First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, which shows a perspective view of a locking member according to a first embodiment of the present invention, a locking member 100 of this embodiment is a generally long rod-shaped structure, and includes a threaded portion 110 at a head end thereof, and an external thread (not shown) provided on the threaded portion 110. The locking member 100 has a stopper 120 at the middle portion, and the stopper 120 has a disc-shaped structure and extends in the radial direction of the locking member. The positioning portion 130 is further disposed on the locking member 100 at a position close to the stopper 120 and toward the head end of the locking member 100, the outer side wall of the positioning portion 130 has a plurality of positioning planes 131, and the positioning planes 131 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the positioning portion 130 (the locking member 100), that is, the cross section of the positioning portion 130 is a regular polygon, specifically a regular hexagon. The tail end of the locking member 100 is provided with a connecting portion 140, and the connecting portion 140 is provided with an axial threaded hole 141 therein.
It is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, at least one positioning plane 131 may be disposed on the outer side wall of the locking member 100, that is, the outer contour of the locking member 100 at this position is a closed figure formed by a major arc and a straight line.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a connection between a lock member, a handle and an elastic member according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is an exploded schematic view of fig. 2, fig. 4 is a schematic sectional view taken along a direction a-a of fig. 2, a handle 200 according to this embodiment includes a sleeve portion 210 and an extension portion 220, the extension portion 220 is connected to an outer side wall of the sleeve portion 210 and extends along a radial direction of the sleeve portion 210, an axial through hole 211 is formed in the sleeve portion 210, a head end of the through hole 211 is a regular hexagonal hole, and a tail end of the through hole 211 is a circular hole. The hole wall of the regular hexagonal hole, that is, the inner wall of the socket 210, can be regarded as a plurality of limiting planes distributed along the circumferential direction. The diameter of the circumscribed circle of the regular hexagonal hole is not smaller than that of the round hole, namely, a step surface is arranged at the joint of the regular hexagonal hole and the round hole.
During connection, the sleeve portion 210 is sleeved at the tail end of the locking member 100, specifically, the positioning portion 130 is inserted in the regular hexagon hole, the connecting portion 140 is inserted in the circular hole, a gap 201 exists between the connecting portion 140 and the circular hole, the elastic member 300 is located in the gap 201, one end of the elastic member 300 abuts against the step surface, and the other end abuts against the screw 600 screwed in the threaded hole 141, based on the above structure, the handle 200 can drive the locking member 100 to rotate by abutting against the positioning plane 131 and the limiting plane, and meanwhile, the handle 200 can move axially relative to the locking member 100, in addition, when the handle 200 moves relative to the locking member 100 along the tail end of the locking member 100, the elastic member 300 is gradually compressed along with the movement of the handle 200, and the compressed elastic member 300 can drive the handle 200 to reset after the external force driving the handle 200 to move disappears.
The elastic member 300 in this embodiment is a spring. In the present embodiment, the handle 200 is sleeved on the rear end of the lock member 100, and the elastic member 300 is disposed between the handle 200 and the sleeved portion of the lock member 100, so as to reduce the volume of the whole lock device. In addition, in this embodiment, the elastic member 300 is fixed by the screw 600 screwed into the screw hole 141, and the elastic member 300 and the handle 200 can be sequentially taken out after the screw 600 is screwed out, so that the structure is compact and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
It can be understood that the number of the position limiting planes in the present embodiment corresponds to the number of the positioning planes 131.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a first embodiment of the anti-loose locking device of the present invention, fig. 6 is an enlarged view illustrating a region B in fig. 5, and fig. 7 is an exploded view illustrating the first embodiment of the anti-loose locking device of the present invention, which includes a first member 400, a second member 500, the locking member 100, the handle 200, and the elastic member 300 of the first embodiment.
The first member 400 is provided with a threaded hole 410, the second member 500 is provided with a through hole 510 corresponding to the threaded hole 410, the second member 500 is provided with an annular flange 520 along the circumference of the through hole 510, and the flange 520 is provided with a notch 530, i.e., the flange 520 is an incomplete annular structure.
When the locking piece 100 is used, the threaded portion 110 of the locking piece 100 penetrates through the through hole 510 and is screwed into the threaded hole 410 until the stop block 120 abuts against the second part 500, at the moment, the first part 400 and the second part 500 are fixed, meanwhile, the handle 200 is arranged in the notch 530, due to the abutting effect of the two ends of the flange 520, the handle 200 can only swing in the notch 530 in a small range, if the size of the notch 530 is small enough, the handle 200 can even stand in the notch 530, and therefore, the locking piece 100 cannot rotate in the circumferential direction, and accordingly loosening and falling off of the locking piece 100 are avoided. When disassembly is desired, handle 200 is pulled in the direction of the trailing end of locking member 100 (i.e., upward) until handle 200 clears the ledge, at which point handle 200 is free to rotate around, thereby driving locking member 100 out of threaded aperture 410.
In this embodiment, the first component 400 is a surfboard assembly and the second component 500 is a power assembly. In other embodiments of the present invention, the first component 400 and the second component 500 may be other combinations of components, such as a power module and a surfboard module.
Second embodiment
In this embodiment, the guide slopes 521 are provided at both ends of the flange 520, and when a sufficient rotation torque is applied to the notch 530, the handle 200 can be gradually lifted along the guide slopes 521 until it reaches the top surface of the flange 520, so that it is not necessary to always apply an upward force to the handle 200 to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 300, and the operation is more convenient and faster.
Third embodiment
This embodiment is an alternative embodiment of the first embodiment, and the differences between this embodiment and the first embodiment include: in this embodiment, the outer side wall of the locking member 100 is not provided with the positioning plane 131, but is provided with an axial sliding groove, the inner wall of the sleeve-joint portion 210 is not provided with the limiting plane, but is provided with an axial positioning block, the positioning block is inserted into the sliding groove and can slide along the sliding groove, and the handle 200 can synchronously rotate with the locking member 100 and can move axially relative to the locking member 100.
Fourth embodiment
The embodiment also discloses a water sports device, and the water sports device comprises the anti-loosening locking device of each embodiment.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make various equivalent modifications or substitutions without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and such equivalent modifications or substitutions are included in the scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
