The working principle is as follows:

s3: a plurality of edge strip areas are scraped on the outer side of the annular area, so that the edge strip areas are communicated with the annular non-embroidery area, the second rotary disc 11 is taken down from the rotary shaft sleeve 6 and is provided with the third rotary disc 12, the outer end of the third rotary disc 12 is attached to the annular non-embroidery area and is pressed forcibly, the hand-touch button is pressed, the control valves 33 on the paint guide pipe 9 and the second air outlet 19 are closed, the air pump 16 is started, the air pump 16 pumps out air in the third rotary disc 12 through the air guide pipe 8, so that negative pressure is formed between the third rotary disc 12 and the metal surface, and the surface of the shell 34 of the power distribution cabinet can form a bulge under the action of atmospheric pressure;
