Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, a portable air supply device specifically includes: the wearing part (6) is a gooseneck, two electric fans and a power supply part; the electric fan comprises fan blades (1) and a driving motor (2); the power supply part comprises a power supply (4) and a switch (5) connected in series between the driving motor (2) and the power supply (4); the power supply (4) provides electric power for the driving motor (2) to drive the fan blades (1) to rotate; the driving motor (2) is arranged at the two ends of the gooseneck through the bottom; the electric fan blade is made of soft materials, such as one of soft plastics, soft rubber, soft silica gel, cloth pieces and soft leather; the weight of the air supply device can be further reduced by adopting soft fine foam polyurethane materials and soft foam silica gel, particularly common soft polyurethane and soft vulcanized rubber; this embodiment adopts simple and convenient structure, and light in weight strengthens the security again, is difficult to hinder human skin, and the flabellum is also difficult for rupture damage portable, conveniently wears in the human body.
The power supply (4) is a rechargeable battery box with a built-in rechargeable battery or a common battery box with a built-in common battery, or a small charger power supply, or a solar panel; the power supply is fixedly connected with or arranged on a fan frame or a wearing part through a buckle No. 3 (25) or a self-adhesive buckle shown in figure 2, so that the fan frame or the wearing part is convenient to disassemble, assemble, replace or combine for use, or is hung on the neck or placed in a pocket, or is arranged in the wearing part as shown in figure 10, and a common battery or a rechargeable battery, which is made into a granular or columnar shape, such as the power supply is arranged in a gooseneck; the buckle is a plug with a slightly larger end head and is inserted into a corresponding hole or groove to be clamped, so that the plug is easy to quickly plug, pull and disassemble, and the modular design of the device is realized, as shown in a buckle No. 1 (18) in fig. 2.
As an improvement of the embodiment, the switch is a speed regulating switch or a speed regulator is connected in series between the switch (5) and the driving motor (2); the power cord of the air supply device is provided with a USB type power plug No. 1 (8) which can be inserted into the power jacks (28) of the corresponding electric fan and the power supply (4) or round plug jacks are adopted, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient; or the power supply is arranged on the fan frame or the wearing part through the corresponding power plug jack; or the power supply is an external power supply, such as a socket or a charger, and is convenient for people who sit for a long time to work; an insulating rubber plug or a gasket can be further arranged at the power jack opening to play a role in insulation and water resistance.
As another improvement of the embodiment, a telescopic rod (15) as shown in figure 8 is also arranged on the gooseneck, and the length of the telescopic rod is adjusted to meet the requirement of the size of the human body.
As a further improvement of the embodiment, the surface of the gooseneck is provided with a layer of silica gel, rubber or soft plastic or baking varnish as a protective layer, so that the health problems of allergy, discomfort and the like caused by direct contact of metal with a human body are avoided, and the effects of insulation and water resistance are also achieved.
This embodiment utilizes the extremely strong deformation and shape-keeping ability of the gooseneck, can be deformed into an earphone-frame type air supply device or a spectacle-frame type air supply device, can be worn on different parts of a human body, such as the head and the neck, can be deformed to be hung for use, can be deformed into a handheld fan, and can be deformed into a desk fan, and fig. 26 is a state diagram of the desk fan deformed by the gooseneck.
Example 2
Unlike embodiment 1, the fan blade (1) of the electric fan may be made of a rigid material, such as one of rigid plastic, metal, rigid rubber, rigid silica gel, wood and hard board; for example, common plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and common steel materials can be adopted; or the fan blade can be made of polystyrene foam plastics, aluminum, rigid polyurethane foam materials, rigid foam silica gel, wood and hardboard, so as to further reduce the weight of the fan blade, and the rigid rubber and the rigid silica gel have toughness and are not easy to break and damage; the embodiment and the embodiment 1 are simple in structure, the weight of the air supply device can be reduced, and the air supply device is convenient to wear on a human body.
As an improvement of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the electric fan of the air supply device is provided with a fan frame (3) and a protection net (7); the frame of the fan is made of common plastics, steel and the like, and can also be made of polystyrene foam plastics, aluminum, wood and the like to reduce the weight; the power supply (4) can be a granular or columnar common battery or a rechargeable battery arranged in the gooseneck, and the speed regulation switch and the power line are also arranged in the gooseneck, so that the volume of the device is greatly reduced, as shown in figure 10.
As another improvement of the embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the end of the gooseneck is provided with a buckle No. 6 (40) for facilitating auxiliary wearing of the end in butt joint, or as shown in fig. 2, a buckle No. 2 (24) is provided for connecting the end with the fan frame or the bottom of the driving motor, so as to realize a modular structure design with easy disassembly and assembly, as shown in fig. 11, a screw thread buckle (16) is provided in the middle of the gooseneck, so that the device can be combined and disassembled for use; as shown in fig. 7, the portable blower is provided with a clip (11), the clip (11) is a spring clip or an elastic rubber ring, and the direction and position of the electric fan can be adjusted; as shown in fig. 7 and 12a, a lamp holder (12) is further provided, the lamp holder (12) may be provided with a section of lamp holder rod (38) which can be bent and adjusted in direction, the lamp holder rod may be made of gooseneck, and may be fixedly connected to the fan frame or wearing part, or may be integrally installed with the fan frame (3) or wearing part (6) through a buckle, a magnetic suction buckle, a self-adhesive buckle, or a power plug No. 2 (39), or may be connected with the power supply (4) through the same modular connection design, so as to produce various structural combinations and usage modes; such as forming a small flashlight, as shown in fig. 12a, or a small desk lamp, and a pair of earphone hook type air supply devices which transform gooseneck into a wireless earphone hook, as shown in fig. 12; buckle No. 6 (40) etc. can make the gooseneck dock the use of cyclization and drop when preventing to wear, if wear when the neck.
