Abstract

本发明公开了一种胰岛素输注泵及微量输注泵用两段可伸缩推进结构。安装在胰岛素输注泵或者其他微量输注泵内,内部为三级螺杆组成的两段可伸缩推进结构。此结构包括驱动杆、一级丝杆、二级丝杆、一级固定杆和二级固定杆;所述一级固定杆与注射泵固定连接,不可转动或移动;所述二级固定杆有限位导向孔,其与一级固定杆连接,一级固定限制其转动,故其只可轴向移动;所述一级丝杆设有内螺纹和外螺纹,其外螺纹与驱动杆内螺纹连接,可沿轴向移动或随驱动杆转动;所述二级丝杆设有外螺纹及限位导向孔,在相同安装空间下,有效地增大了可推进行程,使其适用范围更广。

一种胰岛素输注泵及微量输注泵用两段可伸缩推进结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种输注用推进装置,具体涉及一种用于胰岛素泵或其他微量注射泵输注药物的推进装置,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
微量注射泵为便携式医疗器械,体积小重量轻,注射药物精确、微量、适用于长时间微量给药。胰岛素泵,其是一种糖尿病患者使用的专用仪器,可通过人为设定胰岛素泵输注量,定期微量向患者体内输注胰岛素,模拟生理胰岛素基础分泌,使血糖平稳、正常,从而起到减轻患者高血糖痛苦和减少因糖尿病引起的并发症的目的,另外其具有携带方便,操作简单等优点。但是在实际的使用过程中我们发现,现有的微量注射泵会存在以下问题:在满足其体积小重量轻的便携性后,输注推进装置的推进行程较小,导致每次的装载的剂量较小,且不能使用推进行程较大的储药容器。现有的微量注射泵中虽也存在有输注推进行程较大推进装置,但均是体积较大或输注精度不足。
发明内容
为克服上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种行程大,注射精度高,适用范围广的输注推进装置。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用以下方案:一种胰岛素泵及微量注射泵用输注推进装置,安装在胰岛素泵或其他微量注射泵内,为三段式可伸缩结构,其包括驱动杆、一级丝杆、二级丝杆、一级固定杆和二级固定杆;所述驱动杆设有驱动齿轮及内螺纹,其两端被注射泵机壳固定,可转动不可移动;所述一级固定杆与注射泵机壳固定连接,不可转动或移动;所述二级固定杆设有限位导向孔,其与一级固定杆连接,一级固定限制其转动,故其只可轴向移动;所述一级丝杆设有内螺纹和外螺纹,其外螺纹与驱动杆内螺纹连接,可沿轴向移动或随驱动杆转动;所述二级丝杆设有外螺纹及限位导向孔,其外螺纹与一级丝杆内螺纹连接,且其限位导向孔与二级固定杆连接,二级固定杆限制其转动,故二级丝杆只可轴向移动。当马达或齿轮箱驱使驱动杆正向转动时,一级丝杆会随驱动杆转动或升高,且二级丝杆会随一级丝杆转动或升高而升高;反之,当马达或齿轮箱驱使驱动杆反向转动时,一级丝杆会随驱动杆转动或降低,且二级丝杆会随一级丝杆降低或旋转而降低。上述驱动杆内螺纹、一级丝杆外螺纹、一级丝杆内螺纹及二级丝杆外螺纹螺距均保持一致,当马达或齿轮箱驱使驱动杆转动一个圆周,可精确驱使二级丝杆升高或降低一个螺距,即胰岛素泵或其他微量注射泵可通过控制马达的转动来控制本发明输注推进装置的伸缩,从而完成药物的精确输注及装置收缩复位等。
当本发明用在胰岛素泵或其他微量注射泵上时,能够充分保证输注的精度,且其为三段式可伸缩结构,在相同安装空间下,有效地增大了可推进行程,使其适用范围更广。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,一种胰岛素泵及微量注射泵用输注推进装置,安装在胰岛素泵或其他微量注射泵内,为三段式可伸缩结构,其包括驱动杆一级丝杆,二级丝杆,一级固定杆和二级固定杆;所述驱动杆设有驱动齿轮及内螺纹,其两端被机壳和机壳后盖固定,可转动不可移动;所述一级固定杆固定在机壳后盖上,不可转动或移动;所述二级固定杆设有限位导向孔,其与一级固定杆连接,一级固定限制其转动,故其只可轴向移动;所述一级丝杆设有内螺纹和外螺纹,其外螺纹与驱动杆内螺纹连接,可沿轴向移动或随驱动杆转动;所述二级丝杆设有外螺纹及限位导向孔,其外螺纹与一级丝杆内螺纹连接,且其限位导向孔与二级固定杆连接,二级固定杆限制其转动,故二级丝杆只可轴向移动。当马达或齿轮箱驱使驱动杆正向转动时,一级丝杆会随驱动杆转动或升高,且二级丝杆会随一级丝杆转动或升高而升高;反之,当马达或齿轮箱驱使驱动杆反向转动时,一级丝杆会随驱动杆转动或降低,且二级丝杆会随一级丝杆降低或旋转而降低。上述驱动杆内螺纹、一级丝杆外螺纹、一级丝杆内螺纹及二级丝杆外螺纹螺距均保持一致,当马达或齿轮箱驱使驱动杆转动一个圆周,可精确驱使二级丝杆升高或降低一个螺距,即胰岛素泵或其他微量注射泵可通过控制马达的转动来控制本发明输注推进装置的伸缩,从而完成药物的精确输注及装置收缩复位等。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种胰岛素输注泵及微量输注泵用两段可伸缩推进结构,其特征在于:内部为三级螺杆组成的两段可伸缩推进结构,包括驱动杆、一级丝杆、二级丝杆、一级固定杆和二级固定杆;所述驱动杆设有驱动齿轮及内螺纹,其两端被注射泵机壳固定,可转动不可移动;所述一级固定杆与注射泵机壳固定连接,不可转动或移动;所述二级固定杆设有限位导向孔,其与一级固定杆连接,一级固定限制其转动,故其只可轴向移动;所述一级丝杆设有内螺纹和外螺纹,其外螺纹与驱动杆内螺纹连接,可沿轴向移动或随驱动杆转动;所述二级丝杆设有外螺纹及限位导向孔,其外螺纹与一级丝杆内螺纹连接,且其限位导向孔与二级固定杆连接,二级固定杆限制其转动,故二级丝杆只可轴向移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种胰岛素输注泵及微量注射泵用输注推进装置,其特征在于:当马达或齿轮箱驱使驱动杆正向转动时,一级丝杆会随驱动杆转动或升高,且二级丝杆会随一级丝杆转动或升高而升高;反之,当马达或齿轮箱驱使驱动杆反向转动时,一级丝杆会随驱动杆转动或降低,且二级丝杆会随一级丝杆降低或旋转而降低。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种胰岛素泵及微量注射泵用输注推进装置,其特征在于:所述驱动杆内螺纹、一级丝杆外螺纹、一级丝杆内螺纹及二级丝杆外螺纹螺距均保持一致,当马达或齿轮箱驱使驱动杆转动一个圆周,可精确驱使二级丝杆升高或降低一个螺距。
