Description

Net frame structure half floating platform floating body vertical type water wave energy collecting device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy application, relates to utilization of green and environment-friendly energy, and particularly relates to grid structure semi- floating platform floating body vertical type water wave energy collecting equipment and application thereof, which are used for a power generation and self-navigation system for collecting sea wave and water wave energy and are suitable for absorbing dispersed, low-density and unstable wave energy and converting the dispersed, low-density and unstable wave energy into useful energy in a centralized, economic and efficient manner.
Background
The vast lakes and sea water waves on the earth where people live have huge water wave energy, and people hope to obtain the utilization of the energy due to continuous efforts and practices for the huge energy utilization, and the experience summarized from long-term practice of people tells that: in the real water wave environment, the application in the special field of water wave energy is a huge subject, and the fact that water waves contain huge energy is a positive reality; the key is how people are suitable for the environment and reasonably obtain the environment; the economic value and the economic use value required to meet the market development in the acquisition process are key contents to be considered.
In the field of utilization of water wave energy, people have been subjected to application research and practice for over one hundred years, and obtain a lot of good and precious experiences. It is a common knowledge of us to harvest energy from water waves worldwide. The key problem is that the water wave field has many irresistible environmental requirements of our mankind; meanwhile, the energy application of the water waves is still in a starting stage due to the relation proportion of economic value investment and income; wide-range and wide application is not really realized. With the continuous reduction of the petrochemical energy of the earth and the continuous deterioration of the earth environment, the need of a green and healthy living environment for people is a necessity of life, and the creation of a sustainable development space is a target of our efforts. The key to solve the problem of utilization of water wave energy is the need of safe and reliable system equipment and economic and applicable performance, and is the key technology for realizing utilization of water wave energy.
At present, the energy application and collection of water waves only have two (kinds of) basic schemes, the first kind is the application of a shore-based (fixed) foundation, and the second kind is the application with a floating platform; if a shore-based foundation platform is adopted for acquisition and application, the economic value and the economic benefit ratio cannot realize benefits; because the requirement of the environment is determined to be a very strict condition in the application of the shore-based foundation platform, and the water wave environment has uncertain factors of natural conditions, the construction of the infrastructure must have considerable regional capacity, as we can know that the uncertainty of the water wave environment is a very severe environment; such as tidal wave height; wind power and other factors, and the shore-based acquisition area and acquisition surface have the concept of restriction and quantification; if the water wave energy collection and energy recovery are really achieved, the floating mobile platform with the natural environment resisting capability is required; this is sufficient for the recovery and utilization of the wave energy in the whole area, since the floating mobile platform can be adapted to any wave environment and distance.
The application of the largest water wave energy recovery system owned by the world at present is that a sea snake power plant (python) on the west coast of Scotland, an Aucky wave power test field, and Japanese Ju whale adopt the concept of floating movement; meanwhile, long-distance water wave crossing application is adopted, and the problem is that the acquisition structure adopts a hydraulic principle to acquire water wave energy; therefore, the establishment of the investment cost and the use management cost is determined; at the same time, the enormous cost creates difficulties for large-scale applications because of the efficiency and management costs of the hydraulic system. And because the system equipment adopting the closed floating application has a water wave environment with the special requirement of the water wave environment and the limitation, the wide-range popularization and application still has the existence of distance. The domestic test system has two aspects of adoption; one is shore-based applications; because the investment of shore-based facilities is huge, the limited energy acquisition area and the low acquisition efficiency of the shore-based limited energy acquisition are adopted; and the land-based compression application range is compressed, so that the land-based compression application cannot be put into real market application. The experimental application of Wanshan number in China can meet the concept of floating movement; the problem is that the structure foundation determines huge investment and adaptability requirement to environment, so the system can not be used as a system for market application and popularization; we analyze the application field in the whole water wave energy; there are structural obstacles to the system architecture and the design of energy harvesting systems, and two basic guarantees must be met in order to obtain a fully reliable and economical harvest of water wave energy; the device is required to adapt to the natural meteorological environment of a water wave area and collect all the energy of the water wave under the uncertain conditions.
