The liquid collecting device 18 is respectively communicated with the liquid supply device 17 and the spraying device 19, the cleaning liquid in the liquid supply device 17 is firstly transmitted into the liquid collecting device 18, and the cleaning liquid in the liquid collecting device 18 is extracted by the spraying device 19 to spray and wash the tableware.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the liquid collecting device 18 is provided with an opening, the opening is located below the tableware and is used for collecting the washing liquid dripping from the tableware, the collected washing liquid can be reused in the corresponding washing process of the accommodating cavity, the washing liquid which has low turbidity and is sprayed on the tableware can be recycled, the effect of saving the washing liquid can be achieved, the loss of the washing liquid is reduced, and the washing liquid is more environment-friendly. As shown in figure 2, the opening is umbrella-shaped, and along vertical direction, the cross-sectional area of opening reduces gradually, and the opening can play the better collection effect of washing liquid in holding the chamber.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to realize spraying, the spraying device 19 includes a spraying pipe 191, a washing pump 192 and a spraying head, one end of the spraying pipe 191 is connected with the spraying head, the other end of the spraying pipe 191 is communicated with the liquid collecting device 18, the washing pump 192 is arranged on the spraying pipe 191, and when the washing pump 192 is in an operating state, the washing pump 192 can pump the washing liquid in the liquid collecting device 18 to the spraying head for spraying. The shower head comprises a body and a plurality of small spray heads arranged on the body at intervals, and the cleaning liquid sprayed from the small spray heads is in a mist shape, so that the cleaning effect of the mist cleaning liquid is better. The small spray heads are arranged along the arrangement direction of the tableware, so that the tableware can be fully washed. In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, each group of spray headers comprises an upper spray header 193 and a lower spray header 194, the tableware is positioned between the upper spray header 193 and the lower spray header 194 along the vertical direction, and the upper spray header 193 and the lower spray header 194 can realize the omnibearing spray washing effect on the tableware along the vertical direction, so that the upper surface of the tableware can be cleaned, the lower surface of the tableware can also be cleaned, and the cleaning effect on the tableware is effectively improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the shower pipe 191 is provided with a first heating device 20, and the first heating device 20 can heat the washing liquid in the shower pipe 191, thereby improving the washing effect of the washing liquid and the cleaning effect of the dishes. Specifically, the first heating device 20 may be an electrically energized resistance wire or the like wrapped around the outer circumference of the shower pipe 191.
In order to further improve the washing effect of the washing liquid on the tableware, the liquid collecting device 18 and the liquid supply device 17 are connected through a second communication pipe 21, a water softening device 22 is arranged on the second communication pipe 21, and the water softening device 22 can soften the washing liquid, so that the cleaning force of the washing liquid is better, and the cleaning effect on the tableware is improved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, in order to reduce the number of parts in the dishwasher 100, which is effective to reduce the volume of the dishwasher 100, the liquid collecting device 18 in the first receiving chamber 111 and the liquid collecting device 18 in the second receiving chamber 113 share one liquid supply device 17. The liquid supply device 17 can be selectively communicated with the liquid collecting device 18 in the first accommodating cavity 111 and/or the liquid collecting device 18 in the second accommodating cavity 113, so that the liquid supply device 17 can supply liquid to the liquid collecting device 18 in the first accommodating cavity 111 and the liquid collecting device 18 in the second accommodating cavity 113 independently, and can supply liquid to the liquid collecting device 18 in the first accommodating cavity 111 and the liquid collecting device 18 in the second accommodating cavity 113 simultaneously, and different washing modes of the dishwasher 100 can be realized. Thus, the problem that the frequency of washing the tableware for people and the tableware for pets is asynchronous can be solved, because the tableware for people can be washed twice to three times a day, and the tableware for pets can be washed only once a day.
Specifically, the second communication pipe 21 of the present embodiment includes a main pipe and two sub pipes, one end of the main pipe is communicated with the liquid supply device 17, the other end of the main pipe is communicated with the two sub pipes, each sub pipe is provided with a solenoid valve 24, one sub pipe is communicated with the liquid collection device 18 in the first accommodation chamber 111, and the other sub pipe is communicated with the liquid collection device 18 in the second accommodation chamber 111. When the washing liquid needs to be introduced into one or two liquid collecting devices 18, only the electromagnetic valve 24 on the sub-pipe corresponding to the liquid collecting device 18 needs to be opened, and the electromagnetic valve 24 on the sub-pipe corresponding to the liquid collecting device 18 into which the washing liquid does not need to be closed.
In order to further improve the temperature of holding the intracavity gas, improve dish washer 100's clean effect, dish washer 100 still includes second heating device 23 like the air heater, first air intake 1111 and first exhaust port 1112 have been seted up on first holding chamber 111, second air intake 1121 and second exhaust port 1122 have been seted up on the second holding chamber 113, all set up second heating device 23 in first air intake 1111 and the second air intake 1121, second heating device 23 can heat the gas that enters into and hold the intracavity, improve the temperature that holds the intracavity gas, improve dish washer 100's clean effect.
