For example, in order to ensure stable positioning of the multifunction wheel after stopping movement, the wheel 21 is spaced apart from the edge of the seat cushion 11, the wheel 21 is spaced apart from the armrest frame 13, and a mounting gap 218 is formed therebetween. The multi-functional wheelchair further comprises two brake mechanisms 60, the two brake mechanisms 60 being respectively disposed on opposite sides of the back pad 12. The brake mechanisms 60 are located in the mounting gaps 218, and the two brake mechanisms 60 are adapted to move under lifting and pulling and are locked to the two wheels 21 to perform a braking operation.
For example, the brake mechanism 60 includes an actuating frame 61 and two linkage assemblies 63, the actuating frame 61 includes an operating rod 611 and two actuating rods 613, the operating rod 611 is disposed at the edge of the seat cushion 11 and the height position of the operating rod 611 is greater than the height position of the armrest frame 13, the two actuating rods 613 are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the operating rod 611 perpendicularly, and the two actuating rods 613 extend downward and are slidably disposed on the seat cushion 11. The distance between the two actuating rods 613 is smaller than the outer diameter of the wheel 21. The two linkage assemblies 63 are respectively mounted on the first bracket 41 and the second bracket 51 and are respectively hinged to the two actuating rods 613.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, the linking assembly 63 includes a sliding post 631, a rotating rod 632 and a driving sleeve 633, the sliding post 631 is disposed on the first bracket 41 and parallel to the first pivot 421, and the sliding post 631 is located on a side of the first pivot 421 away from the seat 11; alternatively, the sliding post 631 is disposed protruding from the second bracket 51 and parallel to the second pivot, and the sliding post 631 is disposed at a side of the second pivot away from the seat cushion 11. One end of the rotating rod 632 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the actuating rod 613, the other end is provided with a sliding groove 6325, the sliding groove 6325 extends along the length direction of the rotating rod 632, the sliding post 631 is slidably inserted into the sliding groove 6325, the rotating rod 632 is located in the installation gap 218, and the bottom surface of the rotating rod 632 abuts against the upper side of the first resistance roller 423 or the upper side of the second resistance roller 522. The driving sleeve 633 comprises a flexible sleeve setting part 6331 and a hard guiding part 6335 protruding from the flexible sleeve setting part 6331, the flexible sleeve setting part 6331 is sleeved on the end of the first resistance roller 423 or the second resistance roller 522, the flexible sleeve setting part 6331 is located in the installation gap 218, and the hard guiding part 6335 is fixedly disposed in the sliding groove 6325 and spaced from the sliding post 631. The flexible sleeve 6331 can be elastically deformed and elongated.
After the multifunctional wheelchair stops moving, a user uses two hands to respectively lift the actuating frames 61 of the two brake mechanisms 60 upwards, so as to drive the rotating rods 632 on two sides of the seat cushion 11 to rotate, the rotating rods 632 drive the first resistance rollers 423 and the second resistance rollers 522 to ascend through the driving sleeves 633, then the first resistance rollers 423 and the second resistance rollers 522 are supported on two opposite sides of the wheels 21, and the first resistance rollers 423 and the second resistance rollers 522 are used for braking. In addition, the first resistance roller 423 and the second resistance roller 522 are also used for scraping dirt on the wheel 21 during operation, and the pulling force is small. When the user needs to lie down, the user presses the actuating frames 61 of the two brake mechanisms 60 downwards with two hands respectively, the actuating rod 613 is utilized to drive the rotating rod 632 to rotate reversely, so as to drive the first resistance roller 423 or the second resistance roller 522 to move downwards, and drive the first abutting plate 42 and the second abutting plate 52 to turn over, so that the first abutting edge 422 of the first abutting plate 42 abuts against the bottom of the storage drawer 115, and the second abutting edge 521 of the second abutting plate 52 abuts against the bottom of the back cushion 12, so as to realize stable support, and facilitate the user to lie down, at this time, the first abutting edge 422 and the second abutting edge 521 abut against the ground, and the sliding column 631 abuts against the end of the rotating rod 632. During this switching process, the flexible sleeve 6331 is stretched and then restored to its original shape. For example, for positioning, the actuating rod 613 is provided with a positioning ball, the seat cushion 11 is provided with a positioning groove, and the positioning ball is snapped into the positioning groove to position the actuating frame 61. Through setting up two brake mechanisms 60 for it is very convenient to brake, and also be convenient for support and accomodate drawer 115 and cushion 12, and the person of facilitating the use lies.
Referring to fig. 4 again, in the method of using the multi-function wheelchair:
step S103 specifically includes: the turning support 1131 is turned to be perpendicular to the back cushion 12, the back cushion 12 is released from the first clamping end and the second clamping end, the back cushion 12 is turned to be flush with the seat cushion 11 so that the turning support 1131 is supported on the ground, and the back cushion 12 is used for the user to lie.
The use method of the multifunctional wheelchair further comprises a step S1025 and a step S1028, wherein the step S1025 and the step S1028 are between the step S102 and the step S103.
Step S1025 specifically includes: starting a driving part to drive the two wheels 21 to rotate, and enabling the seat assembly 10 to move forwards by means of the two wheels 21 and the two rolling wheels;
step S1028 specifically includes: the actuating frames 61 of the two brake mechanisms 60 are lifted upwards to drive the rotating rods 632 on the two sides of the seat cushion 11 to rotate, the rotating rods 632 drive the first resistance rollers 423 and the second resistance rollers 522 to ascend through the driving sleeves 633, and the first resistance rollers 423 and the second resistance rollers 522 are abutted against the two opposite sides of the wheels 21 to implement the braking operation.
After step S104, the method of using the multifunction wheelchair further includes step S105.
Step S105 specifically includes: the actuating frames 61 of the two brake mechanisms 60 are pressed downward, the actuating rod 613 drives the rotating rod 632 to rotate reversely, and further drives the first resistance roller 423 and the second resistance roller 522 to move downward, so as to drive the first abutting plate 42 and the second abutting plate 52 to turn over, such that the first abutting edge 422 of the first abutting plate 42 abuts against the bottom of the storage drawer 115, and the second abutting edge 521 of the second abutting plate 52 abuts against the bottom of the backrest cushion 12.
