The invention provides equipment which can realize wiring of pickling slitter edges and can cut and coil the pickling slitter edges when needed.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a wiring separator for coiling acid pickling slitter edges comprises two separators and a wire laying machine, wherein a pair of vertical rollers and a pair of flat rollers are arranged at an inlet of the separator for leading in slitter edges, an upper cutter holder, an upper blade, a cutter holder sliding plate, a lower cutter holder and a lower blade are arranged at an inlet of the separator, a shearing oil cylinder is used for separating and shearing slitter edges, a rack and a safety baffle are arranged on the separator, the upper cutter holder and the lower cutter holder are fixed on the rack, the lower blade is fixedly arranged on the lower cutter holder, the upper blade is arranged on the cutter holder sliding plate, the cutter holder sliding plate is connected with the shearing oil cylinder and can move up and down in a sliding chute of the upper cutter holder to realize shearing, and the sheared slitter edges are led out to comprise a guide top plate, two guide side plates at two; the wiring machine comprises a wiring oil cylinder, an inductive switch, linear guide rails, linear guide rail sliding blocks, a bundling machine connecting plate and a wiring machine base, wherein the wiring oil cylinder and the oil cylinder inductive switch are fixed below the wiring machine base, the two linear guide rails on the table surface of the wiring machine base are connected with the guide rail sliding blocks below the bundling machine connecting plate, the two bundling machines (the positions of the two bundling machines respectively correspond to the two waste edges of the strip steel) are arranged on the bundling machine connecting plate, and an oil pipe drag chain supplies oil for a shearing oil cylinder of the bundling machine.
