And as shown in fig. 2, the upper end of the connecting cover body 61 is provided with an annular clamping end face 610 which is bent inwards and extends, and the annular clamping end face 610 is clamped with the clamping ring 7 downwards along the axial direction of the fixed sleeve 3.
Referring to fig. 6, the middle of the lower fixing plate 62 has a cambered surface through hole 621 rotatably matched with the ball head 11, the diameter of the cambered surface through hole 621 is smaller than that of the ball head 11, the diameter of the upper end of the cambered surface through hole 621 is larger than that of the lower end, and the inner side surface of the hole between the upper end and the lower end is an cambered surface rotatably matched with the outer surface of the ball head 11. The lower fixing plate 62 is rotatably matched with the ball head 11 through the cambered surface through hole 621, is arranged at the lower end of the ball head 11, and is fixed with the ball head 11 in position along the axial direction of the fixing sleeve 3. In this way, the lower fixing plate 62 is kept at the lower side of the ball head 11, the cambered surface through hole 621 can be formed into a concave spherical surface which can be rotatably matched with the ball head 11, and the limitation on the rotation of the ball head 11 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a pressing device for hot bending glass according to the present invention is shown. The pressing device comprises the single-column adjustable pressing mechanism 100 and a fixed top plate 200. The fixed top plate 200 is disposed above the pressing module 2, and the fixed top plate 200 is fixedly mounted with the machine during specific operation.
The upper end of the fixed sleeve 3 penetrates through the fixed top plate 200, the horizontal spiral adjusting piece 4 is installed at the upper end of the fixed sleeve 3 through the adjusting piece installation block 500, and the fixed sleeve 3 is fixedly matched with the fixed top plate 200 in the horizontal direction, and can slide relative to the fixed top plate 200 in the axial direction. Specifically, in an alternative embodiment, the fixing sleeve 3 is matched with the fixing top plate 200 through a graphite copper sleeve 300. When the pressing operation is performed, the pressing module 2 is driven to perform the pressing operation by applying a pressing pressure to the fixing sleeve 3, and the fixing sleeve 3 slides down on the fixing top plate 200 along the axial direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the top end of the fixing sleeve 3 is provided with a cylinder/electric cylinder through hole 32 for driving connection with the pressing cylinder or the pressing electric cylinder, and the pressing cylinder or the pressing electric cylinder applies pressing force to the fixing sleeve 3.
In an alternative embodiment, a cooling plate, and in particular a tube cooling plate, is arranged in the press-fit module 2. After the hot bending forming process is finished, the hot bent glass is cooled by the cooling plate in the pressing module 2 in a refrigerating and accelerating way.
And, a cooling water pipe 400 is arranged between the fixed top plate 200 and the pressing module 2, and two ends of the cooling water pipe 400 are respectively fixedly installed with the fixed top plate 200 and the pressing module 2. And one end of the cooling water pipe 400, which is fixedly installed on the fixed top plate 200, extends out of the top of the fixed top plate 200, and the other end of the cooling water pipe 400, which is fixedly installed on the pressing module 2, is communicated with the cooling plate in the pressing module 2.
Because both ends of the cooling water pipe 400 are respectively and fixedly installed on the fixed top plate 200 and the pressing module 2, in order to avoid the axial obstruction of the cooling water pipe 400 in the process of adjusting the horizontal balance degree of the pressing module 2, the cooling water pipe 400 is selected as a corrugated pipe, or a part of the cooling water pipe 400 adopts a corrugated pipe structure. In this way, during the adjustment of the horizontal balance of the lamination module 2, the corrugated pipe section of the cooling water pipe 400 can be bent to adapt to the adjustment of the horizontal balance of the lamination module 2, and the cooling water pipe 400 can be prevented from being bent under stress.
In another alternative embodiment, a heating plate, and in particular a tubular heating plate, is also provided in the press-fit module 2. Therefore, in the process of hot bending and forming the hot bent glass, the heating plate in the pressing module 2 is used for heating, so that the hot bent glass meets the temperature requirement of hot bending and forming.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention and only the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in further detail, but the scope and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and any changes, combinations, deletions, substitutions or modifications made without departing from the spirit and principles of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. The single-column adjustable pressing mechanism is characterized by comprising an adjusting rod (1); the lower end of the adjusting rod (1) is provided with a ball head (11); the lower end part of the adjusting rod (1) is fixedly connected with a pressing module (2);
the adjusting rod (1) is sleeved with a fixed sleeve (3); a gap is formed between the cylinder body of the fixed sleeve (3) and the rod body of the adjusting rod (1), and the lower end of the fixed sleeve (3) and the ball head (11) are sleeved on the ball head (11) in a rotatable fit manner;
the upper end of the fixed sleeve (3) is provided with a horizontal spiral adjusting piece (4); one end of the horizontal spiral adjusting piece (4) is positioned in the fixed sleeve (3), and the other end of the horizontal spiral adjusting piece extends out of the fixed sleeve (3) in a penetrating way; and the horizontal spiral adjusting piece (4) can be screwed in along the horizontal direction on the fixed sleeve (3) and is propped against the upper end of the adjusting rod (1) or screwed out along the horizontal direction.
2. The single-column adjustable pressing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a limiting pin (5) is arranged on a part of the fixed sleeve (3) corresponding to the ball head (11); a limiting groove (111) is formed in the ball head (11) and corresponds to the limiting pin (5);
one end of the limiting pin (5) is fixed on the fixed sleeve (3), and the other end of the limiting pin extends into the limiting groove (111).
3. The single-column adjustable pressing mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the lower end of the fixed sleeve (3) is sleeved on the ball head (11) in a rotatable fit with the ball head (11) through a connecting cover (6);
wherein the connecting cover (6) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the fixed sleeve (3); the connecting cover (6) corresponds to the ball head (11) and is sleeved outside the ball head (11) in a rotatable fit with the ball head (11).
4. A single-column adjustable press-fit mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the connecting cap (6) comprises a connecting cap body (61) and a lower fixing plate (62);
the connecting cover body (61) is clamped at the lower end of the fixed sleeve (3) downwards along the axial direction of the fixed sleeve (3) and sleeved outside the ball head (11); the connecting cover body (61) is locked and fixed with the lower end of the fixed sleeve (3) through a screw;
the lower fixing plate (62) and the ball head (11) are rotatably matched and arranged at the lower end of the ball head (11), and are upwards fixed with the ball head (11) along the axial direction of the fixing sleeve (3);
the connecting cover body (61) and the lower fixing plate (62) are locked and fixed through bolts along the axial direction of the fixing sleeve (3).

