Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: before use, the rotary handle 114 is rotated according to requirements to drive the threaded rod 112 and the limiting plate 113 to reach proper positions, after adjustment is completed, the air cooler 131 is started to blow cold air into the air blowing box 133 through the air inlet head 132, meanwhile, the cold air is blown into the heat conduction box 137 through the connecting hose 135 and the air blowing head 136, so that the upper part of the supporting shell 1 and the inner sides of the first protective plate 101 and the second protective plate 102 are cooled, meanwhile, a meat product is placed above the supporting shell 1, then the rodless cylinder 2 is started and drives the meat product to move rightwards through the pushing platform 3, when moving, the specified position is reached, the meat product is clamped through the limiting plate 113, then the movable cylinder 6 is started to drive the mounting box 7 and the slicing knife 8 to descend and perform a slicing function on the meat product, and after the meat product is cut, the meat product falls into the collecting box 103, then the meat products slide into the first protective plate 101 and the second protective plate 102, then respectively slide on the first buffer plate 104 and the second buffer plate 105, finally flow out from the lower right part of the first protective plate 101, and can be disinfected by the started disinfection lamp 106 during conveying, after the meat products fall onto the vibrating screen 126, the vibrating motor 127 is started to drive the second connecting plate 124, the vibrating screen 126 and the first connecting plate 123 to vibrate, and then the vibrating screen 126 filters the meat foam of the meat products and falls into the meat storage box 122 to be stored, and the complete meat products slide to a designated position through the second connecting plate 124, so that all the work can be completed.
