Description

Oral care device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water heater equipment, in particular to an oral care device.
Background
The micro-nano bubbles generally refer to micro-bubbles with the diameter of 10nm to 30 μm, and are formed by uniformly dissolving tens of millions of micro-nano bubbles (different water temperatures, different use conditions and different quantities) in micro-nano bubble water. The micro-nano bubble water can be used for deep cleaning of living goods and active agent removal, and can also be used for removing residual chlorine in water, sterilizing, increasing dissolved oxygen, removing heavy metals and chemicals and the like. In addition, the micro-nano bubble water generating module 21 may further include a water outlet part 217 disposed at a downstream of the bubbling device, the water outlet part 217 forms a mesh water outlet structure, and a pressure release chamber is formed between the water outlet part 217 and the lower shell 216. Micro-nano bubble water passes through inferior valve 216, and residual pressure is liberated between inferior valve 216 and play water spare 217, and high concentration micro-nano bubble water discharges through a play water spare 217, and the play water spare 217 that is formed with netted water outlet structure also makes micro-nano bubble water generating device's play water more even.
The pressure of the fluid entering the micro-nano bubble water generating module 21 is gradually released, and partial gas dissolved in water can be released when the fluid is released each time, so that the gas can be uniformly released, and the concentration of the micro-nano bubble water is effectively improved.
Further, the micro-nano bubble water generating module 21 may further include a bubble water outlet (not shown in the figure) and a mixing inlet (not shown in the figure) connected to the mixing outlet, so that the saturated water can enter the micro-nano bubble water generating module 21 through the mixing inlet, and generate micro-nano bubble water which is output to the micro-nano bubble water output module 22 through the bubble water outlet.
The user can select a proper mode to arrange the micro-nano bubble water generating module 21 in the oral care device according to actual needs. It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the micro-nano bubble water generating module 21 may also be included in the saturated water generating module 1, such that a merging inlet thereof is connected with the merging outlet to serve as a sub-module of the saturated water generating module 1. In this case, the oral cleaning module 2 may only include the micro-nano bubble water output module 22.
The micro-nano bubble generation is that the principle that the solubility of gas in water is different under different pressures and temperatures is utilized, so that when saturated water dissolved in gas formed under a high-pressure environment is released under pressure, the gas dissolved in the water is separated from the water rapidly to form milky micro-nano bubble water, the water temperature and the pressure have great influence on the solubility of the gas, and specifically, the higher the water temperature is, the lower the solubility of the air is; the greater the pressure, the greater the solubility of air. Therefore, the control module 3 plays an important role in controlling each component of the oral care device, and is a basis for ensuring the generation of high-quality micro-nano bubble water.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the control module 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the control module 3 may include a main control board 31 and a flow sensing module 32, where the flow sensing module 32 is configured to sense an output flow of the micro-nano bubble water and generate a flow signal, and the main control board 31 is configured to control the pressure boosting device of the merging module 12 of the saturated water generating module 1 according to the flow signal to adjust the pressure boosting environment.
Specifically, the main control board 31 controls the saturated water generating module 1 according to the flow signal, so that the saturated water generating module 1 can adjust parameters such as air inflow and pressure of the supercharging device along with flow change, and the oral cleaning module 2 can keep continuous micro-nano bubble water generation with high concentration. More specifically, when the output flow of the oral care device is increased, the main control board 31 controls to increase the pressure of the fusing module 12, and when the output flow is decreased, the pressure of the fusing module 12 is decreased, so that the gas can be fully dissolved in the water.
Preferably, the control module 3 may further include a gravity sensing module 33, the gravity sensing module 33 is configured to sense a gravity change of the mixing module 11 and send a gravity signal, and the main control board 31 is configured to determine whether the blending module 12 is inverted or tilted according to the gravity signal, and alarm when determining whether the blending module 12 is inverted or tilted.
Here, the water inlet 111 and the air inlet 112 in the mixing module 11 are arranged above with respect to the mixing outlet, i.e. the water is fed in and out from above and the air is fed in from above, which arrangement ensures that the air is retained in the mixing module 11 and is mixed with the water sufficiently. However, if the user installs the mixing module 11 upside down when installing the oral care device, or the oral care device is turned upside down and largely tilted in use, the relative positions of the water inlet 111, the air inlet 112 and the mixing outlet are changed, air is easily leaked, and thus the air concentration in the saturated water cannot be ensured, and the quantity of bubbles in the finally prepared micro-nano bubble water is affected. Therefore, the embodiment of the present invention is provided with the gravity sensing module 33, and the change of the gravity of the mixing module 11 is used to determine whether the oral care device is inverted or inclined, and the user is prompted to install and use the oral care device normally through an alarm. It will be appreciated that in addition to providing an alarm, the main control panel 31 may also directly control the associated components of the oral care device to cease operation, such as controlling the booster pump to cease operation. In addition, the alarm function can be realized by, for example, configuring an audible and visual alarm unit or an alarm display panel on the main control board 31.