The single-column adjustable pressing mechanism according to claim 4, wherein a cambered surface through hole (621) which is rotatably matched with the ball head (11) is formed in the middle of the lower fixing plate (62), and the diameter of the cambered surface through hole (621) is smaller than that of the ball head (11); the lower fixing plate (62) is rotatably matched with the ball head (11) through the cambered surface through hole (621) and is arranged at the lower end of the ball head (11) and is fixed with the ball head (11) in position along the axial direction of the fixing sleeve (3).

The single-column adjustable pressing mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the lower end of the fixed sleeve (3) is provided with an annular clamping groove (31); the annular clamping groove (31) is provided with a clamping ring (7) protruding out of the outer surface of the fixed sleeve (3); the upper end of the connecting cover body (61) is provided with an annular clamping end face (610) which is bent inwards and extends, and the annular clamping end face (610) and the clamping ring (7) are clamped downwards along the axial direction of the fixed sleeve (3).
7. A single-column adjustable press-fit mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the horizontal screw adjuster (4) is arranged in a position corresponding to the upper end of the adjusting rod (1).

A single-column adjustable pressing mechanism according to claim 1 or 7, wherein the upper end of the adjusting rod (1) is provided with a flat abutting surface at a position corresponding to the horizontal spiral adjusting piece (4) for abutting contact with the horizontal spiral adjusting piece (4).

The single-column adjustable pressing mechanism according to claim 1 or 7, wherein the horizontal spiral adjusting members (4) comprise an even number of evenly distributed horizontal spiral adjusting members (4), and the positions of the upper ends of the adjusting rods (1) corresponding to the even number of horizontal spiral adjusting members (4) are corresponding polygonal prisms, and each prism side surface of each polygonal prism corresponds to one horizontal spiral adjusting member (4).
10. The single-column adjustable pressing mechanism according to claim 1 or 7, wherein the horizontal spiral adjusting parts (4) comprise four evenly distributed parts, the parts of the upper ends of the adjusting rods (1) corresponding to the four horizontal spiral adjusting parts (4) are corresponding cubes, and each side face of each cube corresponds to one horizontal spiral adjusting part (4).
11. A press-fit device, characterized by comprising the single-column adjustable press-fit mechanism of any one of claims 1-10, and a fixed top plate (200);
the fixed top plate (200) is arranged above the pressing module (2); the upper end of the fixed sleeve (3) penetrates through the fixed top plate (200), and the fixed sleeve (3) is fixedly matched with the fixed top plate (200) in the horizontal direction and can slide relative to the fixed top plate (200) in the axial direction.
12. A press-fit device according to claim 11, characterized in that the top end of the fixing sleeve (3) is provided with a cylinder/electric cylinder through-hole (32) for driving connection with a press-fit cylinder or press-fit electric cylinder.
13. A pressing device according to claim 11, characterized in that the fixing sleeve (3) is fitted with the fixing top plate (200) by means of a graphite copper sleeve (300).

The bonding device according to any one of claims 11-13, characterized in that a cooling plate is arranged in the bonding module (2); a cooling water pipe (400) is arranged between the fixed top plate (200) and the pressing module (2); one end of the cooling water pipe (400) penetrates through and extends out of the top of the fixed top plate (200), and the other end of the cooling water pipe is communicated with the cooling plate in the pressing module (2).
15. A pressing device according to claim 14, characterized in that the cooling water pipe (400) is a corrugated pipe.
