The invention discloses a hot press bending device and a method for bending a plate, which relate to the technical field of wood bending and comprise a beam plate, two side plates connected with the beam plate, a workbench, at least one telescopic hydraulic cylinder, a pressing platform and at least one pair of arc-shaped moulds, wherein the workbench is arranged at the bottom of the beam; the telescopic hydraulic cylinder is fixed below the beam plate; the lower pressing platform is connected with the telescopic hydraulic cylinder; the die comprises an upper die and a lower die, the upper die is connected with the lower pressing platform or integrally arranged with the lower pressing platform, and the lower die is arranged on the workbench; meanwhile, heating loops are arranged in the upper die and the lower die and are connected with the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe. The hot press bending device provided by the invention can be used for bending the plate while comprehensively softening the plate, has a good bending effect and higher processing efficiency, and can effectively shorten the working hours.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wood bending, in particular to a hot bending device and a method for bending a plate.
Background
Although the wood has elasticity, the plasticity under the normal state is very small, the wood can be bent within the normal stress range, the wood can restore the original shape after the stress is eliminated, and if the stress limit is exceeded, the wood can be subjected to permanent deformation and fiber splitting, so that the wood can be broken. Because the height of the metal plate is the same as that of the mould, hot steam cannot flow through the upper end and the lower end of the metal plate and only can flow through the heating loop, and therefore the hot steam is guaranteed to flow out of the mould only through the heating loop, and the utilization rate of the hot steam is improved.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the metal plates are vertically arranged in the die and are distributed at equal intervals, and one ends of the metal plates are connected to the front side or the rear side of the die.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the air inlet pipe is arranged on one side of the rear end of the die, and the air outlet pipe is arranged on the other side of the rear end of the die.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a hot press bending apparatus for bending a plate 9, including: the device comprises a beam plate 1, two side plates 2 connected with the beam plate, a workbench 3, at least one telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4, a lower pressing platform 5 and at least one pair of arc-shaped molds 8, wherein the workbench 3 is arranged at the bottom of the beam 1; the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 is fixed below the beam plate 1; the lower pressing platform 5 is connected with the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4; the die 8 comprises an upper die 80 and a lower die 81, the upper die 80 is connected with the lower pressing platform 5 or integrally arranged with the lower pressing platform 5, and the lower die 81 is arranged on the workbench 3; meanwhile, heating loops are arranged in the upper die 80 and the lower die 81, and the heating loops are connected with the air inlet pipe 10 and the air outlet pipe 11.
Specifically, the plate 9 to be processed can be placed on the lower die 81, the air inlet pipe 10 can be connected with a boiler to transmit hot steam into the die 8, the temperature of the pair of dies 8 is gradually increased to a preset temperature under the action of the hot steam, the lower die 81 transfers heat to the plate 9 in contact with the lower die, and the plate 9 is gradually heated and softened. The telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 can drive the downward pressing platform 5 and the upper die 80 to move back and forth, when the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 moves downwards, the upper die 80 contacts the plate 9 and transfers heat to the plate 9, and at the moment, the pair of dies 8 can both transfer heat to the plate 9, so that the process that the plate 9 is heated and softened is accelerated. The telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 continues to move downwards until the upper die 80 and the lower die 81 can clamp the sheet material 9, and the softened sheet material 9 is bent and deformed by the pair of dies 8. In addition, the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 can drive the downward pressing platform 5 and the upper die 80 to move upwards, so that the processed plate 9 can be conveniently taken out or the plate 9 to be processed can be conveniently put in.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mold 8 is connected with a thermometer, the air inlet pipe 10 is connected with an electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the air inlet amount of the air inlet pipe 10. When the temperature displayed by the thermometer is higher than the preset temperature, the electromagnetic valve controls the air inlet pipe 10 to stop air inlet or reduce air inlet amount; when the temperature displayed by the thermometer is lower than the preset temperature, the electromagnetic valve controls the air inlet pipe 10 to increase the air inlet quantity. And keeping the temperature in the die 8 to be a preset temperature through a thermometer and an electromagnetic valve so as to heat the plate 9 in a constant temperature state.
Furthermore, at least one pair of fixing frames 12 are arranged outside the pressing platform 5, the distance between the two fixing frames 12 is consistent with the width of the mold 8, and the left side and the right side of the upper mold 80 are respectively connected with the inner sides of the lower ends of the two fixing frames 12.
In the embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the connection between the upper mold 80 and the lower platen 5, the left and right sides of the upper mold 80 are respectively connected to the inner sides of the lower ends of the two fixing frames 12, so that the connection between the upper mold 80 and the upper part thereof is enhanced, and the upper mold 80 is prevented from falling off during the use process.
Further, the press platform 5 is connected to the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 by a connecting plate 6 and a bolt 7.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, as a preferred embodiment, a cavity 14 is formed inside the mold 8, a plurality of metal plates 13 are arranged in the cavity 14 in a staggered manner, the plurality of metal plates 13 form an S-shaped heating loop in the cavity 14, and the air inlet pipe 10 and the air outlet pipe 11 are respectively connected with two ends of the S-shaped heating loop.
