Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a rivet assembly convenient to be placed in one step and a rivet one-step placement method.
Background
Rivets have very important applications in orthopaedics and are very useful tools for suturing tendons and ligaments.
When the traditional rivet is used, an electric drill is used for drilling, then a screw tap is used for tapping, and finally the rivet body is screwed or driven in. The whole process is carried out in three steps.
In some special cases, however, this method of placement may be difficult. Factors that are difficult include: under arthroscopy, the viewing angle is limited; the part is special and the structure is complex; the peripheral soft tissues are more and have shielding.
After drilling, the drill bit is pulled out, so that the situation that the original drilling position is difficult to find, the next tapping is difficult to carry out, or after the drill bit is pulled out, the tap is difficult to be screwed in again at the same angle is easy to occur. This also occurs when screwing or driving the rivet body.
However, this problem affects the progress of the operation, and increases the difficulty and time of the operation.
If a patient with poor bone quality is encountered, the angle of the screw-in tap deviates from the angle of the original drilling hole, the drilling hole and surrounding bone quality can be damaged, the drilling hole at the position is invalid, and a rivet cannot be placed. In many cases, the position where the rivet can be driven is limited, and the failure is likely to cause the operation to fail, which is very serious.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below.
The invention provides a rivet component which is convenient for one-step method placement, as shown in figures 1, 3 and 4, and comprises a drill bit 1, a rivet shell 2, a rivet inner core 3 and a hollow tapping 7;
the hollow tap 7 is a hollow cylinder, and the hollow tap 7 comprises a tap end 41 and a handle 42; a handle 42 attached to the tail end of the tapped end 41; the outer surface of the side wall of the tapping end 41 is provided with threads for tapping; the operator, by holding the handle 42, screws the tapping end 41 to tap the circumference of the drilled hole in the bone by means of the screw thread on the outer surface of the sidewall of the tapping end 41.
The hollow tapping 7 is internally provided with a through hole penetrating along the length direction; the diameter of the through hole is larger than that of the drill bit 1, so that the hollow tapping 7 can be detachably sleeved on the outer ring of the drill bit 1.
The shape and specification of the rivet housing 2 are the same as those of the tapped end 41; threads are arranged on the inner surface and the outer surface of the side wall of the rivet shell; because the specifications of the two are the same, when the tapping is finished, and the tapping end 41 is pulled out and then put into the rivet shell 2, the mutual anastomosis of the screw thread on the outer surface of the side wall of the rivet shell 2 and the screw thread on the surface of the tapping part on the bone can be realized, so that the rivet shell 2 can be put into conveniently; the arrangement of the threads on the inner surface of the side wall of the rivet shell 2 is convenient for realizing anastomosis with the threads on the outer wall of the rivet inner core 3, and is convenient for placing the rivet inner core 3.
Threads are arranged on the outer wall of the rivet inner core 3; through the mutual cooperation of the screw thread on the outer wall of the rivet inner core 3 and the screw thread on the inner wall of the rivet outer shell 2, the rivet inner core 3 is matched with the through hole of the rivet outer shell 2, and the position deviation of the rivet inner core 3 in the through hole of the rivet outer shell 2 is avoided.
In this embodiment, the tail end of the rivet core 3 is provided with at least one thread 4 for suturing soft tissue, such as ligaments, tendons, labrum, etc.

In this embodiment, when hollow tapping 7 cup joints in drill bit 1 outer lane, the maximum interval between hollow tapping 7 inner wall and the drill bit 1 outer wall is less than 2mm, avoids drill bit 1 when leading to hollow tapping 7 for the guide, because the clearance is too big, leads to hollow tapping 7's implantation position to take place the skew.
As shown in fig. 6, the invention further provides a rivet one-step method for inserting, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: drilling a bone part to be rivet-inserted by using a drill bit 1;
step 2: the hollow tapping 7 is sleeved on the outer ring of the drill bit 1, and the tapping end 41 is screwed by holding the handle 42, so that the periphery of a drilling part on the bone is tapped by utilizing the threads on the outer surface of the side wall of the tapping end 41.
Step 3: after tapping is completed, the hollow tapping 7 is pulled out;
step 4: the rivet shell 2 is clamped at the tail end of the rivet shell 2 through a rivet shell embedding device 6, and the rivet shell 2 is continuously pushed and screwed, so that the rivet shell 2 is screwed into a pre-tapped part on a bone along the outer wall of a drill bit;
step 5: pulling out the drill bit 1;
step 6: the rivet inner core 3 is screwed in the through hole of the rivet shell 2 through the rivet placing device 5;
step 5: as shown in fig. 5, after the placement of the rivet core 3 is completed, the rivet placement device 5 and the rivet housing placement device 6 are removed;
step 6: the tail end of the rivet inner core 3 is connected with at least one thread 4 for suturing soft tissues; after the rivet core 3 is placed, the soft tissues around the placement position are sutured by the thread 4.
According to the rivet assembly and the placing method, the purpose that three scattered steps of drilling, tapping and rivet placing are combined into one step is achieved, an operator can drill a bone position needing to be drilled firstly, after drilling, a drill bit 1 does not need to be pulled out, a hollow tapping 7 is inserted along the outer wall of the drill bit 1 to tap the periphery of a drilling position on the bone, and the drill bit 1 provides a guiding function for the hollow tapping 7 to avoid deviation of the tapping position; after tapping, the hollow tap 7 is pulled out, and the rivet housing 2 is inserted along the outer wall of the drill hole until the rivet housing 2 is placed in the tapping position of the bone; finally, the placement of the rivet can be completed by screwing the solid rivet inner core 3 into the rivet shell 2, and the rivet shell 2 provides a certain guiding function for the rivet inner core 3; according to the invention, the rivets are buckled in the process of being placed into the bones of a patient, so that the rivet positioning accuracy is realized, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the risk is reduced.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way. Any person skilled in the art will make any equivalent substitution or modification to the technical solution and technical content disclosed in the invention without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the invention, and the technical solution of the invention is not departing from the scope of the invention.