Displaying water wave energy data in the prior art; in the entire body of water on earth, the energy of the entire ocean wave has an energy storage of 700 hundred million kilowatts per hour according to an estimation; it is desirable to use a safe, reliable and economical process. If the investment can be close to the economic investment of the acquisition of fossil energy or lower than the investment of the acquisition of the fossil energy, the acquisition of the global water wave energy can be realized; the energy source can provide a natural and physical green and environment-friendly energy source for human beings, particularly for marine islets and places without human energy sources, and can conveniently obtain energy sources in places with water (sea) waves, and a solid foundation is provided for the sustainable development of the human beings.
The water wave energy collecting system is currently applied by people; the following technical drawbacks exist: the first is the problem of environmental adaptation, and most of the systems fail to meet the environmental requirements in the use process; the second is efficiency, and there are systems available today that can adapt to environmental applications; but because of the efficiency problem of the application, the method cannot be popularized in a large scale and can not be developed and applied in the market; the third and most important problem is the economic investment; the problem of market application is prevented for economic reasons, and in our era of market economy; is the economic investment and economic application value, because in the social space of this personal development; economic benefit is taken as the first motivation of the market, the concept of the market economy in the world is capital, and if the need of capital development is met, the realization of economic benefit is definitely the first choice defined, and the development is hard; if the concept of economic value of the system does not achieve such a goal because of the production, its development is certainly a difficult and painful stage, and most of the research and development in practice and research projects today are experimental systems; therefore, the system with low economic use value is generally used in the design investment; the investment is huge, the application cost is high, the management cost is large, the generated efficiency has no market application value, so the utilization of the water wave energy can only be a research and experimental concept, and practical economy which can be practically applied is not available; therefore, the reality that the water wave energy source is not popularized is generated, the system which accords with the economic value is required to appear when the water wave energy source is artificially popularized in the field, and the application development of the water wave energy source is a necessary concept.

The self-propelled powerboat is a novel product which is truly environment-friendly and green in energy utilization, provides more space for the sustainable development of human beings, is suitable for being used in any lake and ocean geographical environment due to simple structure and extremely low manufacturing cost, has no definition of places and positions and no limitation of any other conditions, and can be formed into a single or multiple components; can also be formed in large-scale arrays; the product is not specifically defined from big to small, is a really simple and economic green energy utilization product, and is an economic and effective new product in the field of environmental protection including military technology.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the semi-submersible type mobile platform consists of a grid structure 1, a water wave energy collecting system consists of a buoyancy mechanism consisting of a plurality of floating bodies 2 on the whole platform, the floating bodies 2 do up-and-down buoyancy motion in guide rails consisting of inner frame 102 pipelines of the grid structure 1, and the semi-submersible type mobile platform is provided with a horizontal balance structure consisting of an underwater floating block 3 and a water surface balance positioning floating body 12 and keeping the designed working surface of the semi-submersible type mobile platform. The floating body 2 drives the chain wheel 5 to do work through the up-and-down buoyancy movement of water waves through the chain 4 and the vertical body 9, the ratchet wheel 7 installed on the chain wheel 5 is used for collecting the kinetic energy of the water waves doing work according to the up-and-down movement of the water waves on the water surface, the ratchet wheel 7 is positioned at the bottom of the structural platform through the fixed bearing seat 8 fixed at the bottom, the single floating body unidirectional kinetic energy collected by the ratchet wheel 7 is collected through the transmission wheel 6 installed at the bottom of the platform, then the single floating body unidirectional kinetic energy is collected to the collection wheel 10 and is collected to the unit collection system through the transmission shaft 11 for final kinetic energy utilization.
The design basis of the invention is that the gradual water wave energy utilization is adopted, and the energy utilization and recovery of a plurality of floating bodies in a unit structure body with a length can gradually reduce the water wave energy, thereby achieving the purpose of leading the balance of water waves to become a calm water surface, realizing the utilization of new energy and the protection of water bank facilities, dams and facilities in water area environment, and simultaneously realizing the protection of water area breeding industry; the design of the floating mobile platform can be configured with a self-navigation design, so that the measurement and resource detection of marine data and the mobile survey of oceans and lakes can be realized by adopting a single unit mode, and the floating mobile platform can also be used as reconnaissance and defense combat equipment for automatic navigation in the marine field; the method has a very large application space in the fields of new energy utilization system engineering application, military science and technology application and military detection and strike.
