Description

Bleaching treatment process of full-wool fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bleaching, in particular to a bleaching treatment process of a full-wool fabric.
Background
The wool fiber has the effects of light weight, softness, heat preservation and the like, but the wool has natural yellow color and can be conveniently dyed into needed bright color or light color only by bleaching treatment. However, part of the slightly low-quality wool is not uniform in color and luster and can be mixed with black silk, the conventional bleaching method is adopted, the color of the bleached wool is not uniform, the black wool is not completely bleached, the pre-dyed color and the black wool which is not completely bleached are overlapped in subsequent dyeing, and the overall color and luster of the fabric are not uniform.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a bleaching treatment process of a full wool fabric, which has simple working procedures, can effectively remove black wool miscellaneous spots on the full wool fabric and can maintain good whiteness and strength of the fabric.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a bleaching treatment process of a full wool fabric, which comprises the following steps:
s1: pretreating the whole wool fabric, pretreating the whole wool fabric by using mixed liquor of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, sodium bisulfite, copper oxidase and papain, and washing with water, wherein the ferrous sulfate heptahydrate is 9-10g/L, the sodium bisulfite is 1.5g/L, the concentration of the copper oxidase is 0.2-1g/L, the concentration of the papain is 4-5g/L, pH, the value is 5.0, and the bath ratio is 1: 20, the treatment temperature is 35-45 ℃, the treatment time is 40-50min, and meanwhile, inert gas is introduced into the mixed liquid in the treatment cylinder in the pretreatment process;
s2: bleaching, namely adding the pretreated full wool fabric and bleaching liquor into a dye vat for bleaching, wherein the bleaching temperature is 60-70 ℃, and the bath ratio is 1: 30, bleaching for 1-1.5 h; the bleaching solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8g/L of 30% hydrogen peroxide, 2-6g/L of acetamide, 2.5-4g/L of citric acid, 4-5g/L of sodium pyrophosphate, 3g/L of sodium carbonate and 1g/L of penetrant, wherein the pH value of the bleaching solution is adjusted to 6-7 by utilizing a pH regulator;
s3: taking out the whole wool fabric, washing with hot water, washing with cold water, and drying.
The method comprises the following steps that the whole wool fabric is subjected to pretreatment of mixed liquor before a conventional bleaching treatment process, papain is added into the mixed liquor, and the wool fabric is subjected to scale stripping treatment, so that scales are raised, the edge passivation degree is good, and other pretreatment reagents can be conveniently in contact with wool well, so that reaction can be carried out; complexing ferrous ions of ferrous sulfate in the mixed solution with melanin in wool, then generating free radicals with strong oxidation capacity near wool pigments by the hydrogen peroxide and the ferrous ions during subsequent hydrogen peroxide bleaching, and when the melanin in the wool is decolored, carrying out pretreatment by using copper oxidase, wherein the copper oxidase oxidizes the pigments on the fabric to form pigment dimers, and the dimers are easier to oxidize than single molecules, so that the fabric can be bleached at a low temperature of 60-70 ℃ during the subsequent bleaching process, thereby avoiding the strength reduction or carbonization of wool fibers caused by high-temperature bleaching; and in the pretreatment process, inert gas is introduced into the treatment tank, so that the mixed solution generates bubbles, and the bubbles drive the mixed solution to rise and permeate into the fabric and rapidly break, so that the fabric can be rapidly wetted and permeated.
In order to further increase the whiteness of the wool fabric, the bleaching treatment process further comprises a whitening procedure, specifically, the bleached fabric is put into a fluorescent brightener solution containing 1-2g/L for treatment for 1-2h according to a bath ratio of 1:10-15, washed for 2-3 times, and put into a forced air drying oven for drying.
In order to improve the stability and foaming amount of the bubbles of the mixed solution, a further preferable technical scheme is that the mixed solution further comprises a foaming agent, and the foaming agent comprises at least one of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and sodium lauryl sulfate. The mixed solution contains a foaming agent, inert gas is filled into the mixed solution, the inert gas is wrapped by the liquid of the surrounding mixed solution, after bubbles are formed, molecules containing the foaming agent are gathered on the surfaces of the bubbles, hydrophobic groups point to the inert gas, and when the bubbles float upwards due to the density difference of gas-liquid phases, the surfactant of the second layer is surrounded with the surfactant of the first layer, so that a bubble film interlayer with a liquid layer in the middle is formed, the mixed solution exists in the bubble film interlayer in a liquid form, the bubbles break after contacting with the fabric, and the mixed solution carried by the bubbles is fully contacted with the inner layer of the fabric.
Further preferably, the inert gas includes nitrogen and/or argon.
Further preferably, the flow rate of the inert gas is 10-15L/min.
Further preferred technical scheme is that the pH regulator is selected from acetic acid or acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution or diluted ammonia water.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the bleaching treatment process of the full-wool fabric has the advantages of simple process, capability of effectively removing black wool miscellaneous points on the full-wool fabric and capability of maintaining good whiteness and strength of the fabric; the method comprises the following steps that the whole wool fabric is subjected to pretreatment of mixed liquor before a conventional bleaching treatment process, papain is added into the mixed liquor, and the wool fabric is subjected to scale stripping treatment, so that scales are raised, the edge passivation degree is good, and other pretreatment reagents can be conveniently in contact with wool well, so that reaction can be carried out; complexing ferrous ions of ferrous sulfate in the mixed solution with melanin in wool, then generating free radicals with strong oxidation capacity near wool pigments by the hydrogen peroxide and the ferrous ions during subsequent hydrogen peroxide bleaching, and when the melanin in the wool is decolored, carrying out pretreatment by using copper oxidase, wherein the copper oxidase oxidizes the pigments on the fabric to form pigment dimers, and the dimers are easier to oxidize than single molecules, so that the fabric can be bleached at a low temperature of 60-70 ℃ in the later bleaching process, thereby avoiding the reduction of wool fiber strength or carbonization caused by high-temperature bleaching; and in the pretreatment process, inert gas is introduced into the treatment tank, so that the mixed solution generates bubbles, and the bubbles drive the mixed solution to rise and permeate into the fabric and rapidly break, so that the fabric can be rapidly wetted and permeated.
