f. and cutting, namely cutting and segmenting the vehicle door sealing strip.
7. The method for producing a door weather strip according to claim 6, characterized in that: the rubber mixing of the door sealing strip LIP comprises the following steps:
s1. mixing, adding EPDM raw rubber, zinc oxide, stearic acid and polyethylene glycol to mix for 60s by using an internal mixer, then adding carbon black, paraffin oil and a flow aid to mix until 105 ℃ and exhausting, adding short fiber while exhausting, then mixing again until 140 ℃ and discharging rubber, tabletting the mixed rubber by using an open mill, and storing the cut pieces after air cooling;
and s2, two-stage mixing, namely mixing the first-stage mixed rubber for 60s by using an internal mixer, then adding calcium carbonate, an accelerator and sulfur, mixing to 75 ℃ to discharge rubber, and tabletting and stripping by using an open mill.