The invention has a reference platform which can float and drift in rivers, lakes and oceans by the aid of a horizontal plane, and the platform is not limited by application of fixed buildings to environmental conditions because a rock-soil layer on the surface of the earth is not used as a reference. Because a fixed reference mode is not adopted; therefore, the resistance to the counterforce for solving the energy collection is the key of the design idea of the product, so the concept of adopting the pituitary is considered in the design of the product, and the contradiction of impact of the water wave buoyancy on the platform balance and reduction of the efficiency can be solved. Because the rising and drooping forces on the whole wave plane are balanced relative acting forces, the wave plane does work up and down relatively at any time, and the upward and downward forces are basically balanced work-doing modes; therefore, relative to the mass of the platform mechanism, when the floating body does work upwards or downwards, acting force which does not have too much influence on the balance of the platform is generated, and the reference balance of the mobile platform is fundamentally solved. The actual experience tells us that the generation and the formation of the water waves are irregular; a poorly defined factor so "according to new energy networks; 2016. the second phase aims at solving the problem of high-efficiency collection and utilization of dispersed, low-density and unstable waves of water (sea) waves; we have adopted the concept of small floats (around 1 cube) in multiple arrangements; the working of each floating body is collected singly at the same time in a form of a single structure formed by multiple points, so that the idea that each floating body adopts two ratchets is matched; because two ratchets are adopted, the lifting and the drooping of each floating body can be collected. The efficiency of collecting energy by each wave of water (sea) is improved to the maximum requirement. Considering the structure of a water wave platform and the consideration of practical application, a chain form is adopted as a transmission part, and the normal use in a certain amplitude fluctuation range is ensured. In order to be able to maintain maximum structural platform balance throughout the water (sea) level we have concluded from the experiments; the platform structure with the length is required to be relatively long, the length of a structural platform is required to exceed the wave distance of three water (sea) waves, and the length of the structural platform is guaranteed as far as possible in practice.
The semi-submersible floating type self-propelled power generating boat has the advantages that the purpose of power generation and self-powered sailing (independent of external energy) is achieved through physical energy provided by the water level difference of water waves, most structures of the semi-submersible floating type self-propelled power generating boat are submerged, only a small floating body can be seen, and one half of the floating body and the floating guide rod of the floating body are on the horizontal plane and are equivalent to one tenth of the total mass of the whole platform. The floating bodies 2 form a unit structure, because the floating bodies are provided with pituitary bodies with 50% of lifting force mass of the floating bodies, the total mass of the structure is far greater than the acting force of the floating bodies for generating energy, the ascending and the sagging acting force of the structure do not generate acting force on the platform; there is no possibility of affecting the horizontal balance of the structural platform. This has no effect on the benchmarks of the platforms. And the total buoyancy generated by the unit structure is one time larger than the total mass of the self-propelled power generation boat, so that the semi-submersible floating type self-propelled power generation platform can float on the horizontal surface. One half of the total buoyancy of the floating body 2 is lifted to convert kinetic energy into rotational energy, the drooping kinetic energy is also converted into energy, one half of the total buoyancy of the floating body 2 is lifted to drive the hull structure support to fluctuate up and down, and when the floating body is applied to a moving mode, the kinetic energy is converted into horizontal propelling force (P = EV) under the condition of not considering mechanical loss and power factors, so that the propelling force is converted from the end face installation (propeller) of the rotating shaft 11, the effective power of the self-propelled generating boat is larger than 50% of the total buoyancy, and the self-propelled sailing and power generating functions (selection mode) of the boat are achieved.
In the first embodiment, the invention can be used in an independent working mode under one unit and also in an array mode of combining a plurality of units, and can randomly select the use conditions of forming a single-row array, a multi-row array and a giant array according to the required tasks;
the product can be carried out and applied at any time in any place and in a water wave environment under the condition of specific requirements of use, is not influenced by the condition environment, and can be moved to any place and occasion needing to be used again after the task is finished;
the floating generator can be used in a fixed mode, can be used in a drift generator mode by adopting the matching of an anchor ground and a floating bucket in place in a use position area, provides green energy for the society, and can be used as a self-propelled cruise boat or a self-propelled generator in single or multiple mobile modes;
