Abstract

The carton is commonly used for three layers and five layers, seven layers are less in use, each layer is divided into lining paper, corrugated paper, core paper and face paper, in the production and manufacturing process, all layers of paper boards are well adhered together through paste, and the carton meeting the requirements of users is manufactured; and the paste is not renewed for a long time and is easy to cause the coagulation and precipitation of the paste, the flow is reduced, the paste is difficult to be smeared on the paperboard uniformly, the laminating degree between layers is influenced, and the structural strength of the carton is further influenced. The paste manufacturing comprises starch, water and some chemical additives, the paste cannot be prepared and generated at any time, a certain time is needed in the manufacturing process, the preparation amount and the preparation time of the paste need to be adjusted in advance according to the production requirements, and therefore the invention designs the flat plate line high-level barrel for automatically storing and conveying the paste, manual operation is reduced, and the paste is automatically transferred and conveyed.

The PLC controller can manually control the stirring motor and the pneumatic control valve to control the paste stock and the viscosity.
Preferably, the liquid level detection control device comprises a fixed frame, a stabilizing pipe and a sliding rod, the sliding rod slides up and down along the axial direction of the stabilizing pipe, a hollow floating ball is arranged at the bottom of the sliding rod, a low liquid level limit switch is arranged at the top of the sliding rod, and the low liquid level limit switch is electrically connected with the pneumatic control valve. The floating ball generates buoyancy in the paste to support the sliding rod, and the low liquid level limit switch and the high liquid level limit detect the height of the liquid level of the paste.
Preferably, the top of the fixing frame is provided with a high liquid level limit switch, the high liquid level limit switch is positioned right above the sliding rod, and the high liquid level limit switch is electrically connected with the pneumatic control valve. Preferably, the side wall of the paste barrel is provided with a stair. Because the paste barrel is arranged at a higher position and provided with the stairs, the paste barrel is convenient for maintaining equipment and checking the paste state, and manual operation is carried out.
Preferably, a waste bypass pipe and a waste control valve are arranged on the conveying pipe. When the paste barrel is blocked or needs to be cleaned, the waste control valve is opened, and waste and water flow out of the waste bypass pipe.
Preferably, the paste feeding means further comprises a paste surplus material recovery pipe. Part of paste flows to the bottom of the coating machine in the process of coating when the coating machine uses the paste, and the residual paste is recovered and conveyed back to the paste barrel for recycling.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: after the device is used, the paste is positioned at a high position and automatically flows into an instrument, manual addition and transportation of the paste are not needed, manual contact with the paste is avoided, the paste storage amount in the paste barrel is automatically detected and controlled, the paste residual material is recycled, the paste utilization efficiency is improved, and the waste bypass pipe and the stairs are convenient to maintain, clean and observe conditions.