Referring again to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, the oral care device may further include a hot water module 4. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the hot water module 4 according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the hot water module 4 may include a cold water inlet 41, a heating module 42, a constant temperature module 43, and a hot water outlet 44, wherein the heating module 42 heats cold water entering the hot water module 4 through the cold water inlet 41 into hot water, and the constant temperature module 43 maintains the hot water at a set temperature and outputs the same to the saturated water generating module 1 through the hot water outlet 44 and the water inlet 111 as the liquid in the saturated water generating module 1.
Specifically, water is heated in the hot water module 4 and then is conveyed to the saturated water generation module 1 to generate saturated water, and then is conveyed to the micro-nano bubble water generation module 21 to generate micro-nano bubble water, because the micro-nano bubble water generation module 21 directly generates micro-nano bubble water by using hot water, certain requirements are placed on the heat resistance of each part of the micro-nano bubble water generation module, and along with the change of temperature, the bubble water generation environment can also change, so that the manufacturing cost of the micro-nano bubble water generation device is increased, the control complexity is increased, but the bubble water concentration is higher due to the fact that the micro-nano bubble water is directly generated by using hot water and then is output. Wherein, constant temperature module 43 has solved the user and has carried out the operation of frequent regulation to the temperature when dashing the tooth with the water, and the suitable constant temperature water of supplementary output oral cavity has solved the adverse effect of uncomfortable temperature to the oral cavity.
In a more preferred embodiment, the hot water module 4 further comprises a water purification module 45 disposed between the thermostatic module 43 and the hot water outlet 44 for filtering the hot water output from the thermostatic module 43.
For example, the cold water inlet 41 can be directly connected to tap water, the heating module 42 is a conventional heating element, the thermostatic module 43 is a liner capable of storing and keeping warm, the hot water outlet 44 is connected to the water inlet 111, and the water purification module 45 is a conventional water purification device combined by a purification composite filter element, a quick-connection filter shell and a connector, etc., and can remove impurities, residual chlorine, etc. in water, so as to make the water cleaner.
Here, hot water can be supplied through the hot water module 4, which is advantageous for formation of saturated water and can prevent cold water from striking teeth to stimulate periodontal nerves and the like.
Further, since it is mentioned above that the bubble water generating environment changes with the temperature, the control module 3 of the embodiment of the present invention includes a temperature sensing module 34, the temperature sensing module 34 is used for sensing the temperature of the hot water output by the constant temperature module 43 and sending a temperature signal, and the main control board 31 is used for receiving the temperature signal and controlling the heating module 42 according to the temperature signal, so that the oral care device outputs the bubble water with a proper temperature, thereby improving the user experience. The main control board 31 mainly controls the heating module 42 to control the heating time and/or heating power of the heating module 42, and accordingly controls the constant temperature module 43 to output constant temperature water at a temperature set by a user.
More preferably, the control module 3 may further include a temperature limiter (not shown) capable of controlling the power-off of the oral care device when the temperature of the hot water exceeds a predetermined temperature, and the power-off is timely performed when the oral care device is abnormal, so as to ensure the safety of the user.
It is understood that the flow sensing module 32, the gravity sensing module 33, and the temperature sensing module 34 in the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by sensors having corresponding flow detecting functions, gravity detecting functions, and temperature detecting functions. In addition, the control module 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be configured with a sensor having another function, for example, a sensor for detecting the quality of the liquid purified by the water purification module 4.
In other preferred embodiments, both the hot water outlet 44 and the bubble water outlet of the micro-nano bubble water generating module 21 can be connected to the micro-nano bubble water output module 22. The hot water module 4 and the micro-nano bubble water generating module 21 are relatively independent, and the hot water output by the hot water outlet 44 and the bubble water output by the bubble water outlet can be mixed to a proper temperature according to a proper proportion as required, and then output in a spraying mode through the micro-nano bubble water output module 22. Wherein, when saturated water generation module 1 and micro-nano bubble water generation module 21 used the normal atmospheric temperature water of external water source to generate micro-nano bubble water, the heat resistance requirement to its spare part is lower, and the temperature change is not big, and bubble water aquatic environment changes for a short time, and part use cost is lower, but owing to the micro-nano bubble water after the generation need reuse after mixing with the hot water for micro-nano bubble water concentration reduces.
Preferably, the oral care device can further comprise a first outlet connected with the hot water outlet 44 and a second outlet connected with the bubble water outlet, and a user can select common water or micro-nano bubble water to clean teeth according to the use requirement, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
In conclusion, the oral care device provided by the embodiment of the invention can generate micro-nano bubble water, and deep-layer oral cleaning and nursing can be performed by using the micro-nano bubble water, so that the oral health of a user is ensured, and the tooth cleaning experience of the user is improved.