Example 3
Different from the improved embodiment in the above embodiment 2, the electric fan of the air supply device does not have to be provided with a protection net, and the electric fan adopts a hidden fan blade design; for example, in the design of a bladeless fan, electric fans of a common propeller fan and a common turbofan are arranged in an air supply pipe (21) or a fan frame (3), an air inlet (22) adopts the design of an annular narrow slit air port or the design of a straight line or arc line-shaped air port narrow slit, and an air outlet (37) also adopts the design of a straight line or arc line-shaped air port short narrow slit, as shown in fig. 36; or the air inlet is a pipe opening, the blast pipe has a certain length, the blast pipe can be connected to the fan frame or used as the fan frame, and the air inlet is far away from the fan blades; or the pipe orifice or the pipe wall is provided with an air inlet and a protection net or dense small holes with similar protection nets, the air outlet is designed in such a way that the pipe orifice is far away from the fan blades, or the air outlet is also a straight line or arc line-shaped or annular narrow-slit air outlet (36), such as the air inlet and the air outlet shown in figures 34 and 35, the wearing part shown in figure 34 is an air supply pipe, and figure 35 shows that the air supply pipe is used as a part of the wearing part and is combined with the earphone frame; this embodiment can avoid the foreign matter to touch the flabellum, also can realize accurate efficient air supply to the position that the human body is easily hot easily sweat easily dispels the heat, like behind the ear, nape, back.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 1, different from the above embodiment, the wearing component of the air supply device is an earphone frame, the earphone frame may be made of hard metal, hard plastic, or elastic rubber, silica gel, or soft elastic plastic, such as a solid earphone frame, or a tubular earphone frame, so that a power line can conveniently pass through the earphone frame, or a plate-shaped earphone frame with certain hardness and elasticity is made; fig. 1 is a schematic view of the wearing part being an earphone frame, which is made of a thin hard metal frame, a thin plastic frame or a silicone frame.
As a modification of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, 9a, 9b, a folding frame (14) and a rotating shaft (13) are provided at the bottom of the electric fan frame (3) or the electric fan, the bottom end of the folding frame (14) or the rotating shaft (13) is connected with the wearing part, which makes the electric fan adjustable in angle, and the thickness of the electric fan can be reduced during folding, and is also convenient for carrying, and the folding frame (14) and the rotating shaft (13) can be replaced by a gooseneck; as shown in fig. 8, the middle of the earphone frame is further provided with a slide way or a telescopic rod (15) for adjusting the length of the earphone frame to adapt to the size of the human body at the wearing part, and the hinge shaft (19) is arranged to enable the earphone frame to be folded for convenient carrying.
As a modification of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a supporting foot (10) is provided, or as shown in fig. 36, a supporting pad (27) is provided, or as shown in fig. 7, a supporting frame (41) is provided as a supporting component, which can make the electric fan generate a distance with the human body, facilitate the blowing out of wind, and also increase the wearing comfort; the supporting legs or the supporting pads can be fixedly connected to the bottom of the electric fan or a frame or a wearing part, and can also form a modular structure design which can be used in a combined manner or in a split manner with the electric fan and a power supply through the arranged fasteners No. 1 (18), No. 2 (24) and No. 3 (25) or self-adhesive fasteners or magnetic fasteners, so that the supporting legs or the supporting pads are convenient to disassemble and lighten the weight when not in use; the using state is as shown in fig. 16 and 17, and the utility model can be worn on the head and the neck; the bottom end of the folding leg (14) or the rotating shaft (13) can also be connected with a supporting part, and the supporting part is further arranged and connected on the wearing part.
Example 5
Unlike the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 27a, the wearing part (6) of the air supply device is a belt or a rope or a chain, and the three are flexible wearing articles, wherein the belt comprises a wide belt and a narrow belt; the electric fan and the fan are arranged or fixed at the bottom of an electric fan of the air supply device or on a fan frame (3) or a supporting component, and the end heads of the electric fan and the fan frame can be provided with a buckle for tying or butting, a self-adhesive buckle or a buckle No. 6 (40) or a threaded buckle, so that the end heads of the electric fan and the fan frame are butted, and the electric fan and the fan frame are conveniently tied to the neck to assist in wearing; the using state is shown in fig. 15, 15a and 15b, and fig. 27 is a schematic structural diagram; the belt, the rope and the chain can also be replaced by a soft power cord of the air supply device; the belt, the rope and the chain are also provided with elastic bands which can be adjusted in length, or the elastic bands can be directly used as wearing parts to adapt to different human body size requirements.