Further, since the pet tableware 300 does not have a high requirement for turbidity of the washing liquid, the washing liquid having a lower turbidity, which has been already washed by the human tableware 200 in the first containing chamber 111, may be used for washing the pet tableware 300 in order to save the amount of the washing liquid used. Specifically, a turbidity detecting device 12 is disposed in the first accommodating chamber 111, the turbidity detecting device 12 is used for detecting a turbidity value of the washing liquid in the first accommodating chamber 111, and if the turbidity value is lower than a preset value, the washing liquid in the first accommodating chamber 111 is introduced into the second accommodating chamber 113. Of course, the cleaning solution introduced into the second accommodating chamber 113 may be temporarily stored in the liquid collecting device 18 in the second accommodating chamber 113, or may be directly introduced into the shower pipe 191 in the second accommodating chamber 113. The secondarily recovered washing liquid can be used for washing the tableware 300 for pets, improving the utilization rate of the washing liquid.
Specifically, the first accommodating chamber 111 and the second accommodating chamber 113 are connected through a first communication pipe 13, a first valve 14 is disposed on the first communication pipe 13, when the turbidity value detected by the turbidity detecting device 12 is lower than a preset value, the first valve 14 enables the first communication pipe 13 to be communicated, and the washing liquid in the first accommodating chamber 111 is introduced into the second accommodating chamber 113. Wherein, one end of the first communicating pipe 13 is communicated with the liquid collecting device 18 in the first accommodating chamber 111, and the other end of the first communicating pipe 13 is communicated with the liquid collecting device 18 in the second accommodating chamber 113. The compact structure is beneficial to the reduction of the volume of the dishwasher 100.
Of course, if the turbidity of the washing liquid in the first receiving chamber 111, which has been washed, is too large to satisfy the washing of the pet dishes 300, it is also possible to discharge the washing liquid in the first receiving chamber 111 to the outside of the dishwasher 100. Specifically, the first valve 14 is set as a reversing valve, the first valve 14 is further connected to a drain pipe 15, and when the turbidity value detected by the turbidity detecting device 12 is not lower than a preset value, the first valve 14 closes the first communicating pipe 13 and communicates the first accommodating chamber 111 with the drain pipe 15. By the arrangement of the reversing valve, the switching of the conduction of the first communication pipe 13 and the drain pipe 15 can be realized by only one part, so that the structure of the dishwasher 100 is simple and compact. Furthermore, a drain pump 151 is provided on the drain pipe 15 to provide power to the cleaning solution in the drain pipe 15, thereby achieving the effect of discharging the cleaning solution from the drain pipe 15.
In order to achieve the normal operation of the dishwasher 100, the dishwasher 100 further includes a control panel and a controller, wherein the controller is electrically connected to the control panel, the solenoid valve 24, the drain pump 151, the turbidity detecting device 12, the first valve 14 and the washing pump 192, respectively.
In order to facilitate a better understanding of the dishwasher 100, the operating principle of the dishwasher 100 is explained in connection with fig. 2:

The controller controls the washing pump 192 in the second accommodating cavity 113 to be turned on, and the washing pump 192 in the second accommodating cavity 113 pumps the washing liquid in the liquid collecting device 18 in the second accommodating cavity 113 into the spray header in the second accommodating cavity 113, and then the spray header performs a spraying action. After the washing process of the second accommodating chamber 113 is finished, the controller controls the drain pump 151 in the second accommodating chamber 113 to be turned on, so that the washing liquid in the liquid collecting device 18 in the second accommodating chamber 113 is discharged.
When a user presses the first button and the second button simultaneously, the controller controls the first accommodating cavity 111 and the second accommodating cavity 113 to perform a washing process simultaneously, at this time, the electromagnetic valve 24 on the sub-pipe communicated with the first accommodating cavity 111 is opened, the electromagnetic valve 24 on the sub-pipe communicated with the second accommodating cavity 113 is opened, the washing liquid in the liquid supply device 17 enters the liquid collecting device 18 in the second accommodating cavity 113, and the washing liquid in the liquid supply device 17 enters the liquid collecting device 18 in the first accommodating cavity 111. The controller controls the washing pump 192 in the first accommodating cavity 111 to be turned on, and the washing pump 192 in the first accommodating cavity 111 pumps the washing liquid in the liquid collecting device 18 in the first accommodating cavity 111 into the shower head in the first accommodating cavity 111 for shower action. When the washing process of the first accommodating chamber 111 is finished, the controller controls the first valve 14 to communicate the drain pipe 15 of the first accommodating chamber 111 with the liquid trap 18 of the first accommodating chamber 111, so that the washing liquid in the first accommodating chamber 111 can be drained out of the dishwasher 100. Meanwhile, the controller controls the washing pump 192 in the second accommodating cavity 113 to be turned on, and the washing pump 192 in the second accommodating cavity 113 pumps the washing liquid of the liquid collecting device 18 in the second accommodating cavity 113 into the shower head in the second accommodating cavity 113 to perform a spraying action. When the washing process of the second receiving chamber 113 is finished, the controller controls the drain pump 151 in the second receiving chamber 113 to be turned on, thereby achieving the drainage of the washing liquid in the liquid collecting device 18 in the second receiving chamber 113.
