An automatic water-adding circulating water-cooling system of a stone cutting machine is arranged on a cutting machine body (1), the cutting machine body (1) comprises a machine table (14), a portal frame (13) is arranged on the machine table (14) in a sliding mode, a vertical rail (12) is arranged at the top of the portal frame (13) in a sliding mode, a cutting mechanism (11) is arranged on the vertical rail (12) in a sliding mode, the automatic water-adding circulating water-cooling system of the stone cutting machine is characterized by comprising a nozzle (2), wherein,
the nozzle (2) is arranged on the cutting mechanism (11), the nozzle (2) is communicated with a water pipeline (3), a circulating water tank (4) is arranged close to the machine table (14), the water pipeline (3) is communicated with the circulating water tank (4), and one end of the water pipeline (3) extending into the circulating water tank (4) is communicated with a water pump (5);
a water receiving port (41) is formed in one side of the circulating water tank (4), the water receiving port (41) is attached to one side of the machine table (14), a multi-layer filter plate (42) is arranged in the circulating water tank (4) on the lower side of the water receiving port (41), a push plate (43) is arranged on the filter plate (42) in a sliding mode along the length direction, a slag discharging groove (6) is formed in the circulating water tank (4) at one end of the filter plate (42), a sliding door (44) is arranged on the circulating water tank (4) in a sliding mode corresponding to the filter plate (42), a plurality of baffle plates (45) are arranged on the circulating water tank (4), and a filter element (46) is arranged between the baffle plates (45) and the top of the circulating;
the other end of the circulating water tank (4) is communicated with a water pipe, and the water pipe is communicated with an automatic water adding mechanism (7).

The automatic water-adding circulating water-cooling system of the stone cutting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nozzle (2) comprises a joint (22), the joint (22) is fixed on the cutting mechanism (11), a valve (21) is arranged on the joint (22), one end of the joint (22) is communicated with the water pipeline (3), the other end of the joint (22) is connected with a spray head (23) through a ball pin structure connected through damping, and the spray head (23) is conical.

The automatic water-adding circulating water cooling system of stone cutting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that slide rails are arranged in the circulating water tank (4) below the water receiving port (41) along the width direction, the side wall of the circulating water tank (4) is provided with a socket (47) corresponding to the slide rails, the filter plate (42) is inserted into the socket (47), and the socket (47) and the filter plate (42) are hermetically arranged.

The automatic water-adding circulating water-cooling system of the stone cutting machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the filter plate (42) comprises a frame (421) in a shape of 21274, the push plate (43) is slidably disposed along a length direction of the frame (421), the push plate (43) is disposed along a width direction of the frame (421), a screen mesh (422) is disposed on one side of the frame (421), the push plate (43) abuts against the screen mesh (422), and the frame (421) is provided with a handle (423).

The automatic water-adding circulating water cooling system of stone cutting machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein said push plates (43) slidably disposed on said plurality of frames (421) are connected by a connecting rod, the top of said connecting rod vertically extends out of said circulating water tank (4).
6. The automatic water-adding circulation water-cooling system of stone cutting machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mesh diameters of said mesh net (422) are sequentially decreased from top to bottom.

The automatic water-adding circulating water-cooling system of the stone cutting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the automatic water-adding mechanism (7) comprises a sliding rod (71), the sliding rod (71) is vertically arranged in the circulating water tank (4), a float (72) is slidably sleeved on the sliding rod (71), a pulling rope (73) is connected to the float (72), a water inlet joint (76) communicated with the water pipe is arranged in the circulating water tank (4), a piston (75) is slidably connected to the water inlet joint (76), a tension spring (74) is arranged between one side of the piston (75) and the water inlet joint (76), and the pulling rope (73) is connected to the piston (75).
8. The automatic water-adding circulation water-cooling system of stone cutting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter element (46) is detachably disposed on the top of the circulation water tank (4), and the bottom of the filter element (46) abuts against the baffle (45).
9. The automatic water-adding circulating water cooling system of the stone cutting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein an opening is provided at the top of the circulating water tank (4) at one side of the filter element (46).
