The uterine cavity endoscope provided by the invention is provided with a water valve and an instrument channel, and can complete the operation without matching with an endoscope sheath and an operator. The eyepiece and the lens tube are not on the same straight line but form an included angle of 45 degrees, and after the eyepiece cover is matched with the optical interface, the interference phenomenon of a cable behind the optical interface during the operation of an instrument is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a uterine cavity endoscope with a water valve and an instrument channel.
Background
The original uterine cavity endoscope can be operated only by matching with an endoscope sheath and an operator, an instrument channel on the operator is small, and only instruments with the diameter smaller than 3mm can be passed through, so that limitation exists, and although the instruments can complete the operation with high precision, the defects of insufficient fastness and the like exist, and certain operation requirements cannot be met. And after the original uterine cavity endoscope is matched with the manipulator and the instrument is arranged in the instrument channel, the operation of the instrument can interfere with a cable behind the optical interface.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention designs a uterine cavity endoscope with a water valve and an instrument channel.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides a from palace cavity endoscope of taking water valve, apparatus passageway, leaded light bundle plug, the mirror body, the eyepiece cover, apparatus valve and water valve, mirror pipe and apparatus pipe set up side by side, apparatus intraductal setting up apparatus passageway, leaded light bundle plug and eyepiece cover set up on the mirror body, leaded light bundle plug and eyepiece cover communicate with the mirror pipe through the mirror body, eyepiece and mirror pipe are not on a straight line in the eyepiece cover, but are 45 degrees contained angles intercommunication, eyepiece cover and leaded light bundle plug lie in the mirror body with one side, apparatus valve and water valve intercommunication apparatus intraductal apparatus passageway of apparatus, apparatus valve direction and apparatus pipe are on same straight line. A mirror tube: the lens tube is internally provided with optical fibers and lenses and is used for transmitting light emitted by the cold light source to a human body and transmitting images received in the human body to the camera system. An instrument tube: for creating a passage for the instrument to enter the body and expand the uterus. Light guide bundle plug: the cold light source is used for connecting the light guide beam and receiving the light emitted by the cold light source. A mirror body: the mirror body is used for installing each part and integrating the parts together. An eyepiece cover: the optical interface is used for connecting and transmitting the received image to the camera system. An instrument valve: a valve is established for the passage of instruments into the body. A water valve: it is used for connecting a medical pressurizer, expanding the uterus and cleaning instruments.
Preferably, the instrument channel has a diameter of 4.1 mm.
Preferably, the water valve is in 45-degree angle communication with the instrument tube.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the uterine cavity endoscope provided by the invention is provided with a water valve and an instrument channel, can complete the operation without matching with an endoscope sheath and an operator, has the instrument channel diameter of 4.1mm, can pass instruments with the diameter larger than 3mm, and can meet the requirements of most operations. The eyepiece and the lens tube are not on the same straight line, but form an included angle of 45 degrees, are on the same side with the light guide bundle plug, and the length of the eyepiece is lengthened, and after the eyepiece cover is matched with the optical interface, the interference phenomenon of cables behind the optical interface during the operation of instruments is avoided.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a half sectional view of the present invention;
in the figure: 1. the endoscope comprises an endoscope tube 2, an instrument tube 3, a light guide bundle plug 4, an endoscope body 5, an eyepiece cover 6, an instrument valve 7 and a water valve.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail by the following specific embodiments in combination with the attached drawings:
example (b): as shown in attached figures 1-2, the uterine cavity endoscope with the water valve and the instrument channel comprises an endoscope tube 1, an instrument tube 2, a light guide bundle plug 3, an endoscope body 4, an eyepiece cover 5, an instrument valve 6 and a water valve 7, wherein the endoscope tube and the instrument tube are arranged in parallel, the instrument channel is arranged in the instrument tube, the light guide bundle plug and the eyepiece cover are arranged on the endoscope body and are communicated with the endoscope tube through the endoscope body, an eyepiece in the eyepiece cover is not in a straight line with the endoscope tube but is communicated with the endoscope tube at an included angle of 45 degrees, the eyepiece cover and the light guide bundle plug are positioned on the same side of the endoscope body, the instrument valve and the water valve are communicated with the instrument channel in the instrument tube, and the instrument valve is in the same straight line with the instrument tube. The instrument channel had a diameter of 4.1 mm. The water valve is communicated with the instrument tube at an angle of 45 degrees.
When the uterine cavity endoscope with the water valve and the instrument channel is used, a light guide beam plug of the uterine cavity endoscope is connected with a light guide beam, the light guide beam is connected with a cold light source, the water valve is connected with a pressurizer, an eyepiece cover is connected with an optical interface, the optical interface is connected with a camera system, and the camera system is connected with a display. The endoscope is inserted into the body from the vagina, the pressurizer is opened to expand the uterus, the cold light source, the camera system and the display are turned on, and the picture in the uterus is observed in the display. And inserting the instrument from the instrument valve to perform an operation on the focus.
The above-described embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and other variations and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the claims.