When the user presses the first button, the second button, and the third button at the same time, the first accommodating chamber 111 enters a washing state first, and the second accommodating chamber 113 enters the washing state after the washing state of the first accommodating chamber 111 is finished. The control method of the controller is substantially identical to the control method of pressing only the first button, except that: when the washing process of the first accommodating cavity 111 is finished, the controller controls the turbidity detection device 12 to perform turbidity detection on the liquid collection device 18 in the first accommodating cavity 111, and when the turbidity value detected by the turbidity detection device 12 is lower than the preset value, the first valve 14 enables the first communication pipe 13 to be communicated, and the washing liquid in the first accommodating cavity 111 is guided into the second accommodating cavity 113 and is used when the second accommodating cavity 113 washes the tableware 300 for pets. Then, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve 24 on the sub-pipe of the first accommodating cavity 111 to close, and controls the second accommodating cavity 113 to enter the washing process, and the control mode of the second accommodating cavity 113 entering the washing process is the same as the control mode when only the second button is pressed, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a control method applied to the dishwasher 100 as mentioned above, the control method including the steps of:
s11: receiving instruction information input by a user;
s12: the washing states of the first and second receiving chambers 111 and 113 are controlled according to the instruction information.
By applying the control method, the tableware 200 for the pet and the tableware 300 for the pet can be washed in different containing cavities respectively, so that the cross infection of bacteria in the tableware 300 for the pet and the tableware 200 for the pet can be avoided, the physical health of the user is ensured, and the experience of the user on the dishwasher 100 is improved.
In S12, a washing state of the washing states of the first and second accommodating chambers 111 and 113 is controlled according to the instruction information to include a first washing state, a second washing state, and a third washing state. When the dishwasher 100 is in the first washing state, only the first receiving chamber 111 enters a washing process; when the dishwasher 100 is in the second washing state, only the second receiving chamber 113 enters a washing process; when the dishwasher 100 is in the third washing state, both the first receiving chamber 111 and the second receiving chamber 113 enter a washing process.
Through setting the washing state to first washing state, second washing state and third washing state, can realize that first holding chamber 111 and second hold chamber 113 and carry out the washing process alone, can also realize holding chamber 111 and second and hold chamber 113 and carry out the washing process simultaneously to satisfying dishwasher 100 and realizing different washing modes, can solve the problem that the frequency is asynchronous with the tableware washing of human tableware and pet, because the human tableware may wash twice to three times a day, the tableware of pet may only once a day.
The third washing state includes a first sub-washing state, when the dishwasher 100 is in the first sub-washing state, the first accommodating chamber 111 and the second accommodating chamber 113 enter the washing process at the same time, and the washing process of the first accommodating chamber 111 and the second accommodating chamber 113 is performed at the same time, so that the time required for washing the tableware 200 for washing people and the tableware 300 for pets can be effectively reduced, and the washing efficiency of the dishwasher 100 can be improved.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 4, the control method of the present embodiment is substantially the same as the second embodiment, and the control method of the present embodiment includes:
s21: receiving instruction information input by a user;
s22: controlling the washing states of the first and second accommodating chambers 111 and 113 according to the instruction information;
s23: if the dishwasher 100 is in the second sub-washing state, the first receiving chamber 111 enters a washing process, and the second receiving chamber 113 enters a standby process;
s24: when the washing process of the first accommodating chamber 111 is finished, detecting a turbidity value of the washing liquid in the first accommodating chamber 111, and when the turbidity value is lower than a preset value, introducing the washing liquid in the first accommodating chamber 111 into the second accommodating chamber 113;
s25: the second receiving chamber 113 enters a washing process.
The third washing state further includes a second sub-washing state, and when the dishwasher 100 is in the second sub-washing state, the second accommodating chamber 113 enters the washing process again after the washing process of the first accommodating chamber 111 is completed. After the first accommodating chamber 111 completes the washing process and before the second accommodating chamber 113 enters the washing process, the control method further includes: the turbidity value of the washing liquid in the first accommodating chamber 111 is detected, and when the turbidity value is lower than a preset value, the washing liquid in the first accommodating chamber 111 is introduced into the second accommodating chamber 113.
As shown in fig. 4, in steps S23 to S25, since the requirement of the tableware for pet 300 for turbidity of the washing liquid is not high, the washing liquid having a lower turbidity and having been washed in the first housing chamber 111 can be used for washing the tableware for pet 300 in order to save the amount of the washing liquid used, thereby improving the utilization rate of the washing liquid.