The hot steam flows from the inlet pipe 10 into one end of the S-shaped heating circuit, flows through the whole heating circuit, flows from the other end of the S-shaped heating circuit to the outlet pipe 11, and is discharged from the mold 8. As a preferred embodiment, the height of the metal plate 13 is the same as the height of the mold 8.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the metal plate 13 and the die 8 are at the same height, the hot steam cannot flow through the upper end and the lower end of the metal plate 13 and only can flow through the heating loop, so that the hot steam is prevented from being immediately discharged from the air outlet pipe 11 after flowing in from the air inlet pipe 10, and the utilization rate of the hot steam is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the metal plates 13 are vertically arranged and equidistantly distributed in the mold 8, and one end of the metal plate 13 is connected to the front side or the rear side of the mold 8.
In the embodiment of the invention, the metal sheets 13, which are equally spaced, form an S-shaped heating circuit inside the mould 8, and the hot steam transfers heat to the mould 8 and the metal sheets 13 along the heating circuit as indicated by the arrows in fig. 3.
In a preferred embodiment, the air inlet pipe 10 is disposed on one side of the rear end of the mold 8, and the air outlet pipe 11 is disposed on the other side of the rear end of the mold 8.
In the embodiment of the invention, after entering the mold 8 from the air inlet pipe 10 at one side of the rear end of the mold 8, the hot steam flows through the metal plate 13 along the S-shaped heating loop and is exhausted from the air outlet pipe 11 at the other side of the rear end of the mold 8, and completely flows through the whole interior of the mold 8, so that the mold 8 is uniformly heated, and the heat energy brought by the hot steam is utilized to the maximum extent.
In a preferred embodiment, the mold 8 is made of iron.
In the embodiment of the invention, the die 8 is formed by welding iron plates, the metal plate 13 is an iron plate, the iron die 8 and the metal plate 13 have the characteristics of high heat transfer speed and high hardness, the heat transfer efficiency can be improved, and the die 8 can be prevented from being extruded and deformed by the pressure applied by an upper part, such as the lower pressing platform 5, so that the die 8 has long service life, and the time delay caused by frequent replacement due to deformation or damage of the die 8 is avoided. As a preferred embodiment, two telescopic hydraulic cylinders 4 and two pairs of dies 8 are included, so that the hot press bending device can process two sheets of plates 9 at the same time, and the processing efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the fixing frames 12 is two, the distance between the left telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 and the left side plate 2 is the same as the distance between the right telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 and the right side plate 2, each telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 is located in the middle of a pair of fixing frames 12, and the distance between the leftmost fixing frame 12 and the left side plate 2 is the same as the distance between the rightmost fixing frame 12 and the right side plate 2, so that the thermal press bending apparatus can be kept balanced.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method of bending a sheet material using a hot press bending apparatus as described in embodiment 1, including the steps of:
connecting an air inlet pipe 10 with a boiler, transmitting hot steam into the air inlet pipe 10, and allowing the hot steam to enter a mold 8 and enabling the temperature of the mold 8 to reach a preset temperature;
placing the plate 9 to be processed on a lower die 81, wherein the lower die 81 transfers heat to the plate 9 to be processed, and the lower part of the plate 9 is softened after being heated;
and controlling the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 to move downwards, driving the downward pressing platform 5 and the upper die 80 to move downwards by the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4, contacting the upper die 80 with the plate 9 and transferring heat to the plate 9, so that the upper part of the plate 9 is softened after being heated. The telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 further moves downwards to enable the upper die 80 and the lower die 81 to clamp the plate 9, the plate 9 softened by heating is subjected to bending deformation caused by the downward pressure of the upper die 80 and the upward pressure of the lower die 81, the plate 9 is further attached to the arc surface of the die 8 in the bending process, so that the heating surface is increased, the softening speed is further increased, the plate 9 is softened while being bent, and when the plate 9 is bent to be consistent with the radian of the die 8, the current state is kept for a moment, so that the processing effect of the plate 9 is better;
and then, controlling the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 4 to move upwards to separate the upper die 80 and the lower die 81, taking out the processed plate 9, and placing the plate 9 on a cooling rack for cooling and drying to finish shaping.

A hot press bending apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a cavity (14) is formed inside the mold (8), a plurality of metal plates (13) are arranged in the cavity (14) in a staggered manner, the plurality of metal plates (13) form an S-shaped heating loop in the cavity (14), and the air inlet pipe (10) and the air outlet pipe (11) are respectively connected with two ends of the S-shaped heating loop.
5. A hot press bending device according to claim 4, wherein the height of the metal sheet (13) is the same as the height of the die (8).
6. A hot press bending apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said metal sheets (13) are arranged vertically and equidistantly within said mold (8), one end of said metal sheets (13) being connected to the front or rear side of said mold (8).
7. A hot press bending apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said air inlet pipe (10) is provided on one side of the rear end of said mold (8), and said air outlet pipe (11) is provided on the other side of the rear end of said mold (8).
8. A hot press bending device according to claim 1, wherein the material of the mould (8) is iron.
9. A hot press bending apparatus according to claim 1, comprising two of said telescopic hydraulic cylinders (4) and two pairs of said dies (8).
10. A method of bending a sheet material, characterized by using the hot press bending apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
transferring hot steam into the air inlet pipe (10) so as to enable the temperature of the mold (8) to reach a preset temperature;
placing a plate (9) to be processed on the lower die (81);
controlling the telescopic hydraulic cylinder (4) to move downwards so that the upper die (80) and the lower die (81) clamp the plate (9);
and controlling the telescopic hydraulic cylinder (4) to move upwards, separating the upper die (80) from the lower die (81), and taking out the plate (9).
