本发明公开了一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置,具体涉及太阳能电池板封装技术领域,包括操作箱,所述操作箱底部设有抽屉,所述操作箱内部固定设有滤网,所述滤网顶部设有操作台,所述操作台底部设有转轴,所述转轴底部设有电动机,所述电动机输出轴与转轴固定连接,所述操作台一侧设有喷枪,所述喷枪顶部设有修边刀,所述修边刀顶部固定设有竹节式电动推杆,所述竹节式电动推杆一侧设有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与修边刀固定连接,所述修边刀通过竹节式电动推杆和伸缩杆与操作箱顶板相连接,所述操作箱前侧设有箱门。本发明通过利用喷枪对旋转的电池板进行喷涂胶料的操作,使胶料喷涂均匀,并对多余的胶料进行收集避免了胶料的浪费。

一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池板封装技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置。
背景技术
随着科技的不断进步,人们也越来越注重环境保护,传统的煤炭能源属于污染性能源,不利于环境保护,而太阳能作为一种新型的清洁能源受到大家的喜爱,其中太阳能电池板的发明更是受到人们的热烈欢迎,太阳能电池板是通过吸收太阳光,将太阳辐射能通过光电效应或者光化学效应直接或间接转换成电能的装置。
太阳能的推广使市面上存在各种各样制作太阳能电池板的设备,在太阳能电池板封装过程中需要对经过层压的电池板进行修边和涂胶操作,现有技术中,这项操作一般是人工完成的,不仅浪费人力,还会在涂胶的过程中出现涂胶不均匀、浪费胶料的问题,因此,发明一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的实施例提供一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置,通过利用喷枪进行涂胶并在喷枪喷胶的时候启动电动机使电池板旋转从而使胶料喷涂均匀,并利用操作箱底部的抽屉对多余的胶料进行收集,避免了胶料的浪费,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置,包括操作箱,所述操作箱底部设有抽屉,所述抽屉与操作箱通过滑轨相连接,所述操作箱内部固定设有滤网,所述滤网与操作箱内壁相固定,所述滤网顶部设有操作台,所述操作台底部设有转轴,所述转轴贯穿滤网和操作箱底部并延伸出操作箱外部,所述转轴底部设有电动机,所述电动机输出轴与转轴固定连接,所述操作台一侧设有喷枪,所述喷枪顶部设有修边刀,所述修边刀顶部固定设有竹节式电动推杆,所述竹节式电动推杆一侧设有三个伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与修边刀固定连接,所述修边刀通过竹节式电动推杆和伸缩杆与操作箱顶板相连接,所述操作箱前侧设有箱门。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述电动机通过固定支架与操作箱底部相连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述滤网底部设有斜板,所述斜板一侧与操作箱固定连接,所述斜板另一侧固定设在抽屉顶部,所述转轴贯穿斜板。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述喷枪一侧设有水管,所述水管设在操作箱内部并延伸出操作箱一侧。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述箱门与操作箱通过合页活动连接。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
通过在操作台的一侧设置喷枪,利用喷枪和旋转的操作台对电池板进行胶料的喷涂工作,电池板处于旋转状态可以使胶料喷涂均匀,再结合操作箱底部的抽屉,对多余的胶料进行收集,有效的避免了胶料的浪费。

根据图1-3所示的一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置,包括操作箱1,所述操作箱1底部设有抽屉2,所述抽屉2与操作箱1通过滑轨相连接,所述操作箱1内部固定设有滤网3,所述滤网3与操作箱1内壁相固定,所述滤网3顶部设有操作台4,所述操作台4底部设有转轴5,所述转轴5贯穿滤网3和操作箱1底部并延伸出操作箱1外部,所述转轴5底部设有电动机6,所述电动机6输出轴与转轴5固定连接,所述操作台4一侧设有喷枪7,所述喷枪7顶部设有修边刀8,所述修边刀8顶部固定设有竹节式电动推杆9,所述竹节式电动推杆9一侧设有三个伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与修边刀8固定连接,所述修边刀8通过竹节式电动推杆9和伸缩杆与操作箱1顶板相连接,所述操作箱1前侧设有箱门10。
进一步的,所述电动机6通过固定支架与操作箱1底部相连接;
进一步的,所述滤网3底部设有斜板,所述斜板一侧与操作箱1固定连接,所述斜板另一侧固定设在抽屉2顶部,所述转轴5贯穿斜板;
进一步的,所述喷枪7一侧设有水管,所述水管设在操作箱1内部并延伸出操作箱1一侧;
进一步的,所述箱门10与操作箱1通过合页活动连接。
本发明工作原理:
参照说明书附图1-3,打开箱门10,将电池板放在操作台4上,然后启动竹节式电动推杆9,竹节式电动推杆9向下延伸带动修边刀8向下移动,修边刀8不断向下移动直至与电池板相接触并将其多余的边切除,然后竹节式电动推杆9向上缩回并带动修边刀8向上移动,当修边刀8移动到原位时,启动电动机6,电动机6转动带动转轴5发生转动,转轴5转动带动操作台4发生转动,操作台4发生转动带动操作台4上面的电池板转动,然后打开喷枪7,使胶料均匀喷涂到电池板四周的缝隙中,其中,多余的胶料会通过滤网3顺着滤网3下面的斜板流入抽屉2中,实现对多余胶料的收集。
最后应说明的几点是:首先,在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,可以是机械连接或电连接,也可以是两个元件内部的连通,可以是直接相连,“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变,则相对位置关系可能发生改变;

1.一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置,包括操作箱(1),其特征在于:所述操作箱(1)底部设有抽屉(2),所述抽屉(2)与操作箱(1)通过滑轨相连接,所述操作箱(1)内部固定设有滤网(3),所述滤网(3)与操作箱(1)内壁相固定,所述滤网(3)顶部设有操作台(4),所述操作台(4)底部设有转轴(5),所述转轴(5)贯穿滤网(3)和操作箱(1)底部并延伸出操作箱(1)外部,所述转轴(5)底部设有电动机(6),所述电动机(6)输出轴与转轴(5)固定连接,所述操作台(4)一侧设有喷枪(7),所述喷枪(7)顶部设有修边刀(8),所述修边刀(8)顶部固定设有竹节式电动推杆(9),所述竹节式电动推杆(9)一侧设有三个伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与修边刀(8)固定连接,所述修边刀(8)通过竹节式电动推杆(9)和伸缩杆与操作箱(1)顶板相连接,所述操作箱(1)前侧设有箱门(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述电动机(6)通过固定支架与操作箱(1)底部相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述滤网(3)底部设有斜板,所述斜板一侧与操作箱(1)固定连接,所述斜板另一侧固定设在抽屉(2)顶部,所述转轴(5)贯穿斜板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述喷枪(7)一侧设有水管,所述水管设在操作箱(1)内部并延伸出操作箱(1)一侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池板修边涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述箱门(10)与操作箱(1)通过合页活动连接。
