheet which can adsorb miscellaneous dust and water vapor which are wrapped in the airflow on the upper surface of the adsorption sheet, so that the oil smoke removing effect is improved.
The technical measure for solving the technical problem is that the flow equalizing fan blade comprises a bearing, a bearing shaft, a fan blade and an adsorption sheet. The bearing shaft is connected with a frame of the air inlet through a baffle bar, the bearing shaft is fixed at the center of the suction inlet of the purifier, the fan blade is a broad-leaf blade, a bearing seat and a bearing are fixed at the center of the fan blade, the bearing is installed on the bearing shaft, the air inlet surface of the fan blade is covered with a layer of adsorption sheet, and the adsorption sheet is rough in surface and has water filtering property. In order to avoid the saturation of the air flow on the adsorption sheet, the blades of the fan blade are provided with the ventilation grooves, so that a part of the air flow can pass through the adsorption sheet and pass through the ventilation grooves, the effect of the adsorption sheet on filtering the dust and the water vapor is further improved, and the flow equalizing effect is not influenced. In order to reduce the resistance of the front end of the suction piece at the wind cutting side of the blade, the front side of the blade is flanged backwards to protect the front end of the suction piece and smooth the wind cutting side of the blade, thereby reducing the resistance of the wind cutting side of the blade. When the purifier works, under the suction force of the fan, the flow equalizing fan blade arranged at the suction inlet of the purifier rotates under the drive of the air flow, the air flow passing through the blade surface is disturbed, the air flow concentrated at one position is disturbed by the fan blade to form a dispersed uniform air flow to enter a plasma electric field, and part of dust and water vapor wrapped in the air flow can be adsorbed by the adsorption sheet, wherein the water vapor is condensed into water on the adsorption sheet and then thrown to the wall surface at the inlet by the centrifugal force of the fan blade to flow out downwards. Thereby reaching the effect of flow equalization and improving the purpose of removing oil smoke of the purifier.
The invention has the advantages of not only performing flow disturbance and flow equalization on the inlet air, but also adsorbing part of dust and water vapor wrapped in the air flow, along with reasonable structure.

Detailed Description
In the figure 1, a fan blade 1 is a broad-leaf blade, a bearing seat and a bearing 2 are fixed at the center of the fan blade, the bearing is installed on a bearing shaft, an air inlet surface of the fan blade is covered with a layer of adsorption sheet 3, and the adsorption sheet is rough in surface and has water filtering property. The blades of the fan blade are provided with ventilation grooves 4, so that part of air flow can pass through the adsorption sheet and pass through the ventilation grooves. The front side of the blade is turned backwards by a flange 5 to protect the front end of the adsorption piece and smooth the wind cutting side of the blade, thereby reducing the resistance of the wind cutting side of the blade.

A flow equalizing fan blade is characterized in that; the flow equalizing fan blade comprises a bearing, a bearing shaft, a fan blade and an adsorption sheet, is arranged at a suction inlet of the purifier and is unpowered, and the fan blade is driven to rotate by the suction force of a fan of the purifier; the air inlet surface of the fan blade is covered with a layer of adsorption sheet which can adsorb the foreign dust and moisture wrapped in the air flow flowing through the surface of the adsorption sheet.
2. The flow equalizing fan blade of claim 1, wherein; the bearing shaft is connected with the frame of the air inlet through a stop strip, and the bearing shaft is fixed at the center of the suction inlet of the purifier.

The flow equalizing fan blade of claim 1, wherein; the fan blade is a broad-leaf blade, a bearing seat and a bearing are fixed at the center of the fan blade, the bearing is installed on the bearing shaft, the air inlet surface of the fan blade is covered with a layer of adsorption sheet, and the adsorption sheet is rough in surface and has water filtering property.
4. The flow equalizing fan blade of claim 1, wherein; the blades of the fan blade are provided with ventilation grooves, so that a part of air flow can pass through the adsorption sheet and pass through the ventilation grooves.
5. The flow equalizing fan blade of claim 1, wherein; the front side of the blade is flanged backwards to protect the front end of the adsorption sheet.
