Example 2
In the manufacturing process of the artistic print, an operator only needs to divide the flat plate 1 in the fixed area according to the fixed area, but if the operator wants to operate at a certain position in the middle, such as a die printing drying area and a painting drying area, the operation is slightly inconvenient. Therefore, in the embodiment, an auxiliary table 9 is further disposed beside the rotating mechanism, and the height of the auxiliary table 9 corresponds to the height of the rotating frame 2 and the corresponding flat plate 1 when the rotating frame and the corresponding flat plate rotate to the horizontal plane. The auxiliary table 9 can be pushed under the flat plate 1 for use after the flat plate 1 is turned to be horizontal, so that an operator can conveniently perform other fine operations.
Referring now to fig. 7 and 8, the auxiliary table 9 comprises a fixed table 91 and a movable table 92, the fixed table 91 and the movable table 92 can be connected together by a hook 93, when the movable table 92 is not needed, the hook 93 can be released, and the movable table 92 can be rotated downwards to lean against one side of the auxiliary table 9.
Preferably, when the rotating frame 2 and the corresponding flat plate 1 rotate to the horizontal plane, no adjacent flat plate 1 exists in the vertical projection plane of the flat plate 1. Thus, the auxiliary table 9 can be fixed at a position slightly behind the rotary frame 2, and the other flat plates 1 are not affected when the movable table plate 92 is rotated, so that the time for pushing the auxiliary table 9 can be saved.
Specifically, when in use, a step can be added after the step five: the stamped flat plate 1 is rotated to the horizontal position, then the locking nut 23 is loosened, the flat plate 1 is rotated by 90 degrees around the connecting piece 21, the movable table plate 92 is opened to support the flat plate 1, and then the figure trimming or other operations are carried out on the flat plate 1.
By adding the auxiliary table 9, the practicability of the manufacturing process of the artistic woodcut is improved, and the application range of the artistic woodcut is further expanded.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or additions or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are also included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