This embodiment can be worn directly on the head, as shown in fig. 15, or worn as a hat band on the chin, as shown in fig. 15a, or worn on the neck, as shown in fig. 15b, or worn on other parts of the human arm, etc.
The various variants of the blowing device in fig. 37 to 42d are not limited to the wearing part (6) being a belt, but also can be applied to other wearing parts of the present application, and only the suitable clip (11) or other installation connecting parts such as self-adhesive buckle or magnetic attraction buckle are selected according to the difference of wearing parts, so as to realize the modular structure design, or adopt the fixed connection mode.
Example 6
Different from the embodiment, the wearing part of the air supply device is a soft metal wire, such as a copper wire and an aluminum wire, and the wearing part is not hollow, is similar to a gooseneck, and can be used in a deformed manner; they may also be used instead of power supply lines.

Fig. 33 is a schematic view showing the mounting of the electric fan on the respirator, and fig. 23 is a view showing a state in which the respirator is worn.
Example 14
On the basis of the above embodiment, the air supply device is provided with a short and flat air blowing nozzle (9) or a buckled guide plate (17) which is fixedly connected to the frame (3) of the fan or the bottom of the electric fan, and the surface of the guide plate (17) parallel to the human body can be straight or arc-shaped; the blowing nozzle (9) and the guide plate (17) can also be arranged at the bottom of a fan frame or an electric fan through a buckle No. 4 (26) or a rotating shaft, so that the blowing nozzle and the guide plate can rotate or bend, wind blows to a part or a specific position of a human body, which is easy to radiate heat, the efficiency is improved, the disassembly and the assembly are convenient, and the weight is lightened when the disassembly and the assembly are not needed. As shown in fig. 4, 5, 13, 14;
as a modification of this embodiment, an air supply pipe (21) is provided instead of the blowing nozzle (9) or the guide plate (17), the air supply pipe (21) is a hollow pipeline, and the air supply pipe is fixedly connected to or mounted on the fan frame (3) through a buckle or a thread buckle, or the air supply pipe is arranged in place of the fan frame (3) to mount the electric fan therein, as illustrated in fig. 36.
As a modification of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 43, the portable air blower is a long circular air blower (46) whose direction can be adjusted by bending deformation, and is used in place of or in combination with the air blowing nozzle (9) or the buckle-shaped deflector (17) to blow air to a specific part of the human body.
As another improvement of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 44, the portable air supply device has a long and flat air supply pipe (47) instead of or in combination with the blowing nozzle (9) or the buckle-shaped deflector (17), which can reduce the thickness and improve the heat dissipation efficiency and the wearing comfort.

