FIG. 1B: fig. 1A is a partially enlarged schematic view.
FIG. 2: the flow chart of the method for manufacturing the hollow fiber of aerogel of the invention is shown in the figure.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 1A and 1B, the hollow fiber of aerogel includes:
a fiber thread 1, having a plurality of combined monofilaments 11, wherein the monofilaments 11 are hollow (or tubular), and the monofilaments 11 are made of aerogel mixed artificial polymer material, as shown in the figure, a large number of aerogel particles 111 are uniformly dispersed in the monofilaments 11, the weight ratio of the aerogel in the monofilaments 11 is 0.5-10%, and the remaining weight ratios of the monofilaments 11 are artificial polymers, and the aerogel can be made of different elements, such as silicon, carbon, nickel, and the like. In addition, one embodiment of the present invention provides a fiber thread 1 having a specification of 70D/72F, wherein D represents Denier (Denier or den), wherein Denier is defined as the weight of the fiber per 9000 meters (g), for example, 9000 meters of the fiber is 1 g if the weight of the fiber is 1 g, and F represents the number of filaments of the fiber, such that 70D/72F represents 70 g per 9000 meters of the fiber thread 1, and the fiber thread 1 has 72 filaments 11.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1A and fig. 1B, the aerogel material in the monofilament 11 has a large number of pores, so that the density is low and the insulation effect is excellent (as shown in the figure, the aerogel particles 111 in the monofilament 11 have a plurality of pores), however, further, when the monofilament 11 is made into a hollow shape, the weight of the textile product can be lighter and the insulation effect is better when the fiber thread 1 is made into various textile products.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the method for manufacturing the hollow fiber of the aerogel includes the following steps:
preparing a spinning raw material 2, and preparing a spinning raw material formed by mixing aerogel and an artificial polymer, wherein the weight percentage of the aerogel is 0.5-10%, and the artificial polymer is selected from one of polypropylene, polyester, nylon and acryl.
The monofilament molding 3 is to melt the spinning material into a spinning solution, and then to spin the spinning solution into a hollow monofilament 11, in which aerogel fine particles 111 are uniformly dispersed in the monofilament 11.
And forming a fiber thread 4, and combining a plurality of monofilaments 11 into a fiber thread 1.
A fiber thread processing 5, and the fiber thread 5 is processed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the above-mentioned step of preparing the spinning raw material 2 can be implemented in two different ways, which are as follows:
the first embodiment of the step of preparing the spinning raw material 2 is to directly take the aerogel powder and the artificial polymer pellets, and uniformly mix them to obtain the spinning raw material.
In the second embodiment of the step 2 of preparing the spinning raw material, the aerogel powder is added in the polymerization process of the artificial polymer, and the spinning raw material mixed by the artificial polymer and the aerogel can be obtained after the polymerization is finished.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the step of forming 3, the spinning solution may be spun into the hollow monofilament 11 by different spinning methods such as melt spinning, wet spinning, dry spinning, etc. for example, when melt spinning is adopted, the spinning raw material may be fed into a hopper and then fed into a screw extruder, the spinning raw material may be heated and melted into the spinning solution after being fed into the screw extruder, the spinning solution may be pressure-fed into a spinning box by a screw, a metering pump in the spinning box further conveys the spinning solution to a spinneret plate, so that the spinning solution is extruded from a spinneret hole of the spinneret plate and cooled into a single monofilament 11, and the spinneret plate uses a spinneret plate having a ring-shaped spinneret hole in order to make the monofilament 11 hollow.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the step of forming the fiber line 4, a plurality of filaments 11 extruded from the spinneret holes of the spinneret are guided by a yarn guide such as a yarn guide and combined into the fiber line 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the step of processing the fiber thread 5, the fiber thread 1 is processed by drafting, heating, curling or twisting, etc. to improve the elasticity, strength, drapability, etc. of the fiber thread 1, and the step of processing the fiber thread 5 is a known step in the textile industry, so that a person can select which processing to process the fiber thread 1 according to different property requirements, which is not described herein.
The hollow fiber of the aerogel and the manufacturing method thereof have the advantages that by the characteristics of porosity and low density of the aerogel and the hollow structure of the monofilament, a textile product manufactured by the fiber yarn has excellent properties such as good isolation, light weight and the like.
It should be understood that the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made in the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
