The invention discloses an outer ring side shaft mounting tool of an instrument, which comprises a compression bar, an assembly shaft, a body, a locking nut, a mandrel and a core, wherein the core is arranged on the body in a penetrating manner, the outer ring is sleeved at the front end of the core, the top of the body is provided with a hole, the assembly shaft penetrates through the hole at the top of the body and props against the periphery of the outer ring, the mandrel penetrates into the central hole of the core, the front end of the mandrel extends out of the core, the compression bar is radially inserted into the front end of the mandrel, and the rear end of the mandrel is locked by the locking nut. The invention designs the core and the compression bar to position the outer ring, and utilizes the assembly shaft to accurately mount the two side shafts of the outer ring, so that the whole tool has simple structure, convenient and easy operation and improves the working efficiency and the working quality.

The invention relates to an outer ring side shaft installation tool and an outer ring side shaft installation method of an instrument.
Background
Two symmetrical side shafts with the diameter of 1 mm-3 mm are required to be accurately installed at two ends of an oblong outer ring in a certain small precise instrument, the positioning and fixing of the oblong outer ring are difficult, a common installation tool cannot accurately install the side shafts in place, and whether the installation position of the side shafts is accurate or not influences the assembly precision and performance of the whole precise instrument.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an outer ring side shaft installation tool of an instrument with simple structure and convenient operation, and provides an outer ring side shaft installation method of the instrument.

4) And unscrewing the lock nut, sliding the mandrel forwards, taking out the compression bar from the front end hole of the mandrel, and taking out the outer ring of the side shafts on both sides assembled from the core, wherein the installation work of the outer ring side shafts is completed.
In the step 2), the coaxiality of the shaft hole of the outer ring and the shaft hole of the assembly shaft after the assembly shaft is propped against the periphery of the outer ring is less than or equal to 0.02mm.

As shown in fig. 1-4, an outer ring side shaft mounting tool of an instrument comprises a compression bar 1, an assembly shaft 2, a body 3, a lock nut 4, a mandrel 5 and a core 7, wherein the core 7 is arranged on the body 3 in a penetrating manner, an outer ring 11 is sleeved at the front end of the core 7, the top of the body 3 is provided with an opening, the assembly shaft 2 penetrates through a hole at the top of the body 3 and props against the periphery of the outer ring 11, the mandrel 5 penetrates into a central hole of the core 7, the front end of the mandrel 5 extends out of the core 7, the compression bar 1 is radially inserted into the front end of the mandrel 5, and the rear end of the mandrel 5 is locked by the lock nut 4.
The longitudinal section of the body 3 is C-shaped. The outer side surface of the center of the body 3 is provided with a step hole, the core 7 is arranged on the body 3 through the step hole in the center of the body 3, and the front end of the core 7 extends out to the inner side surface of the body 3.
The central hole of the mandrel 5 and the core 7 are in clearance fit.
An opening washer 6 is arranged between the rear end of the mandrel 5 and the lock nut 4.
Two shaft holes are symmetrically formed in the outer ring 11, and the coaxiality of the shaft holes of the outer ring 11 and the shaft holes of the assembly shaft 2 is less than or equal to 0.02mm.
A method of installing an outer ring 11-side shaft of an instrument, comprising the steps of:
1) The core 7 is arranged on the body 3 through a central step hole of the body 3, and the mandrel 5 is penetrated through with the central hole of the core 7 in a clearance fit manner; the outer ring 11 is sleeved into the core 7, and the compression bar 1 is inserted into the front end hole of the mandrel 5.
2) The mandrel 5 is slid backwards to press the compression bar 1 against the front end face of the outer ring 11, the rear end face of the outer ring 11 is abutted against the inner side face of the body 3, and then the rear end of the mandrel 5 is sleeved with the opening gasket 6 and then locked by the lock nut 4; passing the assembly shaft 2 through the hole at the top of the body 3 and against the outer circumference of the outer ring 11; the coaxiality of the shaft hole of the outer ring 11 and the shaft hole of the assembly shaft 2 is less than or equal to 0.02mm after the assembly shaft 2 props against the periphery of the outer ring 11.
3) Sliding the side shaft 12 into the inner hole of the assembly shaft 2, inserting a round rod with the diameter smaller than that of the inner hole of the assembly shaft 2 into the inner hole of the assembly shaft 2, tightly pressing the side shaft 12 into the outer ring 11, and mounting the side shaft 12 in place against the core 7; taking out the assembly shaft 2, turning over the whole installation tool by 180 degrees, penetrating the assembly shaft 2 through the hole at the top of the body 3 and propping against the periphery of the outer ring 11, inserting a round rod with the diameter smaller than that of the inner hole of the assembly shaft 2 into the inner hole of the assembly shaft 2, tightly pressing the side shaft 12 into the outer ring 11, propping against the core 7 by the side shaft 12, namely installing in place, and taking out the assembly shaft 2.
4) The lock nut 4 is unscrewed, the mandrel 5 is slid forward, the compression bar 1 is taken out from the front end hole of the mandrel 5, then the outer ring 11 assembled with the two side shafts 12 is taken out from the core 7, and the installation work of the outer ring 11 side shafts 12 is completed.
