The multistage filtering device for the conductive silver paste is characterized by comprising a filtering box (1), two groups of feeding rods (2), a feeding guide rail (3), a feeding sliding block (4), a feeding box (5), a coarse filter screen (6), two groups of feeding rods (7), a scraper (8), a scraper (9), a collecting hopper (10), two groups of grinding rollers (11), two groups of transmission gears (12), a supporting plate (13), a grinding motor (14), a superfine filter screen (15) and a vacuum pump (16), wherein a filtering cavity is arranged inside the filtering box (1), the top of the filtering box (1) is communicated with a filtering port, the two groups of feeding rods (2) are symmetrically fixed on the top of the left side and the top of the right side inside the filtering box (1) respectively, the feeding guide rail (3) is oval, the left side and the right side of the feeding guide rail (3) are fixed on the two groups of feeding rods (2), the feeding device is characterized in that the feeding sliding block (4) is connected with the feeding guide rail (3) in an inner side sliding manner, the feeding box (5) is fixed on the feeding sliding block (4), a feeding cavity is arranged inside the feeding box (5), a feeding port is arranged at the top of the feeding box (5), a feeding port is arranged at the bottom of the feeding box (5), the coarse strainer (6) is fixed inside the filter box (1), the coarse strainer (6) is positioned below the feeding box (5), the two groups of material rods (7) are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the filter box (1), the left side and the right side of the scraper (8) are respectively connected with the two groups of material rods (7) in a sliding manner, the scraper (9) is fixed at the bottom of the scraper (8), the bottom of the scraper (9) is contacted with the top of the coarse strainer (6), and the top of the collecting hopper (, the left ends of the two groups of grinding rollers (11) are respectively rotatably connected with the left side inside the filter box (1), the two groups of grinding rollers (11) are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side inside the filter box (1), the two groups of grinding rollers (11) are mutually contacted, the two groups of grinding rollers (11) are both positioned below the bottom of the collecting hopper (10), the right side of the filter box (1) is respectively communicated with two groups of grinding ports, the right ends of the two groups of grinding rollers (11) respectively penetrate through the two groups of grinding ports and respectively extend out of the filter box (1), the two groups of transmission gears (12) are respectively sleeved at the right ends of the two groups of grinding rollers (11), the support plate (13) is fixed at the right side of the filter box (1), the grinding motor (14) is arranged at the top of the support plate (13), the right end of the grinding roller (11) positioned at the front side is connected with the output end at the left side of the grinding motor (14), the superfine screen, the ultra-fine filter screen is located the below of two sets of grinding rollers (11), install the left side bottom at rose box (1) vacuum pump (16), the left side bottom intercommunication of rose box (1) is provided with the gas outlet, and the bottom intercommunication of rose box (1) is provided with the discharge gate, and discharge cover board (17) are equipped with to the bottom lid of discharge gate.

The multistage filter device for conductive silver paste according to claim 1, further comprising two sets of tiled sliders (18) and tiled rollers (19), wherein the two sets of tiled sliders (18) are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the inside of the filter box (1) in a sliding manner, the left side and the right side of the tiled rollers (19) are respectively connected with the two sets of tiled sliders (18) in a rotating manner, and the bottom of the tiled rollers (19) is in contact with the top of the ultrafine screen (15).
3. The conductive silver paste multistage filtering device according to claim 1, further comprising a filter screen (20), wherein the filter screen (20) is installed at the right side of the air outlet.

The multistage filtering device for conductive silver paste according to claim 1, further comprising an ultrasonic vibration device (21), wherein the ultrasonic vibration device (21) is installed on the left side of the filtering box (1), and the right output end of the ultrasonic vibration device (21) is connected with the left side of the ultrafine screen (15).
5. The conductive silver paste multistage filtering device according to claim 1, further comprising a weight sensing device (22), wherein the weight sensing device (22) is installed at the right side of the ultrafine screen (15).
6. The conductive silver paste multistage filtering device according to claim 1, further comprising four sets of supporting devices respectively installed at the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the bottom of the filtering box (1).

The conductive silver paste multistage filtering device according to claim 6, wherein each group of supporting devices comprises a supporting leg (23) and a self-locking roller (24), the supporting leg (23) is installed at the bottom of the filtering box (1), and the self-locking roller (24) is installed at the bottom end of the supporting leg (23).

The multistage filter equipment of conductive silver paste according to claim 6, characterized in that each group of support devices comprises a support rod (25), a balance threaded rod (26), a balance threaded pipe (27) and a backing plate (28), wherein the support rod (25) is fixed at the bottom of the filter box (1), the balance threaded rod (26) is fixed at the bottom end of the support rod (25), the balance threaded pipe (27) is screwed at the outer side of the bottom of the balance threaded rod (26), and the backing plate (28) is rotatably connected with the bottom of the balance threaded pipe (27).