On the basis of the above embodiment, a temperature sensor (23) and a corresponding automatic electronic speed regulator of the fan are arranged, the temperature sensor (23) transmits the temperature signal of the human body or the air to the automatic electronic speed regulator integrated in the switch box, the automatic electronic speed regulator of the fan automatically controls the rotating speed of the fan by adjusting the resistance voltage of a fan circuit or in a PWM mode, when the temperature of the human body or the environment is high, the automatic electronic speed regulator automatically increases the rotating speed of the fan, and when the temperature of the human body or the environment is low, the rotating speed of the fan is automatically reduced or the rotation of the fan is stopped, so that the electricity saving and the efficiency improvement are facilitated, and the comfort level of the human body is greatly.
As an improvement of the embodiment, the air supply device is provided with a plurality of electric fans, and the automatic electronic speed regulator adjusts the air volume or the air supply position by controlling different switches of the plurality of fans to adapt to the requirements of human bodies.
As another improvement of the embodiment, the automatic electronic governor can set the working time of the fan, which is convenient for users.

Claims (10)

1. A portable air supply device comprises a wearing part (6), an electric fan and a power supply part; the electric fan comprises fan blades (1) and a driving motor (2); the power supply part comprises a power supply (4) and a switch (5) connected in series between the driving motor (2) and the power supply (4); the power supply (4) provides electric power for the driving motor (2) to drive the fan blades (1) to rotate;
it is characterized in that:
the electric fan blade (1) is made of soft material or hard material;
the soft material is one of soft plastic, soft rubber, soft silica gel, cloth pieces and soft leather;
the hard material is one of hard plastic, metal, hard rubber, hard silica gel, wood and hard board;
all parts of the portable air supply device are fixedly connected or are designed into a modular structure which is easy to split and combine for use.
2. The portable air delivery apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the electric fan is provided with an electric fan frame (3); the fan frame (3) is provided with a protection net (7), or the electric fan is designed to be a hidden fan blade, so that foreign matters are prevented from touching the fan blade.

The portable air delivery apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the switch (5) is a common switch or a speed regulating switch, or a speed regulator is connected in series between the common switch and the driving motor (2); or the air supply device is provided with a temperature sensor (23), the speed regulator or the speed regulating switch connected with the temperature sensor is an automatic electronic speed regulator, and the rotating speed and the switch of the electric fan can be automatically controlled along with the temperature change; the automatic electronic speed regulator can set the working time of the electric fan; the power cord of the air supply device is provided with a USB power plug No. 1 (8) which can be inserted into the corresponding power jacks (28) of the electric fan and the power supply (4) or round plug jacks are adopted, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient; or an insulating rubber plug or a gasket is arranged at the power jack opening, so that the insulating and waterproof effects are achieved.

The portable air delivery apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the wearing part (6) is any one of an earphone frame, a belt, a rope, a chain or a gooseneck, a soft metal wire, an eyeglass frame, an earphone hook, an earplug and an ear nail; the band comprises a wide band and a narrow band; or the belt, the rope and the chain are replaced by a soft power line; or the ear nail is replaced by an ear ring and an ear drop hook; the wearing part is directly worn for use, or two ends of the wearing part (6) are provided with a buckle or a belt buckle for butt joint, a self-adhesive buckle, a buckle No. 6 (40) or a threaded buckle to enable the ends of the wearing part to be in butt joint, so as to assist in wearing; the wearing part (6) is connected with the frame of the fan or the bottom of the driving motor by a buckle No. 2 (24) or a clip (11) or a self-adhesive buckle or a magnetic suction buckle, so that the modular structure design of easy disassembly and assembly connection is realized; the wearing part (6) can not be folded or is provided with a hinge shaft (19) so that the wearing part can be folded to be convenient to carry; the wearing part (6) can not adjust the length or is provided with a telescopic rod (15) or a slideway or an elastic band which can adjust the length so as to meet the requirements of different wearing parts and human body sizes; or the wearing part (6) is an elastic band; the surface of the wearing part is not provided with a protective layer, or a layer of silica gel or rubber or soft plastic or baking varnish is arranged as the protective layer.

The portable air delivery apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the power supply (4) is a rechargeable battery box with a rechargeable battery or a common battery box with a common battery, or a small charger, or a solar panel; the power supply is fixedly connected with or arranged on the fan frame (3) or the wearing part (6) through a buckle No. 3 (25) or a self-adhesive buckle or a power plug jack, or hung on the neck or placed in the pocket, or placed in the wearing part (6); or the power supply is an external power supply.
